朋友多次推介寶寶雞煲,今天我和老公終於前來吃飯了。我們點了一個寶寶奇味雞煲,醬汁十分香濃惹味,連芫茜、洋蔥、蔥等配料都煮得十分入味。雞我們選了半隻新鮮雞,雞肉比較嫩滑,可是今天的雞細隻了點,不太夠吃,我們吃完後都說早知點全隻雞好了。吃完後,叫店員加湯,就可以打邊邊了。我們只有兩人,所以點的配料不算多。手切新鮮牛肉是必試的,脂肪不多,但肉質柔軟又有彈性,牛味濃郁,口感帶一點爽和嚼勁,用來打邊邊一流呀!menu上寫著必食的西班牙羊肩肉我們也點了,切得較薄,沒有羶味,但羊肉味也不強,不錯但比手切牛肉遜色多了。響鈴一向是老公的最愛,這家的響鈴也不錯,脆脆的又多層次,沾湯後不會立刻變淋,還能保持一點鬆化。鮮芫茜比我們期望的要更大棵,新鮮度爆登,芫茜香味清新。我們從未試過像吃通菜一樣,大口吃整棵芫茜的,十分滿足!由於怕不夠飽,我們最後點了馬尾粉絲,就試試菜瀾推介的是什麼吧!看上去和普通粉絲一樣,味道也是一樣的。吸湯汁後不太發脹 (也許因為我浸了沒多久就吃了),但不太特別。

今日在太子基隆街搵到一間性價比極高、火鍋材料新鮮又好味嘅雞煲店,就係寶寶雞煲了。嚟呢度食主要係好想食雞煲,於是我哋一行三人就叫左一個寶寶奇味雞煲,我哋揀咗半隻嘅走地雞。走地雞嘅肉真係好結實,口感非常好,而且雞肉比較瘦,啱我口味。呢度嘅雞煲係干煲,但個汁非常夠味,非常香,所以食到唔停口,我哋叫咗小辣,好惹味。半隻雞嘅肉都唔少,但由於真係好好味,所以有啲開胃,仲有胃口叫多幾樣火鍋材料打邊爐。食完雞煲,店員就主動幫我地加湯,準備火鍋。我哋叫咗八款材料,新款都係超水準。芝士丸彈牙、韭菜餃皮薄饀靚、鴨血非常滑、韓國薯仔麵口感一流、粟米新鮮、紐西蘭蚌隻隻都大隻飽滿。當中我感到最驚喜嘅就係炸魚皮和手打蝦丸,佢嘅魚皮比較薄身,非常脆,仲要係新鮮炸出嚟,食落去仲係熱㗎。手打蝦丸我認為係必點食品,因為佢啲蝦丸係真材實料,你係見到同食到大大嚿嘅蝦肉,而且啲蝦肉係極度極度彈牙,真係好正啊!
