整體餐廳環境闊落,店員會安排適當距離俾每枱客人,盡量安排至少一枱相隔。食物上枱時間亦控制得好好,而且店員好細心留意到客人進食期間嘅情況,我地食拉麵時愈食愈熱,店員留意到馬上調整餐廳温度,為我地補充冰水,服務真係值得一讚😊👍🏻

今日行又一城商場,見到金色不如歸,唔使諗梗係入去食啦,之前食過覺得唔錯,今日再幫襯😄這間分店座位特別寬闊,坐得好舒服,店員好有禮貌👍招牌拉麵~貝汁鹽味拉麵,枱面餐牌有食法介紹,呷一小勺精心熬製的湯,並配牛肝菌碎,牛肝菌,黑松露醬,令到湯頭更加合襯。真係諗唔到,原來食碗麵都可以咁多學問🤗另外一碗~白豚骨拉麵,湯頭奶白色,麵質彈牙,加埋三層肉,超正😋蘿蔔牛筋~夠晒𣺉,少少辣,非常惹味🌶️紫蘇雙檸洛神花茶~有青檸又有檸檬,味道好特別,飲落好醒神🍋總括嚟講:這間拉麵店,食材、製作都非常認真,絕對值得攞米芝蓮一星,但對於我來講,份量太細,如果大碗啲就好囉😅

這間分店座位特別寬闊,坐得好舒服,店員好有禮貌👍
招牌拉麵~貝汁鹽味拉麵,枱面餐牌有食法介紹,呷一小勺精心熬製的湯,並配牛肝菌碎,牛肝菌,黑松露醬,令到湯頭更加合襯。真係諗唔到,原來食碗麵都可以咁多學問🤗
另外一碗~白豚骨拉麵,湯頭奶白色,麵質彈牙,加埋三層肉,超正😋
蘿蔔牛筋~夠晒𣺉,少少辣,非常惹味🌶️
紫蘇雙檸洛神花茶~有青檸又有檸檬,味道好特別,飲落好醒神🍋
總括嚟講:這間拉麵店,食材、製作都非常認真,絕對值得攞米芝蓮一星,但對於我來講,份量太細,如果大碗啲就好囉😅

份量 香味 味道 都比想像中差幾多

- 本身無蛋 蛋要另加
- 肉只得一片 2mm左右嘅肉片
味道正常 但得一片同真係太薄了

- 面質可以 但面條唔似拉麵
- 湯底唔係死咸 但無胡椒味
- 無胡椒香味

以嚟個價來說 都幾失望
啱啱見到原來係東京米芝蓮

終於可以唔使排隊食呢間拉麵,佢嘅貝汁拉麵的而且確有一手。餐廳比起一般日本拉麵店坐得舒服,叫左招牌鹽味同醬油兩款,再加炸雞和小棠菜。鹽味貝汁拉麵湯底有濃香之餘會慢慢滲出蜆肉鮮味和白松露油香,是少有海鮮味湯底拉麵,而且麵質細如天使麵,整個配合都和一般的拉麵完全不同,所以特別顯得與別不同。醬油貝味拉麵就是多了一層醬油和牛肝菌香,另外不得不提這裏的叉燒有兩款,一塊是慢煮叉燒,另一塊是三層的豬腩肉,和湯底一齊吃啱啱好,不會增加湯的油膩感。配菜的小棠菜亦很重要,將清新的小棠菜和濃湯一齊吃是很不錯的平衡。最後的唐揚炸雞是中規中矩,穩陣之作品,所以整個晚餐都是拉麵最精彩。絕對合乎預期。
