一個月前訂了位,今天19:00,包房2800,今天還電話確認,結果今天18:55到到,門口客服說要等,沒說原因,等到19:10跟我們說double bookinp,門口客服說店長把房間給了其他客戶,然後店長出來說要等大廳,但不知道什麼時候有枱,問題是double booking為什麼沒有提前通知?要客人到了再等?我們晚飯是跟公司客戶business dinner,非常尷尬!所謂的店長一直說想辦法跟房裡客戶溝通,但等了30分鐘才出來說可以安排,但我們發現房裡客人已經在食火鍋,要人家出來說不過去,而且我們客戶都非常生氣,已經離開餐廳。這家店的店長處理手法非常差!!

食羊肉一定要配清湯鍋同埋麻醬,餐廳嘅麻醬味道好濃郁,建議大家食嘅時候可以加少少湯、辣椒油同埋韭菜末,會令到個麻醬更加香。


羊肉方面點咗兩款,分別係羔羊肉卷同埋鮮切羊肉。羔羊肉卷嘅份量超級多,我諗應該真係有一米長,可以兩至三個人share食。羊肉卷同鮮切羊肉嘅口感好唔同,兩款都點就可以試晒唔同嘅味道。


Menu上面見到老北京糖油餅嘅時候就覺得係必點,因為香港嘅其他地方冇呢度菜。佢係超級好食,有少少似油炸鬼,但係口感更加煙靭,食嘅時候點上麻醬令到人食唔停呀!

二个人消费了2000多,肉都是之前切好的,非常新鲜也没有,服务真的非常非常差,有一个男性经理真的有可能是关系户,全程黑脸,感觉欠了他什么的,反正不会再去了,非常糟糕的经历,差,非常差,非常非常差,酒水饮料单简直就是噩梦,想喝的都没有,堂食给的都是纸杯,进店白水都没有一杯的,为什么要收服务费,完全没有服务之言,菜单上面也是好多菜品都没有,不知道怎么可以开到现在,消费情怀,这种商家就是割韭菜,去过一次就不去了
