上次去附近的食肆吃飯時,路過看到原來這裡有間雞煲,而雞煲是我的最愛,今晚便専程來試試。店舖除了地下,還有閣樓,裝修是傳統設計。店內有分新鮮雞和冰鮮雞,難得有新鮮雞,自然點了一隻來吃。麻辣新鮮雞煲一隻$288,這個的雞煲不是乾鍋,而且是一大鍋湯,內有大量辣椒和全隻雞件。雞肉吸收了香辣味之後,加上是新鮮雞,味道鮮美而帶點辣,肉質帶著雞的味道,只有新鮮雞才能俱有的。已經很久沒有吃過,這麼好味的雞肉了。Asahi $35,問店員取了冰桶,就更加可以保持冰凍。洛神花茶$28,是自家製,味道適中,不會過酸過甜,是吃雞煲必備之選。響鈴$35,份量有八件,吸收辣湯後,可以吃到豆味,是必點配料之一。萵筍$48,味道鮮甜,如果份量多一點更好。

黎得依度當然要食招牌菜寶寶奇味雞煲啦。因為我地只有2人,點了半隻以為份量已經好多。不過估唔到食完唔夠喉!!走地雞肉雖然唔係啖啖肉,但勝在肉質彈牙而且好濃雞味!配菜顏色非常豐富繽紛,全因配菜十分足料,有燈籠椒、紫洋蔥、紅椒、芫茜等等,簡直色香味俱全奇味醬味道有別於一般雞煲,食吃唔會也太口乾食完唔夠喉就開始加湯做火鍋,火鍋配料選擇好多而且好新鮮。依間小店雖然沒有豪華裝修,但有地道風味。好值得推薦!!!

同朋友食飯我就中意揀打邊爐因為可以慢慢食 恰恰下咁 傾下計又食下黎到太子呢間寶寶雞煲我地揀左打邊爐 先唔食佢個雞煲住.湯底要左日式鰹魚昆布湯配海鮮盤好正啊!位位198好可惜原來粥底要預早book的當日就食唔到了 如果想食既朋友記得要book !!!.海鮮盤有鮮蝦 蟶子 大蜆 魚片 生蠔 元貝 魷魚等等2-3位係跟6款火鍋配料的當日魚蛋賣曬 轉左魚皮餃 不過不失牛肉都大片 但顏色睇起上黎唔係太新鮮店員表示顏色係咁的 正常日本黑豚肉好食啲 都香 手打牛肉丸彈牙呢個我中意食 清湯更顯牛香.呢餐都唔錯既 中意海鮮既話不妨試下!

打邊爐最緊要既野除左個爐就係食材要新鮮! 今次黎到寶寶雞煲就好感覺到食材新鮮真係差好遠。我地叫左本地新鮮牛肉同手切雪花肥牛, 兩款都有牛味各有捧場客, 而我就鍾意食手切多少少, 因為牛味濃D。之後不得不提手打蝦滑, 大大粒蝦肉係入面, 未落個煲已經估到係正野, 熟左再食不得了! 又爽又彈牙! 點解可以咁好食架!!!其次鍾意食佢既雲吞同九菜餃, 仲有稻庭烏冬! 雲吞同餃覺得係佢地自己整既, 食落好新鮮, 唔似出面街市買果D雪左幾個星期既雪藏餃。烏冬依度雖然雪到硬冰冰, 但淥完出黎好滑, 唔係粗身果隻烏冬, 超好食!最後值得一講既係桂花蚌, 雖然我唔係好食海鮮, 但都食得出好新鮮, 咬落好爽! 朋友們一路食一路讚。

HAPPY 星期四~因為聽日放假 所以又同朋友去食飯啦~ 呢間係朋友話要去食~ 因為價錢抵 ~ 性價比高~ 環境都不錯架~ 睇下有咩食先~ 我地叫左個::-招牌雞煲走辣~ 味道唔錯~ 雞嘅份量都好多~ -必點炸響鈴 ~ 非法新鮮薄脆~ -手打墨魚滑~ 好有墨魚味~ 而且新鮮彈牙~ -之後叫左個黑豚肉~ 賣相唔算吸引~ 但咬落竟然有驚喜~ 無咩肥膏 好味道呀~ -另外要讚嘅係羔蟹仔~ 鮮甜肉厚~ 而且價錢抵食~ ~ 原本諗住每人一隻象拔蚌仔~ 可惜只淨下最後1隻~ 會再食~ 希望下次可以點到~  真心覺得不錯~

約左朋友仔食dinner, 朋友仔唔食辣,但又好鍾意食雞煲😂😂所以就揀左寶寶雞煲...好彩我地未夠7點就黎到,唔洗等位其實我都係第1次食唔辣嘅雞煲,見到嘅時候,覺得個樣有少少似醉雞鍋雖然話半隻雞,但好似食極都有,雞肉幾滑2個人打邊爐係要好有節制,好彩呢度好多野食都可以揀半份,我地2個女人仔就可以嗌多幾樣野炸魚皮好脆口,自家製水餃好味,皮薄餡靚大大粒竹笙索哂d雞湯,好好味喔不得不提係杏汁豬肺,好飽滿同洗得好乾淨下次我要約多幾個朋友黎先😎😎

去開太子站附近的寶寶雞煲食晚飯。店員好熱心地介紹不同的菜式。我們選擇了寶寶奇味雞煲(乾煲),煲底選了微辣。雞煲熱辣辣香噴噴地上枱,師傅用了新鮮走地雞,雞件醃得惹味可口,食雞有濃濃的雞味,比冰鮮雞好食,令人食指大動。半隻雞2人吃,份量剛好。食完雞之後,店員放湯入煲內,待湯滾起後放入必食的本地新鮮牛肉,牛味香濃,肉質嫩滑,入口即溶。另外還有手打陳皮牛滑,肉質又軟又爽口彈牙。至於手打三寶丸亦各有特色,鯪魚丸魚味重,墨魚丸彈牙,雖然陳皮牛肉丸有點重複,但個人認為丸的口感比滑更好,只是丸的份量較少。我們還點了炸響鈴和酥炸魚皮,雖然是夏天,配上冰凍烏龍茶食雞煲也不錯。

之前見過旺角有間寶寶雞煲,原來太子都有分店!入咗左先知原來除咗奇味雞煲係乾撈,其他雞煲都係有湯的!今次叫咗半隻奇味雞煲,有好多配料,洋蔥、芫荽、辣椒等等,越食越香,而且辣味夠,越食越開胃!食完雞煲後,係時候叫侍應加湯落火鍋料!墨魚滑圓轆轆大大嚿,彈牙新鮮,必叫!美國桶蠔,上枱已經好香蠔味,夠大隻!雜菇有香菇、金菇同雞髀菇,菇類吸唒啲湯汁,非常滑口好味!馬尾粉絲第一次試,份量好多,粉絲條條分明,彈牙有咬口!新腐竹,唔會太韌咬唔開,滾一陣就食得!大檸樂超級大杯, $32差不多!
