另一道好考功夫嘅菜式, 嘗試去數一數小籠包的褶子,是18褶的圓潤小籠包。18褶的黃金比例令湯包站挺,又能鎖住湯汁,不僅賣相美觀,口感也十分好。

繽紛八色的面皮,由天然食材提煉而成。 色彩鮮豔令我想起~ 就像一個個彩色的馬卡龍。上菜時服務員會附上一張小卡片,上面有寫著各種顏色對應的口味,也有寫八色享用的建議順序。原味、糟溜絲瓜、 鵝肝、黑松露、芝士、蟹粉、蒜香、川味。
我個人最喜歡鵝肝、松露、芝士三款口味。有創意之餘,味道融合調和, 相當美味,而沒有一絲違和感。 香氣、鮮味、口感、湯汁兼備。另外,蟹粉小籠包,真材實料,同樣美味出色。

這是我近來 吃過最好味的酸辣湯,
集齊「酸、辣、鹹、鮮、香」。配料豐富,有蝦仁肉絲豆腐木耳冬菇竹筍,湯頭口感穠稠滑順。冷冷天氣喝著熱呼呼的酸辣湯,一碗喝下肚,身上微微出汗,非常過癮。必食。手製拉麵幼身,爽滑彈牙。

皇朝話梅骨也是食客在樂天皇朝常吃之選,姨姨說這是她吃過最好吃的話梅骨,看看光亮的話梅醬汁緊緊包覆著排骨多誘人,皇朝話梅骨吃起來帶有話梅的酸甜,無比涮嘴,厲害的是皇朝話梅骨外層香脆,裡面肉質鮮嫩汁多,整被姨姨吃光光。

醋醬海蜇頭 $90
