Another shop to compete with Little Fat Cow a few shops away.

Anyway, got some soy sauce chicken with BBQ roast pork.

I was expecting it to have the same standards as Tai Hing Roast, but it wasnt that good.
Ordering chicken is a gamble, it depends which part they give you.

My first impression here is obviously not that good, I got chopped up chicken wing, which is skin and bone to me.
I don't even know why they bother serving that, there is nothing to eat.
I wish I had just got only roast pork and rice, and it would have been much cheaper for $22!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the bad impression, I was left drooling at La Creperie across the road!
Luckily the BBQ roast pork saved the day, the portion was quite generous and it was lean and juicy.
The ginger and spring onion was a bit weird, the oil sauce peanut oil which spolt the ginger and spring onion aroma.

The set came with VITA's low sugar lemon tea, basically it tastes the same as the normal one.

星期三 lunch hour 當值,比平時遲了一個鐘食飯,原本打算落灣仔金鳳食個 tea,沿皇后大道東一直走,經過南燒北鍋,見兩點開始有下午茶供應,環境又舒舒服服,就轉軚入去試試。既然南燒北鍋是太興燒味的分支,吃叉燒應該最穩陣,下午茶餐除了輕盈版的叉燒飯外,還有另一款比較特別的 XO 醬叉燒炒通粉,遂叫了後者,再跟一杯茶走,只需廿二蚊,相比同集團的太興新世代,這價錢實在太吸引。 茶走先來,雖沒有冰鎮凍奶茶的花巧賣相,但加煉奶的奶茶質感更加香滑,而濃郁的茶底也沒帶半點苦澀味,令人滿意。由於是「輕鬆下午茶餐」,XO 醬叉燒炒通粉的份量不多,送上來時香噴噴的,選用的通粉是較細小的那種,口感 QQ,切丁的叉燒吃起來竟有點像瘦肉絲,幸搭配的材料如洋蔥、芽菜、韮黃等都能炒至腍軟入味,XO 醬再帶來點點惹味,整體也算不錯。埋單時,發現這裡的叉燒飯外賣只需廿三蚊,更免費附送紙包飲品,價錢之平,直迫無名街市燒味檔,一定有機會再幫襯的!

鱔片- 我本身唔中意食鱔, D friend OK 中意, 咁我試咗一件, 想不到一D腥味都無, D肉好彈好有質感, 油脂甘香無小刺, 我共食咗三件!!
鵝腸 – 份量岩岩好, 一食就知新鮮唔太肥, 好爽, 我一食就叫了一聲 “嘩!”
炸魚皮 – 好穩陣, 但係唔會成口油, 我朋友話非即叫即炸的魚皮先會成口油.
韮菜餃- 好多韮菜少肥肉, D皮好薄但又唔會煮兩煮即刻欄, 安歌之作

Drink – 叫咗一渣酸梅湯, 同埋一渣"捉"庶茅根, 佢用個好特別既容器盛裝, 令D冰同DRINK 隔開, D野飲就可以凍之餘, 又唔僧愈飲愈淡!

特別想提及的是她們的服務態度,我第一次見到有侍應會幫忙替客人把火鍋內湯底所冒出來的多餘沉澱物用篩隔走,D侍應好主動提供服務, 那種不斷替人客添水和招呼的精神令我留下深刻的印象。
眼見其他客人都係斯文上班族, 感覺良好. 唔會好躁吵, 又唔會有趕頭趕命既感覺…! 埋單每人約HKD150,吃得非常之飽,D新鮮好味既野食已經令我們個個人都覺得值回票價!一定會同其他朋友再來!

豚肉片好難食, 好鞋好硬, 唔知點食. 滾完見到個樣都唔開胃. 大家樂既豚肉仲好食過佢.

叫左唔多野食, 但味道真係麻麻地, 都食剩唔少野.

甜品缽仔糕送.

老公叫左支啤酒, 我叫做杯普洱茶 (我無睇單, 唔知使唔使錢), 賣單 8 折後約 $430. 我有張飲食男女 coupon, 減多 $50. 最後簽卡係 $380.

總括而言, 真係好失望.
我覺得之前太興既雜菌湯底仲好味過南燒北鍋個豬骨鍋湯底.
要餃無餃.
豬骨同豚肉好硬, 好難食.
我唔會再去食.
想食火鍋, 都係去火井或骨煲皇好 d.

現在做生意真的要懂得變戲法才可以吸引更多生意額,就像此新開不到2個月的火鍋店就是一個新嘗試。早上和中午您可以在此吃到茶餐廳的早餐,中午可以吃燒味碟頭飯,下午茶也一樣可以吃得到。但是當6時過後,它就會變身火鍋店,而且定位是走高級火鍋店的路線。顧名思義,南燒是代表南方人喜歡的燒味;北鍋就是北方在冬天的火鍋。估不到太興正在動腦筋改變其經營路線!就是因為同事的一張Coupon,所以特意到此試試,特別是此免費的Coupon是價值98元的安格斯牛柳粒,本來不會對送的東西有過度期望,但是原來又不是絕對的,送的牛柳粒也有一定分量而且非常新鮮。二樓全是火鍋卡座,圓臺以5人以上為主,另外也可以提供包廂以玻璃門分隔,所以頗為適合大班人一起吃火鍋。看餐牌上的火鍋料走高級路線,當中的牛肉和海鮮為主調,一般也會是200元一客左右。我們要了一些標準的火鍋配料,不過對那安格斯牛柳粒最為喜歡,一粒粒像骰子一樣,脂肪不算多,但是也適合作為火鍋食材。此外其標榜的肉丸全是自己手打出來,所以我們發現味道不會像那種在冰箱放了很久一樣的肉丸味道。另外,白鱔也是可以推薦給各位試試,非常新鮮。最後還有送上的缽仔糕更是特別。特別想提及的

現在做生意真的要懂得變戲法才可以吸引更多生意額,就像此新開不到2個月的火鍋店就是一個新嘗試。早上和中午您可以在此吃到茶餐廳的早餐,中午可以吃燒味碟頭飯,下午茶也一樣可以吃得到。但是當6時過後,它就會變身火鍋店,而且定位是走高級火鍋店的路線。
顧名思義,南燒是代表南方人喜歡的燒味;北鍋就是北方在冬天的火鍋。估不到太興正在動腦筋改變其經營路線!

就是因為同事的一張Coupon,所以特意到此試試,特別是此免費的Coupon是價值98元的安格斯牛柳粒,本來不會對送的東西有過度期望,但是原來又不是絕對的,送的牛柳粒也有一定分量而且非常新鮮。

二樓全是火鍋卡座,圓臺以5人以上為主,另外也可以提供包廂以玻璃門分隔,所以頗為適合大班人一起吃火鍋

看餐牌上的火鍋料走高級路線,當中的牛肉和海鮮為主調,一般也會是200元一客左右。
我們要了一些標準的火鍋配料,不過對那安格斯牛柳粒最為喜歡,一粒粒像骰子一樣,脂肪不算多,但是也適合作為火鍋食材。此外其標榜的肉丸全是自己手打出來,所以我們發現味道不會像那種在冰箱放了很久一樣的肉丸味道。另外,白鱔也是可以推薦給各位試試,非常新鮮。最後還有送上的缽仔糕更是特別。

特別想提及的是她們的服務態度,我第一次見到有侍應會幫忙替客人把火鍋內湯底所冒出來的多餘沉澱物用篩隔走,那種不斷替人客添水和招呼的精神令我留下深刻的印象。

雖然此茶餐廳火鍋店雙生兒的位置比較偏離灣仔區,比較接近金鐘,不過要是食物和服務水準高的話,我們一定會再次光顧的。今天可以試到一間新開的火鍋店并作出第一時間的報導總有點滿足感。
