本來打算去食拉面, 點知勁多人排隊, 就過左隔離間野打邊邊。坐左埋去, 選好食咩先發覺侍應d速度勁慢, 揮極手都無人睇到, 嬲嬲地打算走人先有人見到我點左個椰青雞同埋d牛肉海鮮。個椰青雞係倒d椰青汁入去保, 幾得意, 之後會放埋d鮮雞入去煮驚喜ge係係個湯底了, 原來保椰青汁都真係幾正, 加埋d雞肉真係幾match, 有雞湯ge味道又有椰青個種甜味, 以後可以係屋企試下用椰青保雞了LoL而且打邊鍋雖然有水, 但係都幾熱氣, 佢地用椰青做湯, 飲落去會涼涼地的, 夏天食呢個都應該可以接受其他食材例如海鮮同埋牛肉都係正常野啦, 如果鍾意食豬肉ge可以試下, 撈埋個湯都幾夾ge敗筆係食完d雞就開始無咩湯係個保度了, 叫伺應加湯佢地就加水...加左水之後個湯底就唔得了, 如果可以加返椰青汁就會好dd囉

It was a Sunday.  The 5 of us walked pass this place and we decided to give it a try.  It was around 8pm and there were plenty of free tables. This restaurant does only a la carte. It was a Sunday.  The 5 of us walked pass this place and we decided to give it a try.  It was around 8pm and there were plenty of free tables.

This restaurant does only a la carte. Menu has both Chinese and English.

We ordered a dual soup base. Better quality soup base with more soup ingredients were also avalible.  Tea, finger 'snacks' and the buffet assorted dipping sauce tray were extra.  

As for food, we got a seafood plater, 2 kinds of beef (one thin cut and one in cubes), squid paste, assorted balls (not the factory produced bouncy ping pong ball ones), dual dumplings, hand made noodles, fried bean curd roll (响鈴), a few kinds of vegetables and a couple of cans of Cokes.

Thin cut beef was yum but the cubes were a little tough. Squid paste and the assorted balls tasted very nice and last but not least, the seafood plater... definately exceeded out expection... the seafood were exceptionally fresh.  Some were still moving!  

Service was ok. All in all, the food & experience were exceptional.

餐廳地方大, 好坐, 有電視, 十幾個人黎都唔怕, 都可以坐好耐。價錢有少少偏貴, 多d人黎可以食多d, 除番開又抵d, 一大班人就最好~

Overall, 食物質素還可以的,服務時好時壞。主角系椰青雞煲,半只雞,2個椰青,waiter會倒d椰青水落煲,煲內有幾片藥材之類既野。等椰青水煲滾(個waiter一直唔記得幫我地開爐,搞到我地乾等左10分鐘),就可以落雞。雞件好似無醃過,但其實煲起之後,系有味的,好清甜!唔知有唔加糖咧?!其實煲野之後無論煮咩都帶清甜,所以呢個煲都系清淡,滋潤之選!肥牛,4寶丸,齋睇賣相都覺得ok,味道都唔錯。響鈴 - 呢度既響鈴好大個,有d難handle。因為4個女仔食,而且有個素食者,所以我地叫左好多菜。

咪睇佢好似好大碟,完全喺靠啲椰菜絲墊高晒,其實成碟黑豚只有4大片,幸而質素又真喺唔差,烚後雖然唔算好滑,但都可以叫做肥而不膩,又有點肉香,晌啲豉汁上加啲柑桔汁,再蘸黑豚肉食,感覺更唔同。

三寶丸中嘅豬肉丸較彈牙好食,而牛丸較實,龍蝦丸不嬲都喺得個名架啦!響鈴輕灼,半脆半腍,不過不失,而個自家鮮製手作麵好似得嗰少少,但煮起會有少少發漲,夠兩個人食,麵質煙韌,有啲似台灣嘅關廟麵。總之,食埋個麵就真喺飽到上心口。

一般中菜或火鍋店話包甜品,唔喺紅豆沙,就喺西米露,不過,晌度所送嘅甜品勢估唔到喺隔離鋪「茶木」出品嘅雪糕厚多士。點解咁筍,因為南燒北鍋同茶木都同屬太興燒味囉,真喺意外驚喜,唔晒排餐懞都有茶木厚多士食。不過,份厚多士就做得hea啲,只喺加上一球糝滿椰絲嘅雲喱嗱雪糕,以及唧上朱古力漿,件多士微暖帶脆,所以跟雪糕未能做到好冰火嘅感覺,但整體都算唔錯。

以兩個人計,食完個椰青嘉美雞煲都有半飽,加埋其餘幾碟配料一定好夠一般人食,如果3個女生嚟食都應該夠
。萬一唔夠都唔緊要,可以額外追加其他火鍋配料,當然要另外逐樣計番錢啦!早段時間未喺好多人,環境都感覺闊落,及後客人多咗,就稍稀有啲密,而且十居其九都喺食火鍋,好彩冷氣夠,唔會太熱太焗促,招呼亦都好好,除咗幫我哋搞個湯底之外,更前後換咗3次碟,啲阿姐侍應又幾好傾幾好講,最後貼士都醒多佢哋少少。

上到去見到排隊排到樓梯口, 以為要等好耐, 點知所有人都係等隔離間台式Cafe, 唔係等打邊爐, 咁我地9點45分去到, 又見到出面寫住9時30分后78折, 咪入去試下囉, 點知入到去係冇乜客既, 吉咗3分2枱, 但竟然係都冇乜冷氣, 唔緊要啦, 叫野食先首先講湯底, 擇咗皮蛋芫茜, 湯底算係好少料, 芫茜及豆腐唔新鮮, 芫茜食落苦過苦瓜, 重要成煲湯係冇味架, 真係一D味都冇, 覺得似清水咁, 跟住餃子拼盆, 收88蚊, 但唔覺特別, 似超市買返黎的魚皮餃4只, 雲吞2只, 白菜餃4只及水餃2只, 除咗魚皮餃, 睇得出黎其他係佢地自己包的, 因為其他餃重細隻過隻魚皮餃, 毎只重要收10蚊, 而且賣相好一般魚片頭好硬, 個色都好似病病地, 第一次食到冇味的魚片頭, 重差過粉面舖食既, 最差的要講係$168桶蠔, 如相中所見, 共得4只, 2只大到得人驚, 唔知點入桶, 2只細到好似人地賣流浮山珍珠蠔的size, 有冇搞錯呀, 發水發到咁, 唔正常囉, 食過都知桶檺唔係咁架下話, 重話海鮮係主打, 咁样都出得黎俾人食架咩, 重要有沙添!!!埋單的時候重要冇78折的discount, 阿姐

其實又唔難整,自己係屋企整都得。
不過睇在唔係例牌咩咩糕(食放題次次見到都寧願唔食)
而且幾好食,為成餐同呢間酒樓加左唔少分

That’s why we went to here for my pre-birthday dinner.
We booked a table in advance but we found out that the restaurant wasn’t really full.
Anyway, we order lots of hotpot dishes with a ‘Tasty chicken pot’
The chicken was not spicy at all, compare with other Chinese restaurant, this one was nice but nothing special to stand out from others.
Then the waiter helped us to pour the soup and we started our next step!
I love seafood so I ordered a assorted seafood combo and shrimps in wine, also beef for meat lover like my dad lol
At first I thought the assorted seafood combo was a bit pricey ($4XX), but later on I changed my mind.
I like the abalone the most cause it was fresh and I really love the springy texture. Oyster was another nice and fresh choice as well. Crab and fish were so-so. But overall I think this combo is nice enough for seafood lover to share with family/friends

The ‘fresh local beef’ was excellent too, all we needed to do was put into booth for several seconds then enjoyed the tasty and tender beef, yummy! On the other hand, the ‘fresh assorted balls’ looked great but the taste and texture just OK.
All in all, the food was pretty good and fresh enough. Environment and service were OK too. For me this restaurant would be listed on my ‘return lineup’, and maybe next time I will try the assorted seafood combo with the collagen giant grouper bone broth? Hehehe...
