終於來到這裡一嚐越南美食
走過斜斜的長街,穿過街市,於晚上七點左右,終於到達位於My Central二樓的Prime Pho
一進到店,心想不妙,怎麼只得寥寥可數的食客🙈
心想肯定是因為選址不佳,怎麼會有人特地走上斜路,吃這家不太起眼的越南餐廳?
誰知道過了半小時,客人就不斷入座,頓時變成超熱鬧的場景
這才知道,原來真的有人會長途跋涉,只為一碗好吃的越南粉!😆

這裡主打越式湯粉,這道招牌的「Prime Pho Bo」更是必試菜式之一✨
單看賣相已十分震撼,配料多到滿溢
湯底用上廿四小時熬煮而成,味道既清甜又牛香十足,而且入口不油膩
河粉順滑、有彈性,略嫌過碎,難以夾起
麵條份量不算太多,但配料之豐富足以填飽肚子
其中很搶眼的一項是長長的油條
油條是餐廳自家製的,當中還釀入了泰式香料
口感不是香脆的那種,比較像是麵包的質感
另外還有封門柳、牛脷、牛腩、牛丸、牛展、牛筋、牛尾、扎肉、蘿蔔,超級滿足!

Prime Pho, a Vietnamese restaurant in Central/ Soho serving modern and delicate Viet dishes 🇻🇳 The restaurant is located at Graham street inside My Central, not an eye-catching spot indeed but it certainly deserves more attention🤩 The snack platter pretty much included everything you need to try 😛 The garlic butter wings were crispy, buttery, and sweet. Love the grilled pork as well, so juicy and meaty 🐽 While the deep-fried shrimp cake was chewy and yum! 🍤 Meat lovers must try out their Prime Pho Bo! 🐮 The portion was extremely generous with 6 different parts of beef inside. The beef broth was sweet and fragrant, love it so much! ❤️

寒風瑟瑟的夜晚,即使走在繁華的中環,也需要一盅暖心的湯羹,一份熱熱的餐食。於是,我便和朋友走進了街邊的這間越南餐廳,點了三道別具特色的美味佳餚。第一道菜是獨具特色的牙車快沙律,它裡面包含了慢煮雞絲、黑松露蛋黃醬、椰菜、自家醃製的酸菜和青瓜蝦片,因此吃起來入口鮮香,非常爽口,食材的新鮮搭配美味的蘸醬,吃到嘴裡讓人胃口大開。而第二道菜是這家店的特色料理,番西邦峰,它取名于越南的最高山峰。這道菜其實就是燴越式牛尾,裡面包含了香菜、青汁、越南式的牛燒汁。牛肉和牛骨經過二十四小時的熬煮之後顏色漂亮,入口濃厚,如同濃縮而成的肉汁。品嘗起來覺得濃郁,吃了之後讓人回味無窮,久久不能忘懷。而第三道菜是這邊的招牌,炒蝦河,用了自家製的龍蝦湯作為上湯,因此湯頭非常鮮美,主菜也具備非常高的質素,吃到嘴裡融合了龍蝦的鮮香和湯頭的肥美,真的是今天晚上的一大驚喜之一。總體來說,Prime Pho真的培養起了我對越南菜的趣味,期待接下來,再和朋友家人享用這裡的美味佳餚。

又到星期二,今日同朋友講話好想食越南野,我朋友就話係我公司附近有prime pho,一直好想試,而家終於試到!Prime pho 除左傳統嘅pho, 仲有好多吾同嘅選擇,有越南pizza, 米紙卷等,我哋今次就叫左prime 炒蝦河,微辣炒雜菜同醬燒茄子!Prime 炒蝦河好正,老闆同我哋講佢哋係用龍蝦汁去炒pho ,裏面有四大隻虎蝦,好爽甜同新鮮,食落去好有驚喜,龍蝦汁好出,同係其他店食真係好吾同,下次一定會encore 😄炒雜菜就有好多吾同種類嘅菜,例如秋葵,粟米仔,小耶菜同翠肉瓜,吾同嘅菜好鮮甜,加埋啲辣味,食落好嘢味又吾會覺得好多油!😍個原條烤醬燒茄子上面有炸檳海同越南style 沙嗲醬,加埋好特別,好岩做前菜小食!飲品方面我哋叫左杯芫荽sprite, 我朋友本身好鍾意食芫荽,佢話估唔到係咁嘅問,有驚喜😁 而我就叫左冰搖越南咖啡特調,本咖啡加左桂花蜜,夾埋espresso,好清新,真係一喝就愛上☺️,下次都一定會再叫😋😋😋
