朋友同我慶祝生日,今晚系旺角通菜街見到有間水蜜桃冰室,看一看個餐牌種類好多有:石板燒,焗飯,小食,意粉,沙律,雪葩,飲品等。。。餐湯南瓜忌廉湯好滑溜,蒜蓉包又香口。芝士焗田螺(跟餐加$18)好濃厚芝士味,底下舖上薯蓉好香田螺又爽口。日式蟹肉炸薯餅(跟餐加$18)外脆內嫩,蟹肉又滑又香,沾上沙律醬更加美味可口。香煎虎蝦蟹肉南瓜意大利飯,蝦🦐好爽口彈牙,南瓜和蟹肉已經混埋左落飯度,啖啖南瓜味好香濃,飯又好有咬口不會太淋美國黑毛Prime牛肩胛配生蠔石板燒套餐有些燒蔬菜。燒美國牛肩胛肉好香,牛味又濃厚,肉質又不會太韌。鹹蛋炸魚皮好香鹹蛋味,炸到好鬆脆好香口。南瓜雪葩店員用火槍燒一燒,令周圍溶解下冇咁硬,南瓜雪葩好香又滑。菠蘿🍍雪葩原個菠蘿上,清甜的菠蘿雪葩好正,好似食馬雪糕一樣非常美味可口。

芝士鴛鴦焗豬扒飯:大家x/美x/大快x 比這間好吃很多,番茄汁無蕃茄味,白汁無味。最大問題係...很懷疑廚師識唔識煲飯,水分太多,分唔清飯粒。 豬扒火候ok 容易咀嚼。


鐵板烤羊扒: 食開羊肉既我 從來未食過咁騷既羊肉....
肉質唔會老。 上菜點火嗰一刻幾有賣點。


椰子雪葩: 雀巢牌椰子味雪糕 加個椰殼,仲要用生鏽既火機加熱表面,食得一陣鐵鏽 腥味。 30幾蚊..完全唔值


芝士焗西蘭花:西蘭花未熟,白汁無味


酥皮白湯:無特別,無乜味,飲唔出味精


白牛/黑牛: 分別係7喜+雲尼拿雪糕 ,可樂+朱古力雪糕..... 唔明白咩配搭..味道格格不入


蒜蓉多士: 呢個餐廳最好食既嘢 ,多少新鮮出爐


總結:較快餐劣質,食物品質絕對對唔住價錢,不會再惠顧。

叫起,因為雪到好冰凍,可以預早少少叫定,上枱時店員都會用火槍興一興,等你可以即時食到,做法細心。呢款雪芭我之前喺公司附近工廈買過,都係差唔多價錢。蜜桃幾香甜,甜度少少高,但我幾鐘意質地夠滑。

想講呢個餐真係好抵食,依家MENU寫住做緊7折,唔知做到幾時。

主菜有牛肩胛、蠔,再配埋小食,仲要係呢排勁HIT既鹹蛋黃炸魚皮,

所以店員好細心等我地係差唔多食完石板燒之後,
先上墨汁意粉 ~ 

呢個墨汁意粉真係好唔話得 ~ 因為佢已經將墨汁融入左落意粉度,
而用既係卡邦尼汁,所以唔會食到你成個口黑晒,
唔洗怕食相差而避開佢呢!

好得意架,將個蘋果既果肉挖走,然後放入味道好天然既蘋果雪葩入去,

朋友比較鐘意試d特別d既味道,所以佢就叫左蕃薯味。
本來以為蕃薯做甜品應該會無咁好食啦,
但又唔係喎,佢係甜甜既蕃薯味,口感又係好滑既雪糕,
都係非常之出色。

如果可以,好想將所有雪葩味道都叫一次,
今日芒果無晒貨,唔係真係好想order埋佢!!嗚,好好食呀!!

最後是最令人滿意的甜點:柚子雪葩。本來想食最出名的水蜜桃雪葩,但是日沒有貨...侍應送上雪葩,硬得要命,原來侍應會拿著火槍幫我們燒燒雪葩外層,這樣會令雪葩較軟,容易食用。雪葩帶著滿滿的柚子味道,酸酸甜甜般好開胃,雪葩不會融到一攤水,仲是冰冰的!質感有點像雪糕,但比雪糕冰,柚子味道之大可以清理口腔內殘餘的肉味,帶點清新,好抵食呢!

侍應特意推介他們的雪葩是必食的。除了有番薯味雪葩外,還有蜜桃、柚子、菠蘿、芒果、椰子、火龍果等等的水果,超多選擇!

我選了番薯口味雪葩,雪葩送來的時候是雪到很硬,侍應然後會用火槍把水果的雪層烤溶,烤過後聞到陣陣嘅香濃番薯味,雪葩質感香滑軟棉,口感近似食番薯味雪糕,食完意猶未盡,非常鐘意!


如果你下次行到旺角想食西餐又唔知食邊間,「水蜜桃冰室」絕對係性價比最高的首選。

而熊本一口牛好厚切同份量好多!本身有點擔心會很靭,點知食落好軟熟冇筋,加上同鐵板烤完有一點點焦香味。
兩個鐵板都跟餐有日本廣島蠔兩隻,侍應提醒我們只需輕輕烤至金黃便可食用,果然輕輕烤至金黃就剛剛好,食落好鮮甜又唔會腥,好有蠔味!
甜品就點了椰子雪葩和蘋果雪葩!本身想叫水蜜桃雪葩的,可能因為是水蜜桃冰室的關係,太受歡迎售罊了,唯有下次再試過!

蘋果雪葩和椰子雪葩都是用了新鮮水果來做容器,好有心思。侍應會用火槍輕輕燒一下外皮令果味更加突出,椰子雪葩食落充滿了椰子味,好像每啖都把椰子肉放入口裏。蘋果雪葩也是充滿了蘋果的味道!雪葩一樣都做得好有心思,一定要試下!

朋友介紹之下嚟到呢間水蜜桃冰室。一入到去餐廳裝修別緻,好適合打卡,完全 Instagramable!我同男朋友每人叫一支啤酒,同埋叫咗個牛扒,食物質素高,而且服務員嘅態度都好好,每一個餸菜都同我地解釋得好詳細。原來水蜜桃冰室好出名嘅水蜜桃雪皅,雖然已經食到好飽,但點都要試吓嘅。於是我同男朋友兩個人叫咗一個share嚟食,果然真係冇介紹錯,水蜜桃係用新鮮嘅原隻水蜜桃做嘅,雪皅入面嘅雪糕仲係水蜜桃味,由內至外都好香嘅水蜜桃味!好彩有食,如果唔係就後悔了。
