禁堂食前夕,我帶朋友去咗銅鑼灣嘅日式串燒店食晚餐。「Rerere1001日式串燒」位於亨環22樓,亦即係頂層。大廈位置係喺F出口由京華中心(前Victoria’s Secret)直行到尾,路程五分鐘內,幾方便😉。餐廳防疫做到足,店員除咗指定動作量體溫外,亦會用噴霧幫客人全身消毒👍,令人好放心。再者,廚師同店員們全程帶住口罩,環境亦好整潔衛生。一坐低第一樣吸引到我嘅事係個餐牌,因為面頭寫住我個名🆔,感覺餐廳好重視客人!原來我打電話訂枱時,店員問我個名點串係有原因。未幾店員就問我哋之前有冇食過,然後再介紹菜式,我哋一於聽店員嘅話,嗌餐廳嘅招牌菜啦😜!明太子沙律拌炸紫菜($68),🥗明太子同炸紫菜放入一個雞尾酒杯嘅器皿內,同我想像中完全唔同🤣。因為落單時我幻想菜式係以炸紫菜做底,上面則塗上明太子醬。然而實際上明太子係以粒狀嘅形態呈現,個樣有啲似薯粒,口感超爽口,好得意,味道就微微辣,好開胃。留意番,明太子粒應該有成廿粒以上,所以我哋由頭食到尾先食得哂😎。但放喺後面嘅炸紫菜就麻麻哋,唔脆身,唔知係咪因為我哋放落咗先食?北海燒原隻帶子($68),帶子連貝殼上,但廚師會先行將佢切粒煮熟。店員介紹正
