Japanese in town for biz trip. Wanna try sth different for dinner, so decided to come to this Individual hotpot place, as recommended by PickyEater.Signature was the lamb.A lot of condiments. Soy sauce pre-mixed with Sesame sauce. Trio of chili sauce; kelp-infused soy sauce and Mongolian wild onion and peppercorn sauce. Tray of extra condiments: parsley, oyster sauce, crushed peanuts, leek flower-fermented bean curd, thai pepper rings, cilantro and chives.Here’s what we had. Clear soup base as recommended by server. We wanted to try the half/half soup bases but those had to be pre-ordered.錫盟草飼至尊30羊肉 (150g)- loved it.雪花5A寧夏鹽池灘羊(200g)- a bit too fatty for me. 厚切穀飼雪花牛小排(100g)寧夏土豆寬粉 (100g)四季菜籃子- great selection. Particularly liked the baby corn.Singing Performance halfway through the meal. Wanted to order dessert but already past the last order threshold. In summary: a journey of flavors, textures, musical and visual splendor; curated by excellent service. Must-try for lamb lovers.

一個月前訂了位,今天19:00,包房2800,今天還電話確認,結果今天18:55到到,門口客服說要等,沒說原因,等到19:10跟我們說double bookinp,門口客服說店長把房間給了其他客戶,然後店長出來說要等大廳,但不知道什麼時候有枱,問題是double booking為什麼沒有提前通知?要客人到了再等?我們晚飯是跟公司客戶business dinner,非常尷尬!所謂的店長一直說想辦法跟房裡客戶溝通,但等了30分鐘才出來說可以安排,但我們發現房裡客人已經在食火鍋,要人家出來說不過去,而且我們客戶都非常生氣,已經離開餐廳。這家店的店長處理手法非常差!!

新京熹老北京涮肉火鍋⭐️錫盟草飼180天羔羊肉⭐️鮮切寧夏灘羊梅花肉⭐️經典大片脆毛肚⭐️老北京糖油餅⭐️蔬菜拼盤冇諗過喺中環都可以食到傳統嘅涮肉火鍋。食羊肉一定要配清湯鍋同埋麻醬,餐廳嘅麻醬味道好濃郁,建議大家食嘅時候可以加少少湯、辣椒油同埋韭菜末,會令到個麻醬更加香。羊肉方面點咗兩款,分別係羔羊肉卷同埋鮮切羊肉。羔羊肉卷嘅份量超級多,我諗應該真係有一米長,可以兩至三個人share食。羊肉卷同鮮切羊肉嘅口感好唔同,兩款都點就可以試晒唔同嘅味道。Menu上面見到老北京糖油餅嘅時候就覺得係必點,因為香港嘅其他地方冇呢度菜。佢係超級好食,有少少似油炸鬼,但係口感更加煙靭,食嘅時候點上麻醬令到人食唔停呀!

琴日約咗啲朋友去食呢間新開嘅京式火鍋,朋友都話好正!舖頭裝修採用黑色高級風格,配上射燈,好有格調。最特別係每晚都有京劇表演,睇到唔少外國客都拎住部手機狂影,氣氛十分熱鬧。今次我哋叫咗傳統塞北口磨清湯鍋做湯底,最啱配佢哋主打嘅羊肉!如果想食麻辣嘅話可以同店員講佢會再安排返相應嘅醬料俾你錫盟草飼羔羊肉大大片,肉質鮮嫩,完全冇羶味,我朋友對羊羶味相對敏感,都話好好食。個肉纖維好幼細,油花分佈均勻,肥瘦適中。寧夏灘羊梅花肉就油潤香滑,羊羶味較重少少,肉質軟糯,香而不膩。鍾意食羊嘅朋友一定要叫。毛肚就更加係驚喜,脆口彈牙,一啲都唔韌,超啱我哋香港人口味。最正係佢哋嘅蔬菜鮮菌,特別係啲菌菇,香味濃郁,吸足湯汁。最後嗌咗老北京糖油餅收尾,外皮香脆,入面層層疊疊,軟熟可口,店員話呢個可以當作係煮食或者係甜品呢間用料新鮮,環境服務都一流,加上仲有京劇表演,真係值回票價。最緊要係羊肉質素好好,絕對係羊肉控嘅福音

北京正宗火鍋新京熹開到嚟香港!即刻過嚟試吓作為香港第一分店裝修結合暗黑同中式一入門口已經有新派”京味”呢到係一人一個小暖鍋好處就係乾淨衛生,仲可以揀自己鍾意湯底值得一提係佢嘅蘸料有得揀傳統嘅芝麻醬,仲有沙蔥汁同腐乳等食唔慣嘅朋友亦有昆布豉油辣椒醬十分貼心新京熹主打食羊肉,我哋揀咗兩款羊肉兩款都各有所愛呢款錫盟180天羔羊肉屬機切羊肉,上枱個碟成米長😆機切羊係比較薄,但口感就比較清新相對羊味會冇咁重另一款鮮切寧夏灘羊羊梅花屬於手切羊肉,口感就會比較軟滑同時羊味都比較重經典大片脆毛肚必點菜式!每片都超爽口咬落塊塊都”嗦嗦” 聲原產地雲貴川鮮菌千祈唔好以為嗰啲係雪耳其實係比較少見嘅繡球菌食落爽口之餘吸到湯汁十分建議未試過嘅朋友試吓初識君 蜜桃烏龍/牛乳 三分甜粵•鮮蔗馬蹄試咗兩杯嘢飲,初識君有驚喜淡淡牛乳味,蜜桃烏龍茶味亦唔會被蓋過恰到好處,推薦最後叫咗個經典北京甜品糖油餅外層酥脆,中間煙靭,唔會過甜作為飯後甜品又飽又滿足最後一提餐廳每晚都會有京戲表演啱晒打卡,而且表演者係唱live好犀利新奇有趣嘅用餐體驗!不過如果可以隔開時間就更好等早輪同次輪用餐嘅朋友都可以有機會欣賞到
