坐了一會,好快上了一碟美極牛肉鬆炒飯。。入面有d菜粒,肉粒,秀珍菇等材料,雖然係話炒飯,但吾肥。真係得意。







再來了一碟鹽酥珍硃蠔,賣相合格,细细粒的珍珠蠔,吾會油呀,還有幾塊紫蘇葉點啜。得得地呀!

















最後來了一碟當歸参片四珍雞,
也是它的拾味招牌菜之一。
其實是子、虫草花、参片、冬菇片蒸鳼。
幾好味,睇黎配料好味過d鳼呢😅。唔知大家點睇呢? 可以比下分。。

住在美孚已一年多,最喜歡就同細妹四處飲食,人人話美孚是食物區沙漠,剛好我們找到了清泉。「匠心廚房」是美孚街坊飲食的新福音,餐廳裝修得好光猛,食物款式多,而且價錢合理。「羅望子乾蔥燜腩排」炒得惹味香口,羅望子很多,酸甜味濃厚,很好美。「海鮮盛匯泡飯」份量十足,有蝦有菜,湯底清甜。「脆皮松露蘑菇卷」外脆內包著滿滿的金菰菜,入口很濃烈的香菇味,一點都不覺油膩。「宮保澳帶子」辛辣口味,愈食愈過癮,加埋大量蔥片,滋味無比。

靈芝山楂烏梅茶及銀耳無花果薏米水用料十足, 少糖健康, 在乾燥天氣飯特別覺得正。


這街坊小店每款都是即叫即做, 煮得頗有心思,  值得支持。
