早前行過南昌薈「半島漁港」酒樓門口,俾佢個晚市優惠$1 BB豬/燒鵝/文昌雞吸引住,我哋今晚係為個$1燒鵝而黎😂未夠七點嚟到,已經見有成七成枱坐滿咗,好熱鬧!今日嘅例湯係赤小豆粉葛,好適合依家嘅天氣飲,我哋點咗個細嘅,兩個人每人分到兩碗,湯好足料又清潤,重另上埋d湯渣。$1 燒鵝超有驚喜,份量比預期多,圖中相片已經有舊落左肚😁今晚真好彩分到隻燒鵝髀,皮薄香脆,中間有層油脂,鵝肉頗嫩,肉味香濃。另外加分嘅係份燒鵝用個玻璃兜盛載,下面一直有支蠟燭溫熱住,保持住燒鵝嘅溫度。半島小炒王好惹味,韭菜炒得好香又爽口,夾雜着炸過嘅白飯魚、腰果、蝦仁、菜脯等食材,送飯一流!XO醬螺片珊瑚蚌,整個菜色的味道唔錯,螺片同珊瑚蚌數量都唔少,翠玉瓜同荷蘭豆入晒味得黎又唔乾身,感覺好味得黎又健康。最後仲有足料綠豆沙同椰汁桂花糕送,超滿足,捧住個肚走,下次要嚟試埋個冬瓜盅先!

XO醬螺片珊瑚蚌,整個菜色的味道唔錯,螺片同珊瑚蚌數量都唔少,翠玉瓜同荷蘭豆入晒味得黎又唔乾身,感覺好味得黎又健康。

本身諗住入嚟任食打邊爐,個套餐有固定咗嘅配菜同埋可以另外單點嘅餸。我哋坐低咗落單嘅時候特登提醒侍應我哋另外有單點咗一啲餸,侍應亦都係點頭好似明白咁嘅。結果等咗好耐我哋單點嘅餸都未上,於是我哋追問第一位侍應,侍應就答我哋廚房整緊叫我哋等等,當然亦都冇真係幫我哋追問廚房啦。又過咗一段時間我哋見啲配菜都仲未上,就追問第二位侍應,第二位侍應就答我哋啲嘢自己識得上唔需要落單。又過咗一段時間我哋啲餸都仲未上,我哋就追問經理,經理先話俾我哋知由頭到尾都冇落過我哋單,我哋白白等咗一個鐘。成件事啲侍應好明顯係冇受過訓練,求其敷衍吓就算,今次呢次體驗真係識到我哋一肚氣

我哋坐低咗落單嘅時候特登提醒侍應我哋另外有單點咗一啲餸,侍應亦都係點頭好似明白咁嘅。

結果等咗好耐我哋單點嘅餸都未上,於是我哋追問第一位侍應侍應就答我哋廚房整緊叫我哋等等,當然亦都冇真係幫我哋追問廚房啦。

又過咗一段時間我哋見啲配菜都仲未上,就追問第二位侍應,第二位侍應就答我哋啲嘢自己識得上唔需要落單。

又過咗一段時間我哋啲餸都仲未上,我哋就追問經理,經理先話俾我哋知由頭到尾都冇落過我哋單,我哋白白等咗一個鐘。

成件事啲侍應好明顯係冇受過訓練,求其敷衍吓就算,今次呢次體驗真係識到我哋一肚氣
