喺尖沙咀嘅Royal inn,位於The One, 地理位置十分方便,呢個係一個好靚嘅西餐廳有好多花做打卡位,今次我哋食嘅時候係lunch真係好多人,要等位。不過餐廳侍應都好有禮貌,我哋等唔算好耐,最後終於有位。餐廳好靚,我覺得如果嚟下午茶應該都好正,下次可以試吓。我哋叫咗兩個lunch set一個係法式寶雲酥羊架另一個係香煎三文魚半香橙忌廉汁。一嚟就揀咗是日餐湯,今次係南瓜湯,配蒜香牛油麵包真係一流,麵包好脆好香。個人覺得佢個法式寶雲酥羊架真係超好食,軟嫩多汁,超Juicy,佢嘅配菜炸薯塊都好脆。至於佢個三文魚煎到都好香,冇諗過佢嘅忌廉汁帶少少橙味同個三文魚咁夾。飲品方面我哋叫咗兩個檸檬茶,佢個茶底好香,亦都唔會話好澀,好好飲,仲可以自己加糖。

我自己個人最鍾意豬肋骨,燒得相當香口,聞落去已經勁吸引。而佢本身嘅醬汁都比較偏甜,係我鍾意嘅口味。除咗有蜜糖芥茉醬之外,佢仲有普通嘅芥末作為點綴,叫做平衡吓唔會令到佢過份甜,我自己個人幾滿意個豬肋骨。

佢嘅法式班戟主要係搭配蘋果蓉,酸酸甜甜確實解膩係一流,都幾重肉桂味,我覺得作為結尾嘅甜品都幾唔錯,唔會話太膩去到食唔落。
