今日去半山發現咗一間隱世印度餐廳,見到佢裝修幾精緻,就入去試吓。入到去之後,發現服務態度非常好,職員都好有禮貌。呢度嘅食物真係令我大開眼界!*素印度咖哩角* 🥟:呢款咖哩角真係好香脆,外皮酥脆,內餡豐富,充滿濃郁嘅印度香料味,素食都可以咁美味。*蒜香印度烤餅* 🍞:呢個烤餅蒜香四溢,外脆內軟,非常好味,單食都已經好正。*蜂蜜鮮蝦咖喱* 🍤:呢款咖喱真係一絕,鮮蝦嫩滑多汁,咖喱味道濃郁,再加上蜂蜜嘅甜味,令整個菜式更添層次。*印式煙燻雞件* 🍗:煙燻雞件香味撲鼻,雞肉嫩滑多汁,每一啖都充滿印度香料嘅味道,非常滋味。*印度奶茶* 🫖:印度奶茶香甜濃郁,奶香同茶味融合得恰到好處•呢間印度餐廳真係值得一試,服務態度定係食物質素都非常高。下次會再嚟試更多唔同嘅菜式!😋 continue reading

今次來到半山區這裡算是行山吧在中環大館走到Papa Gomes 一間充滿原創的印度小店家庭式又滿帶印式風味。🎀Fresh Green Salad清新的蔬菜很爽口,原片紅蘿蔔的沙律很少見,加上特製醬汁,融合一切令到蔬菜有另一番特色。🎀Lamb Bhuna Gosht咖喱羊肉,叫了少辣肉質嫩滑,配合超多款醬料調味難得食不出羊羶味。🎀Garlic Naan叫咖喱點可以唔配薄餅,蒜香一定是必點之選,鬆軟的餅上加了蒜泥,單單食它已經很滿足,再點上咖喱就為口感加分🎀雞肉烤卷大量蔬菜配上惹味烤雞,雞塊也多,烤卷皮比較厚實店舖裝修很有特色,在香港要找這樣的小店比較難了,下次上半山玩可以再來❤️ continue reading

去到半山大館走走,順便附近環境看看,因為都較少機會前去,當然走上一圈看看。沿著扶手電梯,發現小店都不少,如印度菜、韓國菜和墨西哥菜,座位較多,都以西餐為主。剛好朋友說沒吃過印度菜,就決定試試。印度菜都不多吃,一般都會去較大餐廳品嚐,但以小店形式,用上家庭式風味,又確實少吃。Papa Gomes位於半山之上,餐廳地方不大,都有小量座位入座。食物方面,除了用上原有傳統風味,又會推出新fusion菜式,入座都以單身外國人為主,飲下啤酒吃下肉,難怪餐廳外賣訂單都不少。朋友未食過印度菜,所以不打算試fusion菜。食印度菜,當然要食鐵燒板肉、咖哩、薄餅同乳酪飲。Mixed Grill Platter HKD128,串燒羊肉卷、印度燒焗雞件、印式烤腿、印式烤魚塊配生洋蔥沙律,每款各一件,附上自家製薄荷乳酪醬。魚塊啖啖肉都不錯。雞肉一點都不乾,還有醃製味道。羊肉卷一點都不羶。洋蔥沙律經過鐵板,又多份香味。最重要自家製乳酪醬帶點微辣,配上肉好好味,相比大餐館,更覺體會到印度香料的味道。Old Delhi' Butter Chicken HKD98,標榜舊德里風味牛油雞,用上濃郁蕃茄和牛油醬製成,有蕃茄酸味又有牛油香。雞肉切件,肉質不錯,看似細碗,但雞肉份量都不少。Garlic Naan HKD36,一客4件都幾大件,薄餅口感鬆軟,有清淡蒜蓉香,配上牛油蕃茄汁吃很滿足又飽肚。Tandoori Paratha HKD28,一個大圓形薄身餅,相對千層薄餅較薄身,又沒有Naan鬆軟,同樣配牛油蕃茄汁一樣好吃。Mango Lassi HKD40,芒果味帶點酸,不像平常所飲到的甜,又幾開胃。Indian Masala Lassi HKD40,帶點香草味乳酪,唔會好酸,又不會好甜,啖啖Masala味道幾特別。 continue reading
