To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 家人見到北京樓的網上宣傳,有晚膳套餐優惠,菜式都適合我們,就去品嚐下,上年也曾來過吃晚飯,印象不錯。

薄薄的,煎得香脆可口,濃濃豆香味。
七里莊酒糟醉雞
醉雞是心水菜色,酒味不會太濃,易入口,味道適中,雞肉嫩滑爽口,必點菜色。
燕液海皇羹
味道清淡,帶出海鮮香味,帶子、魚肉、 等材料,好吃。
彩椒油爆雙鮮
雙鮮是指 ,加入彩椒一起炒,爽口清香彈牙,不錯的小菜。
烤北京填鴨
脆脆而大大隻的鴨,切成薄片與薄餅皮、醬汁、西芹、大蔥夾住一起吃,減輕油膩感之餘,味道很匹配,香濃惹味,滿足了!
家常蒸魚方
魚肉鮮美,嫩滑多汁,好味!
蒜子奶湯浸時蔬
新鮮時蔬浸著濃郁鮮甜的湯頭,確實份外美味!

醬汁香濃,沾上淡淡的麵條,非常惹味。
無錫灌湯小籠包
皮薄多汁,餡料肉鮮嫩滑,吃多幾個都不會厭。
香滑椰汁糕
香甜軟滑,吃出濃濃椰汁香,好味。
星期四晏說打去訂,佢話booking full曬,要等wall in。18:15去到,好好彩一去到說有位。

片皮鴨可算是北京菜中的表表者,又名北京填鴨。片皮鴨主要是鴨肥,油要香。相信北京樓應該都會有質量保證⁉️

♥️北京填鴨 $298 包二食
可惜上枱時麼麼片已經凍了,以及麼麼片很厚和粉,口感都比較差。
片皮鴨份量都算多,雖不算入口即溶,但有油香的味道,每片鴨肉都帶鴨皮及肉,配上青瓜、京蔥及京醬一起吃。
而二食係炒鴨絲,包4片生菜,真的少得可憐。鴨絲比例亦佔很少,多數都係蔬菜粒。味道很清淡。

♥️茶樹菇上湯浸翡翠苗 $118
翡翠苗份量很多,翡翠苗既嫩滑,又無渣。配上上湯可解除了翡翠苗本身的草青味,上湯鮮甜味美,味精成份不算多,飲下去不太口渴。

♥️小籠包-6隻
真係超級皮薄又多汁。但可惜每個小籠包相隔的距離太近。有2個小籠包因爲太近痴埋左。一想分開佢地個包就穿左。湯汁很飽滿,很鮮甜,多吃幾隻都不失為過。

♥️蘋果拔絲-6件 $86
正宗的拔絲是將糖煮成濃稠的程度,將預先炸好的食材到入糖漿中,快速攪拌,使筷子挾起食材時可以拉出長長的糖絲,又稱為「拉絲」
本身我被拔絲的圖片深深吸引住。可惜上枱時沒有漂亮的拉絲,很失望。而且蘋果過濕及已經過粉,吃下去口感都不太好。
可是因為有半價關係,2人折左都係$364。真係好好抵既。但如果係正價性價比就吾高啦。
- 小籠包
There were different selections as a la Carte menu, set dinner, snack, and desserts. Of course, we picked the most famous dish - Peking Duck
The duck skin and meat were delicious but the pancake was cold and thick. We were a bit disappointed about that.
We also ordered Siu Long Bao, the skin was thin and the soup inside was yummy
Green veggie was needed as well. Nothing much special about it.
End up with dessert, we order the deep fried apple with thick sugar. It was cold
Overall, the atmosphere and food were good. But somehow, the service was a bit below my expectation.

首先前菜1:杭州芳香煎腐方
係凍食,味道甜甜地,似腐皮壽司塊腐皮卷埋。
前菜2:七里莊酒糟醉雞
雞既酒味好濃,肉係滑既。
主菜1:燕液海王羹
料幾足,味道清淡,唔錯唔錯。佢會幫你分好第一碗,有剩就自己黎,可以加胡椒粉。
主菜2:彩椒油爆雙仙
雙仙就係蝦同埋帶子,兩樣都大大粒,而且啱啱好四粒,一人一粒(呢個係四人餐)。蝦球好爽口,帶子好嫩滑,唔會老,呢個係全餐最滿意既菜式。
主菜3:烤北京填鴨
填鴨皮係脆既,而且油香十足,但係就有少少膩,包左幾舊就有啲頂唔順。呢個四人餐係包埋配料既,有青瓜同埋大蔥,麵餅有十幾塊,加左亞麻籽整既,都幾特別,但係亞麻籽味道太濃,略嫌蓋過左其他食材既味道。
主菜4:蒜子奶湯浸時蔬
時蔬係綠芽菜,幾驚喜(食呢啲最驚見到大白菜)。味道清淡,幾啱我地胃口。
主菜5:家常整魚方
魚係普通既,魚四方形,大大塊,好厚身,食落算實淨,滑身,唔會霉。魚方上面黑色一條條既幾香口,而且脆,我覺得係大頭菜,但係問左服務員,佢地都答唔出係咩。
主菜6:北京人家小蔥拌麵
其實食到厚半部分,都飽得差唔多。呢個面又係粗麵,實在係無咩吸引力。味道就正常,蔥油幾香,無咩特別驚豔,要睇你本身鍾唔鍾意食呢種面。
主菜7:無錫灌湯小籠包
小籠包算係呢一餐比較失色既菜,同外面酒樓食到個啲分別唔大,湯有少少油口,香氣比較膩,唔太推介。
甜品:香滑椰汁糕
椰汁糕味道偏甜,屬於爽口型糕點(唔煙韌),裡面有馬豆,比較硬,加左味道上唔咩唔同,感覺可有可無。
整體黎講,呢一餐質素係高既,上菜由清淡到油膩,我比較鍾意開頭清淡既菜式,可以一啖接一啖不停食,比較重口既就真係一般般。

爽口彈牙大蝦,貨真價實
我喜歡這做法,長條木耳絲,肉絲同魚塊好夾。魚塊雖然俾急涷,但混埋一齐又不失其特色,欣賞廚師諗到咁樣做無鮮味嘅魚。

拌面:欖菜+ 蔥,就係咁簡單。反而唔滯口,又俾大家食清晒
甜品一樣好味,Good Ending
好耐未試過咁完美嘅一餐,仲係套餐添,一般套餐梗有一兩味唔啱食,都預咗嘅。
但今次真係好滿足,要贊吓廚師
- 片皮鴨
到佢搞掂個外賣再招呼我既時候。同時候帶兩個客,唔知佢想我坐邊。
坐低既時候,有四個餐牌(酒牌、商務午餐、餐牌同埋點心牌)
講真點心選擇唔多,大餐牌最吸引既係片皮鴨($228 仲要兩食)但係三個女人仔叫左呢個就食唔到其他野。所以無叫。
一坐低就有前菜,佢個大餐牌寫得好清楚,幾多位會上幾多個,又話可以同侍應講唔要。但見佢都幾多野食,等緊人就夾下。好似有小小麻辣既感覺。
最終叫左點心,牛柏葉、XO 醬炒腸粉(無乜料,但就夠辣)燒賣(唔會覺得太多肥肉,包得幾好)大滷麵(真係好大碗,有蝦,仲要有海參,$55 好抵食)生煎包有四隻(多汁到我一咬落去就噴晒d 汁出黎)
最尾再加個紅棗糕做甜品。呢個紅棗糕唔太甜好好味。
除左帶枱果個侍應好唔得之外。其他既招呼都好好。

佢餐廳牌有拔絲蘋果 / 香蕉,但黎兩次飲茶都冇得點,今次我堅持非點甜品不可,就試
高力豆沙香蕉 (32蚊4粒),中間鋪滿沙糖,你鍾意可以沾多啲。 皮軟熟,香蕉味突出,好味。
有好有唔好
屋企人見到有陳村粉排骨即點。但我唔建議大家點,佢個底應該係粉皮,唔似陳村粉。 不過排骨不錯
另外唔建議點嘅係擔擔麵,得個辣字但冇花生醬嘅香。
唔想淨食廣東點心但要飲茶,北京樓都幾好。平日有得即刻電話book 位,半小時後到都得。星期六日假期就要早一日book, 否則就要排隊拎飛 (12:30 先公開俾飛,但12:15 已經要排定隊!) 價錢就比普通酒樓貴少少。 (每人平均$11*)
門口好多人 相對於同一層既其他食肆熱鬧 但係去到都好快安排到位 不過入到去我地坐果張 依然成枱都係上一手既飯菜 枱與枱之間空間比較少 仲要企係度等服務生執枱 😑 雖然北京樓唔算高級食店 但而家真係好少食店仲要客人企側邊等執枱 仲要比人撞黎撞去.....訂左6人 獲安排既都只係張大少少既四人枱 都唔緊要 但椅背貼椅背真係難搞d 😩
無啦啦收到電話加多兩個人 諗住都應該無位嫁啦..點知又安排到我地去左房入面 間房仲有唔少位吉左 咁開頭就咪鬼要我地6個坐4人枱啦😕
由於大家都好餓 就瘋狂點菜

松子魚 比相像中細條 甜酸汁配米通幾開胃

素鵝 凍食 皮唔脆 實屬一般
水煮牛肉 牛肉不足六塊 只有大量紅薯粉
