週末約定巴打茶聚,到了金碧軒飲茶。餐廳位於酒店地庫,裝飾及餐具挺有中國風。餐廳慣常地廚房弄起甚麼便出甚麼,所以乾炒牛河出現在點心之前。河粉炒得超級足鑊氣,超級的好味!片片牛肉軟嫩入味,韮王及芽菜均十分爽口,被我們極速清碟!炸點有炸雲吞以及春卷。先說炸雲吞,我們都懷疑是焗而非炸出來的,脆是脆的,但總覺得不及炸的香口。春卷的餡甚是飽滿,不過寫明的韮王雞絲春卷,獨欠韮王香。蒸點有蝦餃、燒賣、牛肉和腸粉。蝦餃的敗北之處乃蝦餃皮,厚之餘更是黏糊。北菇燒賣較佳,有冬菇香。山竹牛肉的牛肉不夠鬆軟;而豬膶腸粉的豬膶很爽,蒸點好懷參半。魚翅灌湯餃的湯裡真的有一大塊魚翅,無奈上湯完全談不上鮮甜,反是淡而無味的,加了醋都無用,反而加些豉油倒更好!湯餃不算大粒,幸肉餡不糊,然而只是兩口便食完!未去到最差,中規中矩。 continue reading

Dim sum here isn’t that expensive. Before I came here, I had this impression that it’s going to be crazy expensive haha 😆 thank god, it was affordable 👍🏻Overall, dim sum all met their standards. Not the best I’ve had, but definitely not the worst. I would say it’s quite good. For this price, I will come back for sure Only one thing “DO NOT ORDER” is their BBQ Pork Pineapple bun. The pineapple buns top part was way too powdery; not your typical buttery, sweet flaky texture. Anyway, just don’t order that one and I think you’re safe continue reading

平時週末午茶多,晚餐是第一次。是晚客不太多,很有空間感。叫了荷葉蒸雞、銀杏鮮竹菜苗、清蒸杉班、拆蟹肉粉絲煲、崧子帶子海皇巢,足夠五人吃量。杉班蒸得恰到好處,魚嫩肉滑,沒有一個部位是蒸到過火,淺滴浮油,閃爍輕躺在豉油內,配上魚上的菁蔥,更令人垂涎。海皇巢的崧子帶子蝦香口,配搭很纖巧的小葛苗,清甜爽口,說是六七月才是佳時,小葛苗是菜式的㸃綴。荷葉蒸雞,雞件嫩滑,配料紅棗雲耳冬菇片入味非常,又是配角搶了鏡。銀杏鮮竹菜苗,菜苗用白菜仔為主菜,腐竹爽甜,鮮黃銀杏,軟度適中有嚼勁,整道菜帶來田園清新的感覺。蟹肉煲,味道不錯,但略嫌粉絲太多,蟹肉太少了,也因為其他菜式太可取,變相它較為遜色。食物質素好,服務也稱心,但是酒店價錢,故略為貴一點。 continue reading

人均6百幾午市,冇海鮮冇鮑參翅肚,係食菜苗餃小籠包燒賣蝦球斑球鵝掌叉燒燒肉燒鵝白肺湯馬拉糕紅豆沙⋯味道同服務都一般過一般,其他相樣味道服務嘅酒樓就算食晚市相信4百有找都落到樓,可能仲有個龍蝦伊麵⋯性價比低到係負數,已經講唔到邊樣野特別好好食係值呢餐6百幾,仲要係唔包酒水,利申唔知book枱當中有冇利益輸送,但負責book枱嘅人堅持一定要book呢間囉🤷🏿已經好努力影靚d野食架喇我電話個鏡頭係靚架⋯ continue reading
