This was my fourth visit in as many weeks to Pho Vietnamese restaurant in Causeway Bay. It’s easily accessible from the Times Square exit from Causeway Bay MTR station. It’s a reasonably sized restaurant with indoor seating. The décor is simple and includes pictures on the walls. The seats were comfortable and at a suitable height for eating at the table. The restaurant is reasonably quiet (i.e. not loud music or TV) – this was one of the reasons we chose it as we enjoy engaging in conversation with one another and the loud music in other venues can be distracting.

It’s a Vietnamese restaurant with an extensive menu. On my last 3 visits I’ve had the chicken red curry with a side of rice (the spring rolls are an excellent starter too). On this occasion I had the beef brisket curry with rice. It’s extremely good value! We had a short wait for our food – around 10 minutes. The sauce had plenty of flavour, the beef tasted delicious and the rice tasted as you would expect. I enjoyed a local bottled beer with my food.

The service was excellent – the staff were attentive, polite and patient considering the size of our group. We enjoyed our time at this restaurant, and will no doubt visit again.

The restaurant was great for our large group. There were families, friends and couples present too. It’s a great place for a quick bite at excellent prices. We ended up staying around 2 hours and felt comfortable in doing so. I’d highly recommend visiting!

星期1️⃣黃昏六點左右,未到晚飯時間,只有我們一枱顧客。因為不是太肚餓,我們2人只點了1個主菜及1個菜。香茅咖喱鮮雞煲配蒜茸包🐔,最喜愛熱騰騰的煲與熱熱又香脆的蒜茸包,雞肉算鮮嫩,雞肉及薯仔的份量也算多。價錢是HK$88,很抵食。菜點了蒜茸炒椰菜苗🥬,炒得很香口,加上我本身喜歡椰菜苗,因此很滿意。價錢是HK$69,相對來說,咖喱煲比較抵食呢😆由於只有我們一枱食客,因此上菜速度很快,服務也很好。

Ordered a raw beef soup noodle, butter garlic chicken wings and pork neck fried rice. The noodle and rice were ok, but the chicken wings were disastrous. Super oily with thick coating flour... the wings itself is tasteless. Very disappointed.Service is below average, waitress is not well trained and kind of impolite in my opinion.

首先,想安排我們坐一個很狹窄的二人位置,也不看看我們的身型⋯ 我們算是幾大隻的 ⋯ 但餐廳8成以上是沒有客人,亦非繁忙時間。食物水準差,這評價是跟香港一般越南餐廳比也覺得差,並非和加拿大、澳洲或越南當地之餐廳比較!牛肉麵湯底沒有什麼味道,牛肉和麵的份量比一般少。侍應有點搞不清楚我們點了什麼,放低後又想攞走,我話係我點嘅佢都想搶着攞走。間餐廳咁少客都搞錯,多啲客佢咪好唔搞得掂?!最奇怪是沒有附上芽菜、九層塔、辣椒及青檸等,要客人主動問才很不願意之下提供!牛油雞翼亦不好吃。侍應態度大致差市道差更應該努力做好自己本分否則只會越來越差!

今日我哋響銅鑼灣購物完之後,大少帶咗我去佢平時食開嘅越南粉。呢一間越南粉有大少最喜愛嘅是拉差辣椒醬。大少點左個生牛肉牛丸金邊粉,我就點左個所謂「牙車快」即係乜都有,有牛肉,牛腩,牛筋,牛柏葉,牛丸嘅金邊粉。大少對食金邊粉都有d要求,同埋呢一間鋪頭有大少最喜愛嘅是拉差醬。大少將青檸汁,是拉差醬一齊撈埋落去碗粉度,哩晚我見到大少食得好滿足。我碗牙車快好大碗,我已經叫咗小粉,但係食極都唔完。我自己認為個湯比較淡,不過應該冇味精,因為我食完之後冇口渴。雖然呢間鋪頭冇乜特別好唔好食,但因為我見到大少食得好開心,同埋有佢最喜歡嘅是拉差醬,所以我決定比好評。

記得很久之前朋友放工吃過這一家算開得頗夜 (11pm) 來碰碰運氣 侍應指快要last order 所以還能夠入座點生牛河是常識吧相信海南雞也是沒了還是問一問讓自己死心果真沒了又想吃點香口東西咖喱軟殼蟹吧 有的帶著期待😚飲品先來了峴港回來後很想念濃濃的越南咖啡這裡的帶著Milo的味道越南買的咖啡粉也完全沖不出滴滴咖啡的味道這裡的粉好多 也很濃奶是有點多生牛河湯底也很美味是配料有點少想不到這咖哩軟殼蟹很大碟底下的是西蘭花及各種蔬菜也有蟹肉 蛋花 甜甜的咖哩直接就要打包 份量太多必定吃不完蟹有點鹹 但香脆的再來的話吃簡單的pho就好了

其實黎過好幾次,海南雞飯同金邊粉都容易賣晒、入座前confirm下好d。星期五晚差唔多8點,2位唔洗等,係d位逼d、不過幾喜歡店內裝修、特別係有得估下d poster係向邊套經典電影致敬。嗌左:豬頸肉撈檬($62)、海南雞飯($70)同牛肉米紙卷($56)。基本上前兩樣係膽黎,次次諗唔到食咩都會黎食。豬頸肉燒得岩岩好,份量都夠。一排無黎覺得海南雞大份左,真無骨非常正!雞都夠嫩既。米紙卷就還好啦,牛肉唔多,但當食菜好fresh既。

今日遇到非常不好的待遇,下午茶2:30pm開始。也有幾張空枱係度。我們2:27pm入去被安排入座。等到2:32pm,我同職員講要下午茶meau.應該係貌似老细黎同我講,態度也不太友善地責怪我們,要正2:30pm入座先可計算下午茶價錢。其實我亦過左2:30pm才落單。為何要這樣說話呢。
