ʀᴇʟɪsʜ 系列餐廳以 ᴀɪʀsɪᴅᴇ 的 ᴅᴇʟɪsʜ 到訪最多位於觀塘的 ʀᴇʟɪsʜ 本店居然一次也沒去過 最近發現有期間限定的「黑白大廚」餐點就立馬拉著友人探店了位於工廠大廈的 ʀᴇʟɪsʜ 推開門後別有洞天 木系裝潢 陽光感的空間角落放著黑膠唱片浸透文藝感 還有招牌月球燈跟 ᴀɪʀsɪᴅᴇ 店的氛圍般舒服又愜意週末 𝟷𝟷ᴀ.ᴍ 起提供多種 ʟᴜɴᴄʜ sᴇᴛ價錢包括餐湯/沙律 跟玄米茶𓋪 溏心蛋牛油果蟹籽蟹肉田園沙律𓋪 xᴏ 醬蒜香野菌海鮮炒扁意粉點了沙律跟意粉跟友人分享 都很滿意呢~沙律賣相超加分 半個牛油果上有鮮甜蟹肉絲底下每塊沙律菜都掛上胡麻醬 意粉的海鮮材料豐富 大蝦 帆立貝都超大顆xᴏ醬不算太重的存在感 但蒜香就是惹味的組合𓋪 栗子提拉米蘇大熱節目「黑白大廚」變奏版甜品本來點餐時店員說暫時還沒供應 失望了好一會用餐途中店員特意過來說 現在有供應了 馬上點一份有別於平常咖啡提拉米蘇的濃烈甘苦栗子版的提拉米蘇恰好的輕盈香甜 不過份甜膩也許剛製作的關係 內裡偏濕軟 但我們很 ᴏᴋᴀʏ 是所有人都能接受的提拉米蘇𓐎 玄米茶𓐎 ʟᴀᴛᴛᴇ熱玄米茶清爽帶淡淡米香 可多少解膩一下不喝咖啡會頭痛的我當然還是點一杯順滑的拿鐵整體環境跟餐點質素都很不錯難怪即使週末午餐也坐滿還有緊貼人氣的栗子提拉米蘇  continue reading

情人節當然要食好啲!好早前已經有朋友推介依間隱世高質Cafe,今日終於有機會試下。 餐廳裝修好靚,大地色調望落好舒服,中間仲有好大個月亮裝飾,好特別。裝牌係黑膠碟,睇得出好有誠意。 鼠尾草青提红酒醋梳打 係Welcome drink,清新既味道用黎開胃最岩。前菜好豐富,包括有火炙日本甜粟忌廉芝士撻配鵪鶉蛋,48 個月風乾火腿配蜜瓜果凍,冧酒車厘子鵝肝慕絲。味道分別係由淡到濃,店員會好用心甘介紹。個人比較喜歡鵝肝慕絲,似分子料理非常特別。 再黎係湯品,椰絲牛油果蜜瓜凍湯非常清新可口,而干邑龍蝦濃湯好正,湯好味之餘仲有可以睇到店員倒濃既一刻,正。 主食叫左紅花西班牙海鮮飯,包括有野生虎蝦,鲍魚,尤魚大蜆。依個汁比較似龍蝦湯味,多左一陣海鮮味。海蝦超大隻,蝦頭仲有大量蝦膏,撈埋啲飯食正到爆。 西班牙杜洛克豬胺扒伴煙肉芝士玉米餅,豬胺厚切,切開既時候仲好多汁水流出黎。玉米位餅口感有啲似玉子,林林地配住豬胺食又幾有層次,好味。 最後甜品都要讚下店家,有好靚既裝飾品楓葉。包括有朱古力紅桑子開心果脆脆,薰衣草薑檸啤,青檸椰子薄荷意式沙冰。一餐飯竟然附帶三款甜品,非常誇張!個人最中意係開心果脆脆,堅果味又濃又滑。 整體黎講今餐又刷新左我既期待,環境,食物,服務都好滿意,下次一定再黎試埋其他菜色! continue reading

It is not my first time to dine in Relief. However, it is fantastic for every dining experience. It is similar to fine-dining aand with high quality.   The dishes are fantastic and with with great design. There is no time limitation for dinner. My friend and I enjoy the time here.
