上星期一去開美孚探朋友,一齊食個飯。地膽帶左路去左一間小廚式鋪頭食個晚飯去到坐低上茶後,女店員已經落力介紹菜式。傾下傾下先知係老板黎。咁即管跟老板介紹點兩個餸再+個湯燉湯椰子瘦肉都好足料,味道好夠即炸松露蘑菇卷又熱又脆,小食一流。而且完全唔油膩,一讚花甲肉水蛋推介主力係食花甲肉+鋪頭自制XO醬,蛋好滑同比較淡味,同醬料平衡返,餸飯一流之後叫左店主力推避風塘炒蝦,蝦肉新鮮結實無雪味,避風塘炒法蝦殻脆口野味,尤其蝦頭極香口最後加多個蜜餞肉排,呢味不過不失。總體食物味道好好食,鋪位比較少同隔離坐得幾近迫左d。但可能閒日晚上唔係好多人,感覺還好。埋單一人$260食到飽,略貴左少少。

今日有朋自遠方來,本想開開心心共進晚餐。由於一位朋友說會遲約20分鐘到來,而我們已坐進此店家,亦已點了一道小菜,想著邊食邊等。誰不知我們只是坐了約20分鐘,便有一位女侍應態度極不禮貌地問我們,你嘅朋友幾時到。當我想回應時,她便說:我哋本來係要人齊先可以入座,現在有很多客人在外面等位⋯⋯。此等服務態度,真不明白點解於今時今日仍可生存。使我很氣憤的是他們沒於我們入座時說明需要人齊先可以入座,而是另一位女仕應招待我們入座的。我再出門口查看有沒有任何告示説明要人齊才可入座,當然是沒有的。最後,我們決定結賬離開,去了附近的百樂門囍宴共進了一頓愉快的晚餐。PS: 今時今日咁嘅服務態度,真係使我大開眼界!希望匠心小廚嘅老闆能反省反省!

聽到開咗間新舖口碑都唔錯馬上去試下入到去佢哋嘅擺設好用心裝修都好乾淨餐牌墊枱紙都好靚 細細間食個環境都好吸引一如以往我哋兩個人唔可以點太多餸繼續貴精不貴多先來一個小蠔肉碎煎蛋角賣相好靚相機食先啱曬 不過味道路為淡咗少少蠔亦都唔夠鮮味跟住再嚟一個鮮支竹陳皮欖豉蒸帶子呢件係可以繼續影相賣相都係一流不過同一個問題淡咗少少唔夠味最後叫咗個蟹籽三文魚炒飯埋齋炒飯炒得好有功力 飯粒軟硬度適中味道亦都唔太鹹亦都唔太淡恰到好處整體來說睇得出係一間用心嘅餐廳擺碟亦都一流 服務員亦都好殷勤同好有禮貌期待下次再嚟嘅時候味道會再有所提升💪
