平日7點去到,冇咩人,叫左魷魚圈同至尊pizza,魷魚圈睇落似魷魚蘇多o的,味道同neway差唔多,不過2款醬汁ok ,分別係沙律同番茄,都算ok ,另外個pizza似手拉pizza,雖然賣相ok,但係唔知點解冇咩味,材料亦唔見得有咩特別,又未至於難食,不過以呢個價錢應該可以更好,下次唔會再來了。

(即係雞肉火箭菜加上一件炸波特茹配上牛肉汁的開胃菜)
外脆內軟且香滑波特茹,  雞肉不乾不鞋, 仲有D雞肉味, 與牛肉汁好配 , 好開胃的STARTER..只是火箭菜份量就太少而已...好醒胃又暖胃的前菜, DELICIOUS STARTER!!!

PIZZA 就叫咗 SUPREMA,  11吋大, 薄PIZZA, YUMMY!!!
TOPPINGS 係 意大利肉腸, ONION, MUSHROOM, CHILLI...番茄醬底好正,  PIZZA 薄底, 香,脆,暖,同埋食落口, 清爽口味, 又唔流...ICHIBAN!

肉腸唔覺太鹹, 因為有 ONION & MUSHROOM 來平衡肉腸鹹度...而且加上 CHILLI 令胃口大增.  正!

PANNA COTTA 奶凍意式甜品.. 
奶味不會太重, 又不太甜, 而且香滑, 加上新鮮士多卑利+藍霉 ..可令口感豐富像滑豆腐,綿綿奶香中帶爽脆,清甜.  不愛吃甜品的我都喜歡此PANNA COTTA...

Despite how much I love Piccolo’s Fried Cheese and Carbonara, my gang is no cheese maniac. So here comes my no-cheese diet!

Always been a signature in Piccolo as the staff tries to get me have this EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I had this once in Kennedy Town but found it not spicy enough. But this time in Wanchai – epic! It wasn’t just about the spiciness, but also the complete taste profile the dish offered. Al dente spaghetti cooked with garlic and red chili – addictive. And it wouldn’t give you bad breath!

I’ll give it a 9/10!

2. Fried Portobello [Shredded Chicken | Bacon | Brown Sauce & Rocket] $100

Imagine a juicy mushroom the size of a man’s fist, have it deep-fried to cover it with a thin crust, and pour a thin layer of brown sauce on top – that’s basically what it’s about. Yet, rockets being too salty, chicken cooked to rough and bacon made too chewy… a pity to this could-be-amazing mushroom dish.

Could have given a full credit for the mushroom, but together with the chicken: 8/10

And the pizza caught the limelight back! Since my friends ain’t fans of red chili, we had a little struggle before ordering. Then the witty staff suggested making a few slice spicy and the other without chili – perfect! The spiciness came in right after I swallow the whole piece. So be careful! It could be choky!

More about the pizza: Baked in this giant red brick stove, the whole pizza gave the aroma of grain and charcoal. Being called “Suprema”, I expected a larger portion of pork sausage but it turned out we couldn’t have one for each slice. Mushroom was actually tasteless, probably dominated by the red chili, but it added credits to the overall texture.

Still deserves a 9/10!

Other Info. : Like I always said, you can never compare Piccolo pizza to any other pizzeria in town, regardless of K-Town or Wanchai branch. However, if you're just looking for great food and a casual ambience, go to Wanchai branch (don't expect top-notch service...) . And if you're searching for a home, go back to K-Town branch!

。意大利煙肉較平時常食到嘅煙肉少肥,但不失油香,而蜜糖帶出嘅甜味,跟火腿嘅鹹,有種平衡感

先來一客炸龍葵菇Fried Portobello$115小食,索價蠻昂貴的,然大家對龍葵菇頗好奇的,故決定一試。菇身肥厚的龍葵菇沾上薄漿同炸,外皮極為鬆化香脆,內裏則保持細嫩鮮美且軟滑多汁,香味比香菇更為濃郁可口。炸菇上重重地被入口略為乾嚡的雞肉、鹹香煙肉濃香洋蔥覆蓋著,並以火箭菜墊底,面頭再澆上自家調製的香濃且甜燒肉汁,令炸菇的味道更為豐富多變,乃整晚的亮點菜式之一。個人而言,雞肉的存在有點多餘的,寧願捨雞肉,而要多一件炸龍葵菇好了﹗

友人G蠻健康的,要了一客紅菜頭火箭菜沙律 Beetroot & Rocket$80。小妹試了一口,呈深紫紅色的紅菜頭入口清甜,惜,火箭菜過於苦澀了。不愛也,也忘了影相。幸而,引頸以待的香烤蒜蓉意粉Aglio Olio $120粉墨登場,蒜香撲鼻,香氣盈室。意粉炒得乾爽之餘,入口煙韌彈牙且帶嚼勁,極致al dente﹗蒜片、辣椒和橄欖油的香辣味與意粉融合為一,絲毫沒有半點膩滯感,味蕾嚐到一陣頗為刺激卻又過癮且教人欲罷不能的辛辣滋味﹗怕辣的小妹,只能一口強悍霸道的意粉,一口清涼解辣的Tropical Ale。

壓軸的煙肉蜜糖薄餅Pizza Bacon and Honey $145不忍小妹遭冷待,從紅磚爐內,氣喘喘地跑上桌子來,向小妹拋眉弄眼。小妹當然老實不客氣地,取回一塊薄餅,大口哋咬下。嘩,薄餅入口帶麥香和炭香,餅邊焗至薄脆非常,薄餅中間金黃色的,入口啖啖香甜的蜜糖和柔軟濃郁的Mozzarella芝士,再配以鹹香的意式Pancetta煙肉,魅力無法擋,激讚﹗

一前一後兩個pizza, Honey Pancetta以及Meat Lover, 令人喜出望外。

首先是兩個pizza的食材和醬汁配搭, 前者咸甜交織恰到好處, 挾帶蜜香和風乾火腿的風味, 令人回味再三, 而後者的重點不在火腿或salami本身的味道, 卻是餅底和芝士之間一層不明的秘制醬汁, 有些許千島醬的感覺但更為複雜, 成功帶出火腿或salami的美味, 神秘的美味令人意猶未盡。

再說pizza的餅底和芝士, 是意大利傳統的薄軟外脆可以包起來吃的作法, 芝士主要是Mozzarella, 或許加了Parmesan, Romano, Ricotta, 芝味濃郁, 絕非一般連鎖店Pizza可比。

壓尾的是 Lazio-style 薄餅 Pizza Bacon & Honey ($145),成品用上以磚搭成的明火煤氣爐烤製,據說火力較一般電爐猛,爐內熱度極高,所以耐熱保溫性特強,唔怪得這個足有 11吋 的 pizza,入口香噴噴,批邊焗至香薄而脆身,批芯柔韌,帶濃郁的麥香和煙熏炭香,加上中央塗滿甜美的蜜糖,配鹹香的意大利煙肉吃,簡單味美,值得一試。

甜品點了 Chef Cheryl’s Tiramisu 意大利芝士餅 ($60) 及意大利奶凍,前者以透明玻璃水杯盛載,芝士餅吃起來非常香滑,而且沒有下太多酒,配面層的可可粉,像喝了杯濃香的咖啡般;而後者 Panna Cotta 意大利奶凍 ($60),賣相更加精緻,入口滑溜得來又毫不甜膩,配上用作點綴的草莓和藍莓,味道酸香醒胃,用來做飯後甜品,美味消滯。

有些好的店子,每過一段時間就會再來, 這裡是我最喜歡的薄餅店之一,上次到過西環分店已是三個月前的事,是時候再來,是晚就和幾位友人來到。店子不大,舖面呈窄長型, 近門口位置是水吧位, 店內可以容納的客人不太多, 店子簡約的設計氣氛也輕鬆不拘謹,而且地方企理寬敞, 坐得舒適,除了散座也設有沙發位, 是跟朋友吃飯約會的好選擇。有別於一般的薄餅店,這裡是用炭爐把薄餅烤熟, 炭爐就放在店內最盡頭位置,透過玻璃窗口可見到師傅在不停的燒呀燒。拿餐牌一看, 幾十款食物分幾欄的列在內,選擇也非常多。主菜我們點了薄餅及意粉等,另外再加些前菜及甜品, 飲品方面, 點了一款啤酒, 飲落清涼順喉, 同炸物一起吃, 更是絕配。店員續一的將前菜拿上檯,先來一客薯條, 炸得外脆內軟, 入口香脆,卻不太油, 拌上蕃茄醬,令人好想吃多幾條。再來的是炸魷魚圈,賣相很討好, 炸魷魚圈放在一個精緻小藍子內, 藍內還有檸檬沙律醬和辣蕃茄醬, 這個魷魚圈是即叫即炸的, 拿上手時還是熱辣辣, 入口就煙煙韌韌, 非常香口惹味, 因應個人喜好, 可以沾上一點檸檬沙律醬或辣蕃茄醬, 是啤酒的好拍檔。到了主角上埸, 送來的就是古法意大利煙肉

再來的是炸魷魚圈,賣相很討好, 炸魷魚圈放在一個精緻小藍子內, 藍內還有檸檬沙律醬和辣蕃茄醬, 這個魷魚圈是即叫即炸的, 拿上手時還是熱辣辣, 入口就煙煙韌韌, 非常香口惹味, 因應個人喜好, 可以沾上一點檸檬沙律醬或辣蕃茄醬, 是啤酒的好拍檔。

到了主角上埸, 送來的就是古法意大利煙肉薄餅,是這店的招牌薄餅, 當然有一定水準, 薄餅底烘得比較乾身而外層微脆,口感較爽脆也有麵粉香味, 這就是用炭爐烤出來的效果,在薄餅中間有隻半生熟雞蛋是相當特別, 而煙肉帶有豐富的鹹香味,味道鮮明也甚好吃的, 實在令人越吃越想吃。

來一道熱賣的香烤蒜蓉意粉, 配料好簡單, 只是用蒜片、辣椒和欖油, 煮出來的意粉蒜片香味頗濃而帶有辣椒的香椒味,意粉的質地咬勁十足而爽口彈牙,對於愛吃辣的朋友,是相當吸引。

有女仕們在塲, 怎可缺小甜品環節, 只跟友人分吃一個Tiramisu 已很足夠。Tiramisu是用一個咖啡杯盛著的,賣相幾精緻, 面頭舖上一層可可粉, 口感是幼滑的, 也夠鬆軟, 咖啡酒味濃,marscarphone芝士軟滑, 效果唔錯。

材料是意大利火腿、雞蛋、香草 及濃而不膩的忌廉汁 , 最初扁意粉是煮至偏硬 , 經過時間及熱力的洗禮 , 扁意粉慢慢地把忌廉汁吸收著 , 令我吃每一啖意粉都是掛汁的 , 煙韌的扁意粉口感夾著意大利火腿的鹹香 , 及醇醇的奶油味 , 吃進口裏的舒服有如那種小鹿亂撞 , 比壁咚更怦然的動心。

任由我幾鍾意食薯條(唔係麥記的),就算香港幾方便,食乜幾方便都好,但因為時間、人物同地點既關係,都未必食到,我無誇張的!朋友上次喺西環食過呢間意大利店,覺得好味,念念不忘,知道灣仔都有一間,又近啲,佢叫我地一齊去食,可以分享他的 回憶。一去到感覺幾好,有幾多梳化位,都幾寛敞又光猛,唔似一般意大利餐廳咁有情調。 一坐低見到有薯條,都未睇其他食物飲品,已經叫左叫左先啲薯條食落幾香脆,炸到金黃色,色澤平均,唔會燶左咁,不油膩,職員話啲薯條係佢店自己做,由刨皮、切條,客人落order先第一次炸,絕對唔係來自急凍或者好似大型連鎖店咁番炸。 之前就係睇openrice時,好多人都叫嘅炸芝士,未嚟之前都好想試,幻想呢個係乜味道的,原來係用大塊嘅Parma Ham 包住一大舊Mozzarella Cheese, 之後拎去炸,再喺上面舖上火箭菜同黑醋,如果無同醋就咁食會好鹹同好膩,但連埋一起就中和左,佢地選放火箭菜,可能因為呢隻菜味道較重,食落成件炸芝士無咁油 太陽蛋Pizza我朋友話好多枱客都叫太陽蛋pizza,感覺好開心,一定要叫!見住啲師傅拋下拋下咁拉出個餅底,餅底好薄同脆,上面有可拉得長的芝士

我朋友話好多枱客都叫太陽蛋pizza,感覺好開心,一定要叫!見住啲師傅拋下拋下咁拉出個餅底,餅底好薄同脆,上面有可拉得長
的芝士和意大利腸,個pizza有點鹹,可減一點呢,而隻蛋放喺pizza面,當切同分開個pizza時,啲蛋黃慢慢流開落個pizza度,配搭特別,原

到不可不吃,點少得呢個意粉啊!
初時我都以為佢平平無奇,唔係白汁意就蕃茄汁嫁la,
呢個扁意粉唔係好使用醬汁,而係用蒜蓉炒到又唔油膩同乾身,香噴噴,麵身彈牙,雖然可能食左好多芝士同澱粉質,所以大家都好快飽,所以就叫甜品了。
