另外朋友叫了一個招牌原隻香燒雞,一上枱聞到濃郁嘅香辣味,外皮做得非常香脆,切開雞肉依然粉嫩,用上秘製嘅北非辣粉,帶點大蒜香又有少少孜然香氣,加上墊底嘅青紅椒,洋蔥及薯仔,非常惹味,味道好突出又有特色。

之後見到個甜品餐牌,居然有好耐冇見嘅香蕉船,忍唔住口又叫咗一個,傳統嘅做法切開香蕉,中間夾住三個不同味嘅雪糕球,面有一把好精緻嘅紙傘點綴,加埋忌廉,士多啤梨及藍莓點綴,入口依然係香蕉船嘅味道,不過味道就精緻些,有咖啡味及不同的朱古力味。
老店菜式果然做得好紮實,每一口都有種令人懷念嘅味道!

黃竹坑站southside大型商場終於開幕了。今晚專程去逛下,仍然有好多商舖未開,但有幾間食肆就開咗,橫掂去到就食埋晚飯才回家。呢間餐廳歷史悠久,一於懷舊一下。羅宋湯人氣之選,材料十足,湯底濃稠,好味至極!😋煙三文魚薯仔沙律份量剛剛好。薯仔沙律不膩喉,配三文魚不錯。紅酒杯牛尾配意粉牛尾夠入味,肉質軟腍。配菜西芹,紅蘿蔔….. 非常惹味!頂級肉眼扒配薯菜牛扒肉質軟熟,肉汁滿溢,有肉香。薯條外脆內軟,食到停不了口。蘋果撻配雪糕蘋果撻跟雪糕永遠都係最佳拍檔。👍

首先好surprise 超多脆卜卜薯條,加埋茄汁,令我地都食唔停手。
西班牙黑毛豬扒以香煎方法處理,因為有咁上下厚度,相信令佢熟都有點難度,火喉要控制得好好,又怕生、又怕老。
幸好豬扒入口冇鞋口,有嚼勁,有肉汁,黑毛豬扒本身肉味也較濃,落小小鹽已充份突出其優點。

題外話:男經理服務好體貼、禮貌周周 👍🏻
食完可以傾吓偈慢慢坐。

這間位於黃竹坑新開的商場The Southside的【皇后飯店】,主打懷舊西餐扒房,晚市除了有單點外,還有套餐供應,價錢合理。周打魚湯配餐包魚湯濃稠,入口有粒粒魚肉,忌廉味香滑,配上微暖餐包。炸蝦餅蝦餅炸至金黃香脆,蝦膠新鮮彈牙,旁邊配上沙律菜。皇后招牌我個薯仔沙律配意大利火腿薯仔煮至夠腍,拌入青瓜及雞蛋等,旁邊是黑醋沙律,健康又開胃。西班牙黑毛豬扒配烤菠蘿石榴沙律黑毛豬扒厚身,煎至表面焦脆,肉質保持嫩腍及肉汁,炸粗薯份量十足又香脆。忌廉蘑菇意大利貓耳朵粉貓耳朵煙韌有咬口,忌廉汁濃稠,醬汁掛在每粒貓耳朵上,還有陣陣雜菌香味。最後一定要讚一下經理及店員,服務周到及體貼。

港鐵黃竹坑站上蓋一個新落成的飲食購物中心,因為方便我所以都常常去行下,星期五試咗皇后餐廳,以前會去又一城分店但已結業。晚上 6:00 入去當時得幾枱客,服務員都按我要求比卡位我哋 (三位) 落單爽快,食物上枱速度正常,真心喜歡羅宋湯,百飲不厭,外甥仔飲周打魚湯都話好飲,配合熱騰騰嘅餐包真係好有滿足感。主菜分別係牛扒,黑毛豬,蟹蓋意粉係套餐,配上蝦沙律,最後上埋飲品,當時已經係七點幾,望一望全場已有八成客,如果假期就訂位比較穩陣。總結侍應服務滿意,食物質素滿意,環境就冇又一城咁濶落舒適,三人用餐 $1250 左右。
