呢間小店真係完全唔起眼啊,佢係位於長沙灣MCL斜對面個小巷入邊嘅一間小店。呢間越南小店係真係由越南人開。嘢食嘅味道相較地道。今次提我第一次喺下午茶時段黎食。下午茶餐由40至$45不等,送一杯熱飲。加兩蚊就可以轉成凍飲。我今次揀咗香茅豬扒撈檬粉,分量基本上同lunch嘅係差唔多,都仍然係咁足料。揀咗熱鹹檸檬水,淡淡嘅鹹檸檬味,一啲都唔過鹹。而且侍應態度非常好。記得之前食牛肉河粉,都係大大碗好好食,仲食過雞扒飯。lunch嚟講$50有咁好質素,真係而家好少見啦。 continue reading

食完《兄妹越南粉》、終於體會到喺香港經營越南菜嘅人性化之道。以前食越南粉絕大多數係啲連鎖店、一種越南街頭庶民美食嚟到香港可以賣到好貴。但《兄妹》係首次見到越南菜餐廳中最感動嘅價錢、而佢嘅價錢平、並唔係唔好食。小店經營人氣高、一支公嚟應該搭硬抬。佢呢度啲pho好似冇出面咁多花臣又生熟牛或火車頭之類、Lunch Menu比主餐牌優惠又有想食嘅pho 當然係叫lunch。【越南生牛河】上菜時生牛肉浸熟位程度約五成、出面叫碗生牛河、遞嚟都浸熟到七、八成。個湯第一感覺係清淡、所講嘅清淡唔係淡而無味、係清甜唔會好濃厚嗰隻、飲完唔覺頸渴咁就明白係咩一回事喇啩?個青檸比較出味、好明顯帶出酸味(已經冇用手摙)值得一讚啲「青」料好多、啱哂我最鍾意食粉麵多蔥、有香葉、洋蔥、少量芽菜。唔覺意啪到粒辣椒都幾辣嘅。另外河粉極充裕、啱哂上班族唔怕食唔飽、出面真係好多都份量偏少。就算只講Quantity、呢下都拉高咗CP值。【香茅雞扒湯粉】不過不失、個人喜好越南粉一定牛河好食啲、雖然聽聞越南當地雞河正啲、呢碗勝在真係唔油膩、見過其他店成碗湯係雞油。呢個椰菜絲雞絲沙律真係超值、跟餐只+$8一定要加、汁又好開胃、有驚喜。抵到爛。春卷夠味脆口制作需時、但表皮都頗多油。越式滴漏咖啡、第一次飲唔知道原來煉奶已經隱藏喺杯底、只需要攪勻就得、第一次飲唔知當齋啡咁飲、越南啡確係偏苦、但喺越南咖啡範疇嚟睇、杯啡味道係OK。 continue reading

荔枝角區內其實好多好野食,好似哩一間正宗越南人開既越南🇻🇳餐廳,雖然地方唔大,但食物質素就值得你前來體驗😚。河內燒豬肉撈檬 $58 + 凍鹹柑桔 $7一上台份量都唔少,好怕豬肉🐷會好乾,但佢一啲都唔會,用左腩位部分,一層肉加一層脂肪咁,好香口又唔鞋。個汁好貼近越南食到既味,咸甜酸都好平均,加埋檬粉真係好好食😋。另外,佢仲有薄荷葉、芫茜、金不換🌿伴碟,可以按自己口味加落去。同埋佢係唔辣,唔食辣既朋友都可以試。至於飲品🍹,我覺得比較淡味,但當清清地解熱。 continue reading

6.30pm在荔枝角MTR交收二手書, 手痕下search“越南菜” - 好, 就你吧.📚👍🏻在G-map 的帶領, 步行十分鐘後便到達毫不起眼, 但燈火光明, 而且一眼看通的小舖 - 半open kitchen, 只有十多座位的兄妹越南粉.💡妹妹笑容可掬, 溫文地說聲“隨便坐”. 兄長穿著黑T-shirt 喺kitchen坐陣, 微微點頭.💁🏻‍♀️👨🏻飛快地叫咗牛肉加牛腩pho. 任何一間越南餐廳, 他們的練門就是湯頭. 不敢抱太大的期望, 只怕換來是是靠味精調出來的有味水, 所以叫埋咸檸七. 🍋🥤五分鐘後, 妹妹輕輕地放下熱辣辣的pho, 跟著提醒一句, “湯是可以加的”.🥣 吓?居然對自己的湯頭咁有信心??Yup. 掂. Book mark 左幾個月,終於初嘗到!😎嗌左燒豬肉撈檬,生牛肉湯河,越式春卷燒豬肉撈檬真係世一🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟用啲汁浸住既燒豬肉,啲汁又唔會油膩,入面仲加咗啲酸紅白蘿蔔,配埋一齊食,真係一流,麵既份量好多,好抵食!生牛肉湯河🌟🌟🌟🌟正常發揮,麵量驚人,如果芽菜可以再多啲啲會更加開心🙌🏻越式春卷🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟好鬆化,唔油膩,下次去都會再叫!位置於明愛醫院後面,假期去嘅7:00都唔使排隊,反而係8:00成間舖都好多人😂 continue reading
