之前已經黎食過一次,上次食完雞煲,今次一早已經諗住試下個海鮮粥底火鍋,前一日去open rice 睇下有咩配料,就見到原來想食粥要提前預約,即刻打去預留好彩趕得切。我地兩個人配環球海鮮盤6款,有蝦、魚、象拔蚌、蜆、鮑魚等等。各樣海鮮都係新鮮的,蝦就美味甘甜、肉質爽口,蚌、蜆同鮑魚都好彈牙爽口又鮮嫩,魚更加一份嫩滑。呢個海鮮盤食得過。火鍋配料揀左6款,先講手切鮮牛肉,明顯係高質d,非常鮮嫩,油花都幾平均,一啲都唔"韌",不過美國牛肉都唔差得幾多,都好食的。然後有日本黑豚肉,肉味香,同樣唔覺"韌",都唔錯。左起係魚皮餃、午餐肉、手打鯪魚球。特別要提魚皮餃,魚皮有咬口,肉質好嫩滑,覺得好食過平時食個d。另外仲嗌左一碟手打陳皮鮮牛滑,唔算好嫩滑但又幾好食,好有陳皮味。另外值得一提既係個秘製醬料,味道調得幾好,有少許辣,為食物增添一份美味。最後係個粥,可以按個人喜好落幾多配料,有南瓜粒、芋頭粒、冬菇粒、芹菜、窩蛋。個粥清淡得黎有少許配料既味道,但如果啲水小翻d就更好。環境比較舊式,但都無阻啲人黎食佢,最緊要係食物好食。

中等身型又無需烚太耐,成條放入口再夾住中間條主骨,全部魚肉就可輕易落入口中,肉質超嫩滑,比起椒鹽煮法仲食到佢嘅鮮甜同滑感!

值得一提係佢嘅辣椒蒜蓉豉油 ($6/位)及荔枝茶 ($5/位)都係出面食/飲唔到,為呢間貼地火鍋店多一個亮點!
