今日係太子附近覓食,出左太子站近砵蘭街好多野食,今日隨便撞入左間雞煲食,因為個名好正,叫寶寶雞煲。門口寫住全日無加一火鍋雞煲,超抵,9點後食仲全單9折,真係好抵食。話明雞煲,當然主打食雞煲。佢餐牌上面有好多款,香辣雞煲、麻辣雞煲、香辣豬仔肚雞煲、椰子雞煲等等。我就叫左個醉雞煲。估都估唔到,佢個醉雞走地雞煲係落重藥材,一上黎已經飄住藥材香。走地雞要另外加錢,食開雞都知走地雞先係真正真材實料既雞。雞皮爽脆,雞肉結實,口感同味道都比一般急凍雞好味好多。而且同左落材一齊煲,個湯一上黎仲可以飲半碗先,正!另外叫左配料,包括鴨血、炸響鈴、午餐肉、同埋本地新鮮手切牛肉。手切牛肉呢個真係值得講一講,佢菜單寫住必點,試左之後果然真係特別唔錯!牛肉味好香濃,因為係牛肉所以好少肥肉都無,嫩滑香口,而且份量絕對唔少,半份$108都相當大碟,兩個人食剛剛好。另外鴨血好滑同新鮮,響鈴好大條,而且脆卜卜。打邊爐就唔少得叫野飲,咸檸七唔係到到有得飲,所以叫左杯特大,$28特大杯,十分抵,而且咸檸味好正!呢個值得推介。另外仲叫左一渣洛神花茶,都係$28,真係好抵飲。食物質素好唔錯,野食份量配得上價錢,而且不收加一,真係

雖然是超微辣,亦較乾身,但仍然十分惹味,醬汁跟雞肉混合,雞肉已十分入味,肉質煙靭。因為是冰鮮雞,所以較多肉,2個人半隻雞剛剛好。另外不得不提是其他配菜,特別是洋蔥及青紅椒,與雞一齊炒過後,香味特出,一定要食。

打邊爐的餸菜選擇十分多:各式肉類、海鮮、丸類、蔬菜、麵食應有盡有,選擇排滿一張A3 Size紙。大部份餸菜都有大細Size,好像我們只有2口子食飯,就可以選擇小份的,不用浪費。

天氣漸漸轉涼,又是雞煲的季節喇!(雖然我一年四季都在吃雞煲) 今天第二次來到寶寶雞煲,這是我近來吃過最美味的雞煲之一。原來只有寶寶奇味雞煲是乾煲,其他都是有湯底的煲。雞煲我還是喜歡乾煲,所以這次仍是點了奇味雞煲的,醬汁依然十分香濃惹味,連芫茜、洋蔥、蔥等配料都煮得十分入味。我們上次選了半隻新鮮雞不夠吃,所以今次選了全隻冰鮮雞,果然大隻一點,不過肉就不夠新鮮雞嫩滑了。手切新鮮牛肉再度Encore,肉質柔軟又有彈性,牛味濃郁,口感帶一點爽和嚼勁。炸魚皮上菜時仍是熱的,卜卜脆!由於是新鮮炸起的,浸了湯後,仍然保持到香脆可口,必食!這響鈴有很多layers,所以口感十分鬆化,沾了湯汁吃,一流!莞茜是老公要求點的,因為別的餐館很少可以吃到整棵莞茜,還要這麼新鮮的。緊記莞茜不要浸太久,否則會變得太淋,失去了爽口的口感。

呢個名好靚既菜式其實係將 預先醃好咗嘅蝦滑釀喺一開二既油炸鬼裏面,38會係煮個時將蝦滑個面向湯,避免油炸鬼吸入過多湯而變得太淋。蝦滑非常彈牙鮮味,同油炸鬼都配合得幾有趣,大家不妨試試😋

6⃣美國桶蠔4粒 $76
$76呢個價錢係餐廳食到桶蠔簡直係超值!其實餐廳仲有另一款貴一倍左右既桶蠔,但38得兩個人就食呢款算了😌桶蠔size唔算細,而且入口一啲都無腥臭味,唔沾任何醬汁都好有鮮味😍

7⃣冰豆腐 $24
呢款係38每次火鍋必食既吸湯配料, 冰豆腐又稱蜂巢豆腐,每次都可以完美咁將湯吸到成嚿豆腐都變得好飽滿💖

8⃣蝦子麵2個 $25
蝦子麵望落細細個,但其實煮熟後份量好多,食落有蝦子味,無需沾任何調味料都輕鬆一人KO一個😆

9⃣大龍鳳可樂 $36
其實即係咸柑桔檸檬可樂,好岩打邊爐既時候飲,而且500ml勁gur呀😏

5個人,半隻雞份量偏少,叫左超級微辣,但我唔食得辣,所以對我黎講都係偏辣,但超級好味。
由於我唔食牛,所以叫左豚肉,擺碟好靚,但肥肉有d多。

海蝦好鮮甜,食左幾隻,白鱔片不過不失,正常水準。

雞煲一定要食午餐肉,煲到佢好林,接近入口即溶,再配上公仔麵😍雖然好邪惡,但絕對係人生美食。打邊爐都未必可以做到,只有雞煲先有呢個效果。

食完就明白點解甘多人推介,佢個雞煲好出色,熱辣辣,好惹味,仲有得揀走地雞,好難得。
火鍋配料又多選擇同相對上較便宜,又高質;仲要全日免收加一服務費添。我一定會返check 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
