最後餐廳還送上奶黃月餅給我們,令整頓完美的晚餐變得更為美滿! 單是這份心意我們已經開心不已,再看到奶黃月餅那高貴優雅的包裝,實在令人愛不釋手!

奶黃月餅奶香味濃,奶香味之中又帶出淡淡的蛋黃香,不過味道略為甜了一點,但整體上還算是相當不錯!

沒想過今次只是隨便選了這餐廳用膳,但卻為我們帶來美滿幸福的感覺。大概都是因為食物相當不錯之餘,服務又非常友善,最後還送我們奶黃月餅,實在是太幸福了!

突然好掛住K11 Musea 的牛角包,一於去買幾個返屋企,順便向K11 食完晚飯再回家。路經一間店舖門口放有瑞士米芝連星級主廚的鮑魚料理,望見非常吸引,一於入內試試星級滋味。店員介紹原來他們有自設南非鮑魚養殖場,所以保證鮑魚有優質品質,而家餐單由星級名廚設計,聽落已經非常吸引,一於每款都試試,反正今晚就是要吃好一點。有氣血橙雪燕特飲血橙味道清甜清新,完全沒有加上任何糖份,感覺清爽可口。香煎法國鵝肝伴沙律頭盤有最愛的香煎鵝肝,香層煎到金黃香脆,入口外脆內軟,伴上意大利黑醋調味,可以減低油膩感,配搭得宜。南非慢煮鮑魚配天使麵味道非常創新,用上中式辣椒調配而成的醬汁,跟天使麵拌勻即可,醬汁充滿蒜頭香氣,辣味不算太勁,但香氣十足,而慢煮鮑魚鮮甜軟嫩,味道香濃,口感非常正。蠔皇南非鮑魚伴飯蠔皇醬汁用上金華火腿、陳皮、等等煮成,味道香濃鮮味,南非鮑魚用上最少5小時煨煮入味,入口鮮嫩軟滑,廚師充滿信心之作。鮑魚龍蝦伴龍蝦湯飯龍蝦湯主廚足足用上7日時間用澳洲龍蝦熬煮而成,湯底清新香濃完全沒有加其他材料,保證原汁原味,但店員解釋龍蝦湯温度不會太高,因為暖暖的温度可以保持鮑魚龍蝦鮮味,飯粒吸收了濃濃

龍蝦湯主廚足足用上7日時間用澳洲龍蝦熬煮而成,湯底清新香濃完全沒有加其他材料,保證原汁原味,但店員解釋龍蝦湯温度不會太高,因為暖暖的温度可以保持鮑魚龍蝦鮮味,飯粒吸收了濃濃的龍蝦湯底,鮮甜味爆燈,加上慢煮而成的鮮嫩南非鮑魚,每一口都充滿鮮味,龍蝦還保持爽彈口感,整體非常滿意。

Absolutely terrible! Because I speak with a very thick Turkish accent, the staff started to laugh when I was talking and insinuated like I was not speaking proper english. I tried to order from the waitress and she was giving me very bad attitude like I interrupted her day.Luckily there was a staff that could help was able to order something to fulfill my emotions which were heated, because I was already feeling hypoglycemic from taking all the time to explain what I wanted to eat. Luckily there was a staff that could help was able to order something to fulfill my emotions which were heated, because I was already feeling hypoglycemic from taking all the time to explain what I wanted to eat. The food also took a very very long time! Around 45 minutes for all the food to come out and it wasn't busy at that time, it was only us at the place, we only ordered 3 dishes. That perhaps would have been fine if the food had any seasoning at all and was hot.... but it had no taste and was very cold!

Very disappointed, definitely do not recommend!

最近行K11,肚餓想搵嘢食,咁啱經過見到呢間餐廳個裝橫幾靚,個menu啲菜式又好似幾引,所以入去試下。點知中咗伏…叫咗個鮑魚頭盤加兩個main,完全唔掂!鮑魚好乾身,冇乜肉汁,又唔係好新鮮。我碟意粉好似未煮熟咁,硬到呢…仲有個sauce,同我喺超級市場買幾十蚊支嘅一樣味道囉,但呢度嘅價錢當然貴好多倍啦。一句講曬,餐廳嘅價錢food court嘅質素。我行多幾步去food court食好過!真係冇下次。咁樣都竟然有好食評,都唔知係咪買返嚟㗎…

慢煮鮑魚煮得好味出色, 每道菜式也使人驚喜, 無論是前菜還是主菜, 我們都非常滿意, , 值得再來.
最後, 店員姐姐話中秋節快到了, 尚鮑 送客人禮盒中秋節流沙奶黃月餅兩個, 包裝有創意, 好靚, 真窩心 !  感謝!

Hi, I’m mr Wong. This Saturday I came to K11 to try Reign the abalone house. According to reviews this place seems good, but it wasn’t. 1. Food was too cold and unbeatable2. Time waiting for food was over 20 minutes. I understand that chef might be busy, but restaurant was empty. 3. Instead of comfortable tables they’ve small awful porches. All food can’t even be fitted on those. Conclusion: I don’t know why this place got so many good reviews, but I can’t put any higher marks to this restaurant

I booked Christmas Eve dinner in early December. Receptionist confirmed 2 times that no set menu on Christmas Eve. Got a call on 23 December that a set menu is compulsory on that night ($7xx per person). Totally ridiculous. Receptionist later called again that alternatively there is a minimum charge on a la carte menu of $500 per person. Again, totally unacceptable. I booked the restaurant because there is no set menu and no minimum charge. A total rip off and cheater. Last-min call off Christma
