俾朋友仔帶左黎呢度食飯由個名 到裝飾 都以為係食中餐但打開餐牌先發現 原來食西餐前菜我地叫左個水牛城雞翼辣味醬汁配上炸得香脆熱辣嘅雞翼上枱時係剛整好 黃金色嘅雞翼可見廚師俾足心機主菜有黑松露野菌雜菜意大利飯黑松露味道濃郁 野菌鮮甜飯煮得軟硬度啱啱好忌廉香濃得來唔太油膩另一個主菜係穀飼加拿大牛仔架因為呢個主菜需要嘅時間比較耐大家可以考慮預早叫定雖然係要等耐啲但一切都係值得嘅個牛仔架焗到medium切開淡粉紅色 但無血水肉質鮮美而且柔軟無筋 除左講好好味 我已經諗唔到要講乜飲野我地無揀啤酒 但呢度名有自釀啤如果下次同飲酒嘅朋友黎會再試我叫左草莓香蕉沙冰好香甜嘅香蕉味加上清新嘅草莓味道朋友就叫左朱古力曲奇個朱古力味比出面用oreo打嘅香濃應該有加左朱古力粉 用料十足

今晚黎到太子呢間餐廳開飯, 齋睇門面, 完全係中式嘅設計, 唔知仲以為佢係食中菜, 其實佢嘅真身係間 Pub & Café 黎介 !!店內環境簡直係中西合壁, 非常特別。餐牌封面設計亦充滿中國風, 但 Menu 上全部都係西餐菜式。洋蔥圈洋蔥圈色澤金黃, 炸到非常乾身, 外酥內嫩, 口感酥脆, 份量又多。辣汁番茄蒜香長通粉以 Creamy 嘅忌廉番茄汁煮長通粉, 長通粉唔會煮到過淋, 味道酸酸辣辣, 非常開胃。香草三文魚免翕排同一般嘅三文魚排有 D 唔同, 呢塊三文魚嘅肉質比較嫩, 口感一 D 都唔乾唔 “鞋”, 而且仲啖啖肉, 基本上已然冇咩魚骨, 簡單用香草調味烹煮, 令三文魚味更突出, Simple And Delicious !!豬肉腸酥皮卷上菜時, 店員會作簡單介紹, 呢款菜式每日只會賣大約 4 份, 以酥皮捲起自家特製嘅豬肉腸, 然後拎去焗。豬肉腸酥皮卷色澤金黃, 口感鬆脆, 豬肉腸肉汁豐富, 而且細嚼後, 回味中仍帶有香濃嘅肉汁味道。紫薯香蕉鬆餅完全感受到廚師嘅用心製作, 花形嘅鬆餅上逐一鋪上香蕉片, 加上忌廉 & 朱古力雪糕, 再擠上朱古力漿 & 煉奶, 齋睇已經好靚。

外表非常特別,有點似係雞蛋仔咁,鬆餅係軟淋淋既感覺,唔夠外脆內軟,夾心入面係塞滿滿既紫薯餡料,每個小水滴有半個草莓,所以基本每口都可以吃到所有的元素!

肥妹仔我其實對墨魚汁係有一種情意結,因為肥妹仔之前食過一個墨魚汁意粉係好香海鮮嘅味道,而今次呢一個墨汁意粉亦唔差,真係有墨魚嗰種獨特嘅鮮味,而佢嘅帶子好大隻,好厚身,煎得香脆,食落去啖啖肉,意粉煮得剛剛好,軟硬適中。
