好食!提拉米蘇好Creamy柔滑,係會有啲甜,但係加埋抹茶又中和咗味道🥰蛋糕都好鬆軟,配埋糖漬紅豆甜而不膩。
留意返,有一支管係sake清酒,唔想加嘅唔知落去就得,如果飲得清酒嘅,就可以唧晒佢,俾佢慢慢滲透落去蛋糕上面。加後感:sake唔會好強烈,但又食得出酒既香醇味,同甜品都好match😚

今天下午, 我們在新世紀廣逛完街後,便上4樓 搵地方食午餐。 經過QUE ,見到一個宣傳餐牌,上一個提到二人套餐,都頗吸引: 有是日餐湯 (忌廉湯)、 前菜黃金凱撒沙律 、主食鹿兒島豚肉生薑燒湯手打烏冬,壽司塔塔可選了辣味三文魚壽司塔可及香蔥拖羅蓉牛油果醬壽司塔可,甜品京都宇治抹茶提拉米蘇盒子配糖漬紅豆。 我們決定試一試,還加了三文魚刺身、静岡有机抹茶豆腐红豆沙冰及香桃富士梳打。沙律中有一隻炸香的雞蛋,切開後還是流心的,配上新鮮的蔬菜,是一道開胃菜。壽司塔可有蔬菜、牛油果醬及飯團,上面舖滿剁碎的拖羅。另一件是舖上辣味的三文鱼,它們都是用炸香及咬落脆口的紫菜包裹著,口味獨特;這兩件壽司,又大件、又好味,賣相更是一流。手打烏冬上面有很多豚肉,入口鬆軟,多食也不會有肥膩感覺。三文魚厚切,肉質豐滿又新鮮。静岡有机抹茶豆腐红豆沙冰,下層是红豆,中間夾著抹茶,上面唧滿高高忌廉,顏色清新又不會太甜,加上底層有糖漬的红豆;上層舖满抹茶粉的tiramisu甜品, 真是十分好味。 這頓午餐,真的吃得太飽,又滿足。 另外要稱讚一下,服務非常周到,讓我們的用餐體驗更加愉快!
