Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個套餐,另外再叫咗碟「烤北京填鴨🦆」,套餐包咗前菜、小籠包、大蝦🦐、魚🐟、上湯燴菜🥗等等,套餐菜式味道唔錯,不過最出色就非「烤北京填鴨」莫屬!

鴨同薄餅皮嘅份量都幾多,鴨皮好香脆,連住少少鴨肉,就算唔洗連配菜或者點醬食都非常惹味,宜家回味返都想流口水!🤤
- 小籠包

1) The crispy duck skin wrapped in slices of flat bread
2) duck soup
3) minced duck meat wrapped in lettuce
Another dish that we ordered is the 水煮魚, the restaurant offers a boneless (fish fillet)version of it and is my favourite dish.
Recommend this restaurant for gatherings.
見到佢嗰個四人餐好抵,本身原價千6而家好似八百幾蚊就有得食,最重要嘅係有一隻完整嘅北京填鴨!所以就約埋屋企人一齊嚟試吓!
其他餸嘅份量正正常常,我亦都冇食得太多,因為我知道北京填鴨先至係呢度嘅主菜!所以一開始嘅食物都冇食得太多亦感覺不是特別有什麼特色😂😂
最後佢先上咗嗰個北京填鴨。
先講嘅就係佢嘅賣相好吸引,無論顏色定係脂肪同埋肉嘅比例都非常之好,我個人就比較鍾意食比較瘦嘅肉!
但係就略嫌佢嘅配料唔係好夠🙈
總括依然都算好食嘅,因為佢嘅皮做得好薄好薄,同埋分量非常之多。我哋四個人食都食唔晒!所以可以好盡興咁食北京田鴨真係好開心☺️☺️☺️
- 腸仔炒飯
It is 6:30pm, the restaurant is 90% full, I am sitting with my family of 8 in the Moko Peking Garden and it is the worse dining experience I have had in Hong Kong, and I thought this was a reputation operator and brand.
The host at entrance, who gives the first impression, is just plain rude when we gave our booking details. It was booked 3 days before but we got the entrance table with all the traffic around us. No questions allowed, no acknowledgement, clearly he hates his job.
We tried to wave someone to place our orders, all we got were hand gestures of staff for 5 minutes telling us to wait as they passed by.
We asked the waiter what veggie dishes are available, she pointed to the page and said “it’s all here”.
All of this while there was not a single smile from the entire frontline team. I have not had services this bad for a long time, not even from small street side restaurants.
About the food, nothing special, expect a long wait.
I will most definitely not return. Not only will I not recommend anyone to visit, I will suggest all who plans to go to find an alternative. A waste of time!

薄薄的,煎得香脆可口,濃濃豆香味。
七里莊酒糟醉雞
醉雞是心水菜色,酒味不會太濃,易入口,味道適中,雞肉嫩滑爽口,必點菜色。
燕液海皇羹
味道清淡,帶出海鮮香味,帶子、魚肉、 等材料,好吃。
彩椒油爆雙鮮
雙鮮是指 ,加入彩椒一起炒,爽口清香彈牙,不錯的小菜。
烤北京填鴨
脆脆而大大隻的鴨,切成薄片與薄餅皮、醬汁、西芹、大蔥夾住一起吃,減輕油膩感之餘,味道很匹配,香濃惹味,滿足了!
家常蒸魚方
魚肉鮮美,嫩滑多汁,好味!
蒜子奶湯浸時蔬
新鮮時蔬浸著濃郁鮮甜的湯頭,確實份外美味!
北京人家小蔥拌麵
醬汁香濃,沾上淡淡的麵條,非常惹味。
無錫灌湯小籠包
皮薄多汁,餡料肉鮮嫩滑,吃多幾個都不會厭。
香滑椰汁糕
香甜軟滑,吃出濃濃椰汁香,好味。
星期四晏說打去訂,佢話booking full曬,要等wall in。18:15去到,好好彩一去到說有位。

片皮鴨可算是北京菜中的表表者,又名北京填鴨。片皮鴨主要是鴨肥,油要香。相信北京樓應該都會有質量保證⁉️

♥️北京填鴨 $298 包二食
可惜上枱時麼麼片已經凍了,以及麼麼片很厚和粉,口感都比較差。
片皮鴨份量都算多,雖不算入口即溶,但有油香的味道,每片鴨肉都帶鴨皮及肉,配上青瓜、京蔥及京醬一起吃。
而二食係炒鴨絲,包4片生菜,真的少得可憐。鴨絲比例亦佔很少,多數都係蔬菜粒。味道很清淡。

♥️茶樹菇上湯浸翡翠苗 $118
翡翠苗份量很多,翡翠苗既嫩滑,又無渣。配上上湯可解除了翡翠苗本身的草青味,上湯鮮甜味美,味精成份不算多,飲下去不太口渴。

♥️小籠包-6隻
真係超級皮薄又多汁。但可惜每個小籠包相隔的距離太近。有2個小籠包因爲太近痴埋左。一想分開佢地個包就穿左。湯汁很飽滿,很鮮甜,多吃幾隻都不失為過。

♥️蘋果拔絲-6件 $86
正宗的拔絲是將糖煮成濃稠的程度,將預先炸好的食材到入糖漿中,快速攪拌,使筷子挾起食材時可以拉出長長的糖絲,又稱為「拉絲」
本身我被拔絲的圖片深深吸引住。可惜上枱時沒有漂亮的拉絲,很失望。而且蘋果過濕及已經過粉,吃下去口感都不太好。
可是因為有半價關係,2人折左都係$364。真係好好抵既。但如果係正價性價比就吾高啦。
- 小籠包
There were different selections as a la Carte menu, set dinner, snack, and desserts. Of course, we picked the most famous dish - Peking Duck
The duck skin and meat were delicious but the pancake was cold and thick. We were a bit disappointed about that.
We also ordered Siu Long Bao, the skin was thin and the soup inside was yummy
Green veggie was needed as well. Nothing much special about it.
End up with dessert, we order the deep fried apple with thick sugar. It was cold
Overall, the atmosphere and food were good. But somehow, the service was a bit below my expectation.
