今次去咗依間餐廳食拉麵。入去時見到有個告示仔話某湯底售罄。一坐埋個位feel倒勁大風。十號風球咁。吹到癲婆咁。跪求佢較弱啲冷氣佢表面幫忙但實際仍然十號風球。見到餐點有出面話售罄嘅湯底博吓order咗到侍應落單一刻都無話無以為實食無痴牙。餐點除咗拉麵就係雞同餃子嘅食物。因為下午瘋狂食雞所以點叫咗芝士餃子。最終。侍應落完單話無嗰個湯底同餃子爐壞咗無餃子供應。剩係食倒依碗拉麵。有得揀軟硬濃淡。叉燒燶燶哋不錯雖然有肥膏但又唔覺油膩。半熟蛋好正豬骨湯頭味道也有水準。總結係不要期望食倒其他嘢。有嘢比你食已經係好幸運。不過咁嘅服務唔使加一就算啦

話說早前得知城市中心有一間京都風味既拉麵店,聞說拉麵幾好,今日經過餐廳門口又唔洗等位,所以決定下午茶時間一試真偽。一望餐牌,見到海老豚骨湯底比較特別,至少唔會獨沽一味得豚骨湯,所以揀左「叉燒糖心蛋伊勢海老豚骨湯拉麵」。拉麵一到,就聞到濃濃既蝦油香味,湯底濃郁到以至有漿口既感覺,雖然鮮味,但略嫌湯份量少,不能與拉麵同吃到尾;拉麵另外配有糖心蛋﹑簿片叉燒﹑迷你餃子﹑木耳同蔥花。題外話,落單後等待期間,枱面既餐筷﹑調味料都缺乏,應該係午市過後仍未補給,員工又貌似遊魂狀態,叫好幾聲先至緩緩回應一聲,再施施然補給物資,如此既工作態度真係有點兒那個…所以總括黎講,食物質素都還好,不過試一次都已經足夠,但員工態度方面真係有待改善!

一望餐牌,見到海老豚骨湯底比較特別,至少唔會獨沽一味得豚骨湯,所以揀左「叉燒糖心蛋伊勢海老豚骨湯拉麵」。拉麵一到,就聞到濃濃既蝦油香味,湯底濃郁到以至有漿口既感覺,雖然鮮味,但略嫌湯份量少,不能與拉麵同吃到尾;拉麵另外配有糖心蛋﹑簿片叉燒﹑迷你餃子﹑木耳同蔥花。


題外話,落單後等待期間,枱面既餐筷﹑調味料都缺乏,應該係午市過後仍未補給,員工又貌似遊魂狀態,叫好幾聲先至緩緩回應一聲,再施施然補給物資,如此既工作態度真係有點兒那個…


所以總括黎講,食物質素都還好,不過試一次都已經足夠,但員工態度方面真係有待改善!

今次去左荃灣麵道,環境幾好,幾有當初係日本食搵拉麵既感覺,不過開係大商場,都無口期望,純粹好想食拉麵,所以就求其入咗去。我叫左一個叉燒伊勢海老豚骨湯拉麵,男朋友叫左一個叉燒味玉醬油豚骨湯拉麵,另外再叫左一個胡麻露筍同麵醬青瓜。兩個小食味道不過不失,露筍同青瓜口感爽口,但係冇乜驚喜,同一般日式拉麵店冇乜分別。之後就係拉麵,拉麵唔係太粗,兩款湯底都比較濃味,反而值得一讚嘅係叉燒,叉燒嘅厚薄適中, 肥瘦亦都均勻,肥膏嘅部份入口即溶,叉燒來講算係非常高質,整體來講唔算好有特色,但係都有少少超出預期,至少比好多大型連鎖都做得出色!

天氣熱總是想食濕口野,拉麵是一個好選擇,今次上openrice找到這間評分唔錯的一試。湯底有淡,普通,濃選擇,今次兩碗都是普通,但已經味濃,想像唔到選濃都係點。湯底幾好,而海老的第一次入口香濃蝦味,但第二次開始之後就感到油了,容易膩口,所以少一星。叉燒外邊帶脆,溏心蛋有點過熟,麵質可選軟硬。整體唔錯。枱上有蒜頭(左)可壓碎加上拉麵更可口,前菜(右)開胃。無骨雞翼十分香脆,啖啖肉,價錢合理。餃子味淡,無肉汁,而且對比雞翼就貴好多,麻麻地。兩個人二百幾蚊,無加一,十分滿足,也十分滿意。店舖環境唔錯,上菜速度快(餃子需時)。枱上的蒜頭,前菜,枱邊有掛勾可掛袋,服務貼心。有機會會再來。
