生蝦就食得多,但生蝦他他就真係第一次食。生蝦夠新鮮,肉質爽彈,配上西柚、橙粒提升甜味同酸味,唔會咁單調。而且份量都幾多,啖啖蝦肉好正。

慢煮牛面頰寛帶麵都係呢度的Signature Dish之一,寛帶麵比寬扁蛋麵更闊,所以口感更加明顯。牛面頰好淋,除左牛面頰粒外,還有將牛面頰碎肉加入醬汁,所以充滿牛肉香味,配上碎芝士,令你食到停唔到口。

<車厘茄大蝦意大利雲吞>

其實我麻麻地意大利雲吞,因為覺得細細粒食落去唔夠過癮。不過呢度的意大利雲吞應該「Localized」左,Size係同香港平時食開的雲吞無異。味道方面都有驚喜,餡料豐富,充滿蝦肉,已經相當濃味。另外配上兩隻大蝦,依舊新鮮彈牙,配上車厘茄醬,為佳餚增添一絲酸度,令餸菜不致於食到膩的感覺。

焦糖香蕉Tiramisu幾有創意,食落比傳統的Tiramisu無咁腬。而意式奶凍唔太甜,配上雜莓醬酸酸地幾開胃,為呢頓晚餐畫上一個完美句號。

整體而言,Pici經常會有新Menu,令人食極都唔會厭,主打的手工意粉質量高,價錢亦都合理,尤其推介Tasting Menu。另外亦都要稱讚一下呢度的經理同服務員,唔全程有好好服務外,仲每道菜問你意見,講以為自己去左五星級酒店Fine Dining。

之後可以嗌兩個意粉,聽閒佢地意粉係自家製,quality 有保證 。我哋叫咗一個慢煮牛面頰寬帶麵同埋加左$20叫咗個忌廉龍蝦扁麵 。意粉嚟講寬帶麵比較好,扁麵食落有啲聲音,口感唔太好 。不過扁麵掛汁一流 。忌廉龍蝦比較濃味 。牛面頰肉味濃而且軟熟 。各有各好。

最後仲有Tiramisu同埋紅莓醬奶凍 。飽到上心口都係$268/人 。總括來說呢個brunch 性價比好高!最重要係可以同朋友坐低慢慢食同傾計,無時間限制 。
