某天,因工作關係,來到這個為我來說十分陌生的地方 - 新蒲崗於是,事前上openrice做足準備,看看有什麼自己想試的餐廳;然後找到這一間食法國菜的.網上的網評提到漢堡牛扒.這天的午餐共有2款漢堡牛扒作選擇,分別是日式的以及另一款好像澳洲.已記不得起了.最後我選了價錢相對便宜的先一試.而配菜則選了意粉.很欣賞漢堡扒的味道.至於餐廳環境,雖然坐位很濟;附近的人談話時較大聲,高談濶論,所以很嘈.但,我很喜歡這小店的裝修.特別是那些懷舊風扇.整體而言,食物很用心煮;味道方面算唔錯.藉得一試.

網上的網評提到漢堡牛扒.這天的午餐共有2款漢堡牛扒作選擇,分別是日式的以及另一款好像澳洲.已記不得起了.

最後我選了價錢相對便宜的先一試.而配菜則選了意粉.

很欣賞漢堡扒的味道.

至於餐廳環境,雖然坐位很濟;附近的人談話時較大聲,高談濶論,所以很嘈.但,我很喜歡這小店的裝修.特別是那些懷舊風扇.

整體而言,食物很用心煮;味道方面算唔錯.藉得一試.

後者都係好好,春雞胸肶皮脆肉嫩,飯底有雞油及芝士香,配上沙律菜,油而不膩,堪稱一絕。

星期五全晚都係得兩檯但知道大地主加租在即,相信好難繼續落去,希望大地主睇到呢度嘅食評,高抬貴手,令大家繼續有個好味嘅聚餐處。

記得第一次去之前都係係 openrice search 到見到好惡參半加上去到只見裡面得一檯人心想唔知掂唔掂所以只叫了 d 平野食味道幾好味只是牛扒有彈牙彈多左少少昨天本來想去別緻點知別緻要等到九點所以決定去普羅旺斯這次叫了一個平的意粉 + 一個豬筋骨味道好,只是豬筋骨份量少了一點這樣二個人都只是 $220 左右﹗

Wondering in San Po Kong for a good restaurant, this is recommended by my sis...I remember going with dad, the dinner is over HKD1,000 CASH as we ordered one mussel appetizer and 3 main courses. What kind of service is this??
well i am with my family, so i didn't leave, if it's just me and M, we'd leave right away. I am not going into a restaurant to pay for having shit from them
I do pay for good food and service....is that too much to expect?


We ordered our set lunch:

Sausage with Tomato sauce on rice
* didn't taste this, no comment.
* Due to the next table is having this lunch, i do not wish to order this plate.

Bake rice with ham and chicken in cream sauce
* tasty
this is the best out of the 3 dishes. The sauce is quite creamy with lots of cheeze on top. The chicken...actually didn't really REALIZE there are a lot of chicken, but it's ok, i see a lot of ham.

Bake rice with cheeze in tuna and crab meat cream sauce
* this is my plate. This is not as good as the chicken and ham as i do realize it's FAST "seafood" out of the can. It's not tasty, but because the cream sauce is good with the cheeze, it's still an ok dish.

Both bake dishes needs another 5-10 mins in the oven. it's 95% hot, so is the rice. However, there are sill chunks of white rice within that are cold...which really affect your appetite.

Other than that, with this kind of price for a lunch, it's pretty good. I think their ingredient is pretty fresh and clean,*sign* so i still recommend this restaurant, hopefully others be lucky enough to have better service~

見到Provence係 openrice有3.8甘好既評價,就抱有期望而去試下,但真係比預期差好多!Provence環境好唔起眼,完全唔似係一間食法國菜既餐廳,似茶餐廳多 D。試完菜後,發覺連質素都好唔得!我地要左兩個 set和一個頭盤:餐湯係南瓜三文魚忌兼湯:湯香濃,加埋熱辣辣既蒜蓉包,唔錯!頭盤係法式凱撒沙律伴巴瑪火腿 ($98):巴瑪火腿好大片,唔夠咸香;菜份量好少,芝士薄片比例卻多;sauce係橄欖油、醋加蒜蓉醬!用蒜蓉醬整凱撒沙律好怪,而且菜少橄欖油多,所以好油淋淋甘!兩個主菜係香煎美國牛肋條伴黑提紅酒汁 ($168) 和法國芝士汁焗魚扒伴意粉 ($68):牛肋條煎得外皮脆但太乾身,唔juicy!老闆教我地要切細件甘食,因為呢度既牛肋條係 sell 口感,但我食到既口感係又靭又實又乾!黑提紅酒汁就酸微微幾清甜!另外,伴碟既係一個焗既大蕃茄,味道怪怪的!法國芝士汁焗魚扒伴意粉既魚扒都ok,但意粉好唔掂!意粉腍身得黎又唔夠熱,應該係煮定左係度再番焗,好差!老闆充滿熱誠甘來問好唔好食‧‧‧我唯有笑下,唔好意思撥佢冷水‧‧‧我地重買左支紅酒黎唸住食好野,真係浪費左支酒‧‧‧我坐既位置

One of my favourite dish is the cold abalone X spinich (凍南非鮑伴spinich)(pre-order required)Other one: chicken risotto with truffle sauce, great strong smell of truffle, light sauce (not too creamy at all) and good rice texture (not hard or chewy).Lamb Chop: hand-picked lamb chop X special grilling method that locks the juice, sauce and taste of the lamp chop without losing any of its freshness.Tender, great texture and extremely juicy inside.Beef rib sticks (牛肋條)chewy, not the kind of tenderloin

Beef rib sticks (牛肋條)chewy, not the kind of tenderloin we're normally looking for. But the way it's cooked combined with the basil X raspery sauce has deliberately reveal another brand new perspective of tasting ribs.

weakness: decanter is not available, so better open your red early enough before the meal begins.

Overall: highly recommanded

甜品都係最鍾意嘅紙咁薄嘅Apple Pie a al Mode,今次仲有連餅身都好有藍莓味嘅芝士餅,完美終結。

好開心嘅係師傅放低工作出唻同我哋邊飲邊傾偈,天南地北,傾得好開心。

應承師傅下次帶支靚法國紅酒同佢試吓,等我去我床底個cellar搵番D珍藏先!

甜品照舊係紙咁薄嘅Apple Pie a la Mode,真係完美配搭。

你問我,我只係嫌等得耐,因我住天水圍,但食物方面真係冇得頂。冇酒買亦唔緊要,佢哋唔收corkage,我仲可以冒吓險周圍買吓。唯獨下次點都要weekday去,坐番張四人枱!
