今日lunch同同事嚟咗呢間食手工意粉嘅餐廳,覺得好有特色,值得推介。Lunch Menu大概$158 ,有一個前菜、一個主菜、同埋一個甜品。我哋揀咗一個沙律,同埋一個吞拿魚醬嘅牛肉作為前菜,沙律都正正常常,感覺新鮮。而個吞拿魚醬牛肉雖然上碟賣相唔係太討好,但係食落去都唔錯。至於主菜,我哋叫咗一個卡邦尼手工意粉,同埋一個肉醬意大利粉,我覺得呢度嘅意粉超好食,比平時嘅意粉更加煙韌,食到手工製作嘅感覺,而且兩個意粉嘅醬汁都恰到好處,食完覺得好滿足呀。最最最開心嘅係仲可以食到提拉米蘇,簡直係最完美嘅午餐❤️🧡❤️

今日舊同事請食升職飯,嚟到中環做決定咗去食一間手制意大利粉既西餐廳,原來好多年前我喺尖沙咀都有食過呢一間餐廳。好彩同事book咗位,所以入到去就有位坐唔使等,間餐廳都好full吓。餐牌頭盤就選咗一個吞拿魚他他同埋凍肉切盤,份量都幾大,同埋幾好食。主菜就揀咗一個肉醬千層麵同埋黑松露意粉。個黑松露意粉,d意大利粉咬落都幾有彈性。個千層麵就好重牛肉味。飲品方便我就嗌咗杯生啤,同事飲紅酒。食物質素同尖沙咀嗰間都一樣有驚喜!下次可以再試吓其他。買單兩個人$500,都唔算太貴

但呢味唔好講拉絲,啲芝士少到要我尋寶咁先尋到,我甚至懷疑是咪真正的芝士菜色未到,更重要係,佢明顯焗過龍!啲長卷麵唔係有嚼口,而係又乾又硬,連一丁點芝士味都冇!Pici個芝士期間限定主題叫「尋覓芝士」,我get到意思真係叫我由一兜冇味的乾粉度尋尋覓覓,到最尾都係冇芝士味?

大嗱嗱每人三百幾蚊,一間西餐做到由前菜到甜菜全部都伏真係唔容易,伏我都算,難為對面靚女扁晒咀,喊出嚟。

食完之後我淨可以做三件事,第一係同畀我邀請過嚟的飯腳道歉,第二係永久唔去呢間舖,第三係以後唔再相信social media KOL。

既在學紅酒,怎能不打鐵趁熱地小試牛刀?意大利餐廳賣的都是來自意大利的品種,正正順合小的之心意。最便宜的Chianti是當地最普及的紅酒,Amarone則為小的至愛,但因時間緊迫,美酒不能充份呼吸,愛冒險的小的於是揀了一隻自己沒有學過的酒種Primitivo來一試。

也不知是源於餐廳的格調還是酒逢知己,這一杯Primitivo另人驚喜。干身的入口酒體濃厚,正正屬小的鐘情的意大利重口味。純飲甚具風格,與食物相伴則更是得宜。

友人問小的吃不吃軟芝士,雖然小的更愛硬的,但只要是芝士也照單全收,於是咱倆點了客蕃茄奶酪。軟芝士水份充足,相對較輕的芝味卻有柔和優雅的效果,與蕃茄和火剪菜相伴,格外清新怡人。

小的英文差不在話下,意大利文則更是愚昧無知,看著餐牌裡不甚了了的名目,最後因著友人不吃肉,小的也順其意地揀了客煙三文魚意粉。

素菜其實也可以很好吃,尤其是小的至愛的蘑姑與松露。然而咱們點的兩客意粉既不是蘑姑也沒有松露。

及至菜式出場,小的方發現自己點的原來是意大利雲吞。中式雲吞很好吃,可是意式卻非所喜。皆因意大利雲吞一貫是皮多餡少,與不好澱粉的小的背道而馳。無奈地試上一口,煙三文魚的比例果然其少,然後便只有輕巧的醬油與極重的粉頭。既然不喜歡,小的干脆把一隻又隻分給友人。

最近不停有人推介呢間餐廳,無意中見到佢嘅裝修好有格調,睇落都好chill,於是bookmark咗收工即刻嚟試吓!同事叫咗幾款嘢食,唔少得嘅當然係佢最出名嘅Tiramisu!果然一入口完全食得出個分別!發現佢同其他嘅唔同就係佢啲cream好香濃,口感亦好綿滑!話明間野係手工意粉,我哋當然都叫咗個Ravioli carbonara試吓呢一款食落好creamy, 同時可能因為係手工意粉嘅關係,覺得食落去嘅咬口相對係比較煙韌,值得一試!而佢嘅Tuna Tartare 都唔錯!食落覺得自己好似飲緊一個好濃嘅soup咁~整體來講餐廳裝修充滿格調,好適合同啲朋友收工過嚟吹水或者男女朋友約會嘅好地方😆😆

I’ve eaten Pici for more than 20+ times, from brunch, lunch, dinner to takeaways, it’s been my go-to options for friends gathering, date night, or any occasions you could think of. We just seem like never get enough of Pici, homemade pasta is simple and straight to the point, could be a quick fix to your carbs or pasta cravings 🍝😋


We were kinda hungry and decided to opt for the tasting menu for that visit. Priced at $290 person, where you can get 2 starters, 3 pastas and 2 desserts for 2 people, be sure to prepare an empty stomach before coming! 🤪
