我入過去兩次,兩次都未叫野食就走。點解?第一次,兩個人入去,成間鋪無人,佢俾左張貼牆二人檯我,問左俾大啲得唔得,張檯放兩碟野都唔夠位咁,即刻起身走。第二次,落雨唔想行咁遠,俾多次機會佢,今次我指左四人檯先,有個侍應都示意ok,臨坐低個下有個女經理大叫「兩位坐呢邊」,一望二人檯左右都係人,佢解釋話四人檯要留俾三至四人,我x,入面又係幾張吉檯。我又起身走了。野食我就唔知好唔好,但服務差成咁,好似求佢俾個位咁,真心唔會有第3次機會,行遠啲去利園俾貴啲都冇咁嬲。

晚上肚瘓瘓,想食啲有熱嘢,便想起牛骨湯底的越南河粉。在銅記都有數間可食,今次試試這間,都近地鐵站。去到人客滿了大半,姐姐指了我地去搭枱,幸好座位尚算濶落,不過枱與枱距離還是很近,坐得不算舒適。先點了生牛肉河,牛肉新鮮,有牛味。湯頭味道不太強烈,尚算清甜,熱度剛剛好用來灼熟啲牛肉,可惜侍應沒有給我們青檸芽菜辣椒。另叫了個春卷,正常味道,包菜足夠包完所有春卷,惟欠缺給我們醬汁,只好落是拉差。還叫個特別的青咖喱豬頸肉炒飯,這個尚算有驚喜,咖喱味不太濃,味道平衡,飯也炒得乾身。總括來說,份量尚算大碟,湯河及越式春卷正路,這個價錢這個地區,算不錯了嘛。

剛去完希慎道Apple Shop 整完電話,就去咗後面街蘭芳道嗰間越南餐廳食午飯。平日食晏時間經常有人排隊,可能今天是最後一天的假期,所以無需等位。平日有套餐都OK抵食,但今天因為假期,所以冇套餐叫!香茅豬扒飯 ($58-)豬扒炸得都幾香,但肉質比平時「梅」,可能「那」肉過咗龍!蔬菜份量都唔算少,而且有紅色嘅紅蘿蔔仔和綠色嘅西蘭花,最喜歡的就是有片蒸蛋,蛋裏原來夾着有粉絲,木耳絲...等材料,營養豐富之外又特別。成碟飯五顏六色,賣相靚不在話下,營養價值都好高!

I LOVE PHOHaving said that, ever since i came back to Hong Kong I've always been looking for good pho. Lately there's been more pho restaurants, but I still come back to this one. For one, this location is rather convenient (the other one that i LOVE, you gotta walk up central/soho area... and theres very limited seats); and two, there used to be one at Tang Lung Street but it was closed down a few years back, so around CWB area, this is the only one that i go to now... Not saying its the BEST.

Having said that, ever since i came back to Hong Kong I've always been looking for good pho. Lately there's been more pho restaurants, but I still come back to this one.

Anyways, like many other comments below, I do find the service here sucks. Dont know why they just don't improve. When this shop first opened, I said to Mr. C, I HATE THIS PLACE THE WAITERS AND WAITRESS ARE SO #$%^&.. I asked for more chilli bits, but the waitress was SUPER reluctant and didn't want to give me. But then. I'm still here now... 

Everytime i come here i order the Steak Pho (raw beef) $49.
I like their broth. The beef was tender, the noodle was chewy. Together with the chilli bits, chilli sauce, seafood sauce, just super satisfying! (Sorry i dont do onions / green onions / chives/ coriander kind, so the photo of my Pho noodle looks a bit funny

有一晚去銅鑼灣,諗唔到食咩好,所以求其揀左越南間餐廳。一人叫左一碗湯粉,再加一份米紙卷。我點左香茅雞扒湯河,雞扒整得好香,肉質幾滑,好好食,份量都算多。湯河的湯頭一般,味道比較清淡,但d河粉質素幾好,好滑而且煮完唔會太淋,整體來說幾好食。牛肉米紙卷牛肉唔夠味,一啖又食唔哂,牛肉又咬唔斷,食得好狼狽。雖然蔬菜新鮮,但整體而言唔好味,我勸大家唔好要叫牛肉米紙卷。總結:好吃的雞扒,普通的pho, 可以接受。如果lunch同想平平地食,可以試一試。

Food was so so. Service was downright terrible. No smiles from the staff at all. Our server was completely ignorant of the dishes and couldn't answer any of our basic questions. When we asked the manager for a knife to cut the giant lump of rubbery squid on our papaya salad, he said ok, and then promptly forgot all about our request. We then asked another server for the knife, and she said the restaurant doesn't have any. Doesn't. Have. Any. Knives. In. A. Restaurant. That just about says it

今晩難得飛起老公,約了好姐妹去行街shopping,怎料未開始行,姐妹就喊肚餓,我們便決定先食個快飯!在銅鑼灣覓食有很多選擇,但基於年近歲晚,已經吃過不少餐大魚大肉,今餐我想吃點"輕kan",又有種fresh的感覺…姐妹很明白我心意,二話不說就拉我來吃越南菜,such a good idea由於時間尚早,七點左右人流未開始多,我倆甫到埗就立即有座位。良久未有吃越南菜,揭開餐牌每款也感到新鮮,每款也想試,但姐妹自嘲雀仔胃,所以我倆各自一碗招牌生牛肉河,她就只許我多叫一款炭燒牛肉米卷……但在伙計離開前,我趕緊再叫一個蝦餅姐妹馬上話蝦餅件頭很大,小心吃不下!我心想,蝦餅能有多大,才不怕吃不下呢!結果,蝦餅來的時候,我傻眼了!它真的頗大的,那厚實程度更令我一度懷疑這其實是大蝦球來吧?沒誇張,咬下去真的又多汁又結實,滿口是蝦,香味充斥了咀巴,而且超超超彈牙!!(慶興最後有叫到!)而在我帶著對蝦餅歡喜若狂的心情,要吃起生牛肉河粉時,我反而感到這招牌有點不過不失,無疑它是有牛肉湯底應有的清甜,河粉也很順滑,但就只是做到意料內的美味而已,沒在蝦餅給我的驚喜,還略嫌湯上桌時未夠熱度,因爲我向來喜歡喝很滾

在銅鑼灣覓食有很多選擇,但基於年近歲晚,已經吃過不少餐大魚大肉,今餐我想吃點"輕kan",又有種fresh的感覺…

姐妹很明白我心意,二話不說就拉我來吃越南菜,such a good idea


由於時間尚早,七點左右人流未開始多,我倆甫到埗就立即有座位。良久未有吃越南菜,揭開餐牌每款也感到新鮮,每款也想試,但姐妹自嘲雀仔胃,所以我倆各自一碗招牌生牛肉河,她就只許我多叫一款炭燒牛肉米卷……但在伙計離開前,我趕緊再叫一個蝦餅


姐妹馬上話蝦餅件頭很大,小心吃不下!我心想,蝦餅能有多大,才不怕吃不下呢!

結果,蝦餅來的時候,我傻眼了!它真的頗大的,那厚實程度更令我一度懷疑這其實是大蝦球來吧?沒誇張,咬下去真的又多汁又結實,滿口是蝦,香味充斥了咀巴,而且超超超彈牙!!(慶興最後有叫到!)

而在我帶著對蝦餅歡喜若狂的心情,要吃起生牛肉河粉時,我反而感到這招牌有點不過不失,無疑它是有牛肉湯底應有的清甜,河粉也很順滑,但就只是做到意料內的美味而已,沒在蝦餅給我的驚喜,還略嫌湯上桌時未夠熱度,因爲我向來喜歡喝很滾燙的湯(也許這只是個人喜好罷了!其實也很不俗啦)…

至於炭燒牛肉米卷,正正就給到我今餐想要的fresh的感覺………生菜爽脆,搭配陣陣炭燒味的薄牛肉,以煙韌的米紙包裹著………加起上來就是fresh!

夾雜著fresh 爽 彈,我倆都很開胃的快快吃完,最後我一人就幹掉了三件蝦餅,姐妹的胃就是吃一件都被ko了,但無論如何,我倆接下來都全身充滿能量,可以去血拼了!!

放工一個人唔知食乜好,不如食玩越南湯粉,直覺諗最穩陣一定係大粒肉湯河,因為出事機會率較低哈哈竟然有意外收穫喎!生牛肉一啲都唔肥,湯底亦意外地濃郁,配料可以自己加檸檬葉用手滅碎,令湯底口感回香更有層次,再加新鮮青檸檬令湯底更加Refreshing 架👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Ps: 最好嘅地方係佢營業時間比較野去到10點半鐘可以叫嘢食,啱晒我啲夜貓一族,一支公放工周圍都閂晒門!最好不過之選😂😂😂😂😂
