厚切五花腩:上枱既時候係一大件既(可以睇返上面既圖),燒到差唔多就剪開細細塊,烤多陣就食得!呢個係一般港式韓燒店少有,而且真係好好味!豬皮有咬口,脂肪部份燒完之後已經所剩無幾,不過香味十足,豬肉就淋身無渣,三合一既感覺好正!點埋醬一齊食真係食唔停口!好食到我地encore左兩次!

羊架:非常厚切,其實韓燒厚切好重要,咁先有多d位置保留肉汁。羊架醃得好味,羊肉肉質細嫩,唔洗用力咬已經可以分開,而且肥瘦適中!

我另外最喜愛這裡的雞翼,非常大只,而且味道醃得很好,不會過咸或太淡,很容易燒至金黃色,有時候外面的餐廳用上太多的醬油去醃,令雞翼很容易燒焦,而這裡的就沒有這個問題~

好一陣了沒有去吃韓燒了,之前去過在港島區的BBQ7080,今次在九龍區又開另一分店,一於就和朋友去吃。這間是放題料理,有別於共他分店,但一樣可以加錢試其他食材,最後我們加了烤牛排骨、黑毛豬梅頭肉和爐邊芝士。小食如韓式炒粉絲和炒年糕也不馬虎,炒粉絲也十分足料。頭盤小食可以不停添加的。薄切五花肉很快就熟,夾生菜一起吃大減油膩感。雞翼和豬皮一樣美味,記得要放一片生菜蓋在豬皮上燒,不然會彈起來。烤牛排骨醃過了,不咸卻很惹味,建議不要烤太熟。

至於燒肉就唔逐一評價啦,整體質素係唔錯嘅,食完成餐都冇覺得唔好食

有特別印象嘅係烤豬片,上枱果陣係一大塊,我地自己剪到細細塊咁燒(枱面已提供較剪一把),味道準確啲講似係醃過嘅味道,其實幾惹味,不過唔知係咪太細塊所以幾易燒燶

另外烤鰻魚加埋汁幾入味,魚肉都算唔錯,係價得推薦嘅

燒雞肉串都可以一試,加埋大量醬非常惹味(重點!),啲肉入口都幾淋,不過上果陣係同生肉放埋一齊,就算本身係熟嘅都要再燒下先好放入口

點野食黎講冇漏單嘅情況,而小食基本上都係用細碟上,唔使驚食得太多啲燒肉食唔晒

現場嘅抽煙效果其實唔差,喉管都放得幾近爐面,最少唔會成個場都係煙

最後埋單連加一盛惠二百幾蚊,以呢度嘅水準黎計係合理嘅

食過好幾次韓燒,但仲未試過7080,朋友話有得任食任飲,就去試試吧。去到所有前菜,生菜,蛋已放在台上。都有好多種類選擇:有豬肉/牛肉/海鮮/蔬菜/熟食...種類太多所以只寫我覺得有水準同好味...啤酒汽水任飲:烤五花腩:好大塊,好有肉味,肯定新鮮。沒有任何調味都好味。燒雞翼:燒得好香脆,無冰鮮雪味,燒完之後仲有好多肉汁。燒饅魚:起初無期待,但燒完簡直可以比美出面既饅魚,又無骨,外脆內軟,醬汁又夠味...另外加左$38點了另一款烤饅魚:真係好好味,依款饅魚比較有咬口,但係新鮮魚,好有彈性,燒完之後,正!烤蝦:蝦好新鮮食得出,好甜好彈牙。水冷面:麵條好Q好彈牙爽滑,加上酸酸甜甜既湯水,正!總括我覺得質素平均,幾好。

海鮮有帆立貝,生蠔和扇貝。

最好食的一定是帆立貝,大粒新鮮而且肉厚,有新換的鐵板上不會烤過火。

扇貝燒完抽水,變得細細粒,去除膏後,猶如白燒,變了元貝,幸好不會太硬

生蠔是比較複雜,因為唔知點先算熟,燒了很久但蠔汁仍未煲,但食時很新鮮,有蠔味,美中不足是開蠔時應跌了少許蠔殼

飲品都是一般放題提供的款式,飲了兒時鍾意既忌廉溝鮮奶。人大了,胃口變小,一般都會選擇質而不是量,放題質素大同小異,但此不同就是真係有韓囝,而且服務殷勤,不斷主動換燒烤板,絕對值得一讚。
