To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蘭桂坊加州大廈有不少出色餐廳,其中一間位於7樓嘅Porterhouse,屬於高級扒房。最近他們出名嘅牛肉大對決返咗嚟,之前冇機會試到,今次就一定把握機會試吓,因為套餐有兩款牛肉選擇,實在太吸引了牛魔王嘅小編。𝘉𝘦𝘦𝘧 𝘉𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘉𝘢𝘤𝘬◇ 𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥餐前提供嘅麵包都有3款,一款淋一款脆,另一款係脆餅,唔夠可以加的◇ 𝘉𝘦𝘦𝘧 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘰 - 𝘛𝘳𝘶𝘧𝘧𝘭𝘦 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮, 𝘈𝘳𝘶𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢, 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘢𝘯前菜係意式牛肉刺身,牛肉切成薄片,不失香濃肉汁同牛肉味,灑上Parmesan芝士碎片,牛肉味道進一步提升,加上火箭菜平衡一下口感◇ 𝘓𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘉𝘪𝘴𝘲𝘶𝘦 - 𝘓𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘥𝘦前菜之後係龍蝦湯,先放上蝦肉碎,之後淋上龍蝦湯,陣陣龍蝦香味,加上濃郁味道,非常美味◇ 𝘉𝘦𝘦𝘧 𝘉𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦湯之後嚟到今餐主菜,嚟到所謂「牛肉對決」,其實就係揀兩款不同地區或不同部位嘅牛肉,有嚟自澳洲、韓國同烏拉圭嘅牛肉,部位有牛腰、牛臀、外脊同西冷,牛肉質素全是頂級,眼花撩亂真係唔容易揀,不過小編鍾情澳洲同韓國肉,就揀咗以下兩款。▼ 𝘈𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘢 - 𝘚𝘪𝘳 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 450+ 𝘋𝘢𝘺 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯/𝘖𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘍𝘦𝘥 𝘔8-9+ 𝘞𝘢𝘨𝘺𝘶 𝘙𝘶𝘮𝘱 𝘊𝘢𝘱 來自澳洲Elbow Valley農場,以柑橘肉混合穀物嘅獨家配方,加上450天悠長飼養期,令肉質除咗有更亮麗光澤,亦有鮮美細緻口感,當然最重要帶有獨特淡淡柑橘香氣,小編第一口就愛上了▼ 𝘒𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘢 - 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘸𝘰𝘰 1++ 𝘖𝘶𝘵𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘍𝘭𝘢𝘵 𝘊𝘢𝘱 韓牛1++級別係頂級了,外脊肉部位,肉質比較有彈性,入口有嚼勁,同時脂肪含量比較高,口感較油滑,同之前澳洲牛肉比較,各有獨特之處各有千秋,不用對決,不用分高下,兩款同樣出色◇ 𝘈𝘭𝘭-𝘠𝘰𝘶-𝘊𝘢𝘯-𝘌𝘢𝘵 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 任食即炸薯條最後晚餐有任食即炸薯條,可以慢慢食,直至滿足為止如果有興趣,可以外加菜式,共有5款額外星級享受選擇,有帶子、魚子醬、青口等,小編就揀咗青口同迷你漢堡,各有特色。◇ 𝘔𝘶𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘴 青口青口係服務員提議,份量多足有半公斤,味道鮮甜,最喜歡搭配脆麵包減少油膩感◇ 𝘋𝘳𝘺-𝘈𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘞𝘢𝘨𝘺𝘶 𝘚𝘭𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳 - 𝘚𝘮𝘰𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘙𝘢𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘥 𝘖𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘗𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘪 𝘋𝘶𝘴𝘵 熟成迷你漢堡烤蓉嘅Racelette芝士帶有煙燻口味,再加焦糖洋蔥帶點味,配上牛肉味濃郁嘅和牛扒,灑上牛肝菌粉,造成一件精緻迷你漢堡,每一口都係味覺冲激

Very tiny proportion. A steak house without steak tonight. It’s nice to be fancy but please serve sufficient food so your customers will not starve. The place was also overly crowded. I was asked to move my seat closer to table twice. This is just a blatant attempt to maximise business with total disregard of customer experience. You can do special set dinner but please do not deprive customers of their choices of something more so that they don’t starve.

位於蘭桂坊嘅樓上自助餐自助餐通常食酒店嗰啲,但呢間係一間西餐廳提供嘅自助餐,質素比起酒店有過之而無不及。餐廳位於蘭桂坊,商業大廈高層,準時去到稍為要排隊入座,可見餐廳都好熱門。食物上呢間自助餐嘅前菜同埋冷盤絕對好過大部份酒店自助餐,款式多及質素好。方面有齊波士頓龍蝦及即開生蠔,但質素比酒店差少少,途中間中有蠔殻碎。熟食方面雖然比起酒店少款,但有即煮意粉同埋燒豬腩肉超好食,貴精不貴多,個場唔大拎嘢食唔使行咁遠,但座位間隔都足夠,非常推薦大家嘗試

平時都唔會評價,但真係好食所以都忍唔住走嚟食個review推薦啲野幾好食但坐咗成晚得3枱客😣香港餐廳真係難做八爪魚外脆內軟好好食,推薦!呢個生油甘魚就一般,可以唔使嗌龍蝦湯我見好多人推薦所以都有叫,整體ok但可能我期望太高,所以冇話特別驚艷牛扒叫咗日本和牛肉眼扒同澳洲M7牛柳兩隻都好食!我自己比較鍾意日本個隻🤩Medium Rare啱啱好最後仲嗌咗個甜品,但係冇影到相我嗌咗嘅係焦糖燉蛋,都好好食會下次再嚟試埋其他未試過嘅嘢!

My family and I had the weekend brunch at the Porterhouse this Sunday. I made an online reservation, specifically requesting sofa seats and mentioning it was for a birthday lunch.Unfortunately, we weren’t given the sofa seats, even though there being plenty of sofa seats available. Additionally, no birthday arrangements were made, while three other tables had birthday cakes provided by the restaurant.It seems our online request was overlooked, which is quite disappointing.Beyond the arrangements, the food did not meet our expectations considering the prices. I found it to be overpriced. There were no oysters, the soup was overly salty, and the rest of the dishes were just okay, not justifying the cost.Overall, I don’t think we’ll return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.餐廳有3分2座位都係梳化位,我request梳化位,但就無安排,但餐廳根本唔full,有好多位吉。book嘅時候講咗係生日lunch,餐廳無任何安排,但見到有3枱客有安排生日蛋糕同播生日歌。我感覺我哋嘅booking完全被無視。食物方面,無生蠔,羊架無羊味,湯好咸,其他嘢都係一般,根本唔值呢個價錢。
