今晚去了皇室堡3/F一個間西餐廳,估唔到咁大間,如果搞party最適合,而且入門口附近有個噴水池,非常啱打卡的我😆。另一邊窗可以望住維園,景觀幾遼闊。先來個前菜:香草牛油焗田螺配有蒜蓉包,有香草🌿又真係幾香又可口,田螺的汁流晒落底部,被薯蓉吸收晒,超正超好味😋。手工牛油煎蟹餅賣相不錯👍🏻蟹餅表面煎到金黃色,咬落去蟹肉一絲絲,加上有椒絲碎粒伴蟹餅,增添不少色彩👍🏻👍🏻。再來有香煎北海道帶子紅花意大利飯🇮🇹,帶子煎香表面,帶有少少脆口,而且非常香口,僅僅熟,所以帶子內裡好柔軟👍🏻非常有口感。最後當然要叫返個甜品:自家製藍莓醬士多啤梨班戟,賣相真係吸引你打卡的😆,mixedberry醬加軟熟的班戟,再有糖霜甜甜地,好好味😋。下次要再約一大班朋友encore先得👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。

royal inn有許多分店,剛好出去銅鑼灣就想着去一試究竟。首先絕對是為了打卡餐廳英式裝修和噴水池圖片所吸引以前往的,但親眼所見亦並非那麼的驚喜。不過餐廳的空間位置尚算寬敞,三五知己聊天很是舒服。說回菜式出品方面,可以說是普通,沒有特別好吃但也不是難吃。生蠔可以說是當天最佳,夠鮮美。不過這也並不需任何烹飪技巧。意大利煙豬面頰肉卡邦尼意粉卡邦尼意粉算是意大利餐廳必不可少的,它的份量可以,味道也正常發揮。香脆松露芝士雞腿沙律雞腿本身調味普通,而且肉質炸得有些許乾,沒有外脆內嫩的口感。個人感覺沙律比雞腿好吃。飲料方面,是我們最想吐嘈的,叫了三杯Matcha latte,甜到簡直懷疑是不是倒了半杯着糖,我們倒了一整杯白開水下去想均勻一下甜度,結果還是很甜,放棄了。

香脆松露芝士雞腿沙律
雞腿本身調味普通,而且肉質炸得有些許乾,沒有外脆內嫩的口感。個人感覺沙律比雞腿好吃。

成餐飯最欣賞就係依條海鱸魚,平時食燒/焗魚都好怕煮得太熟同嚡口,今次鹽燒鱸魚竟然係外香內滑,魚皮燒得香脆,魚肉又剛剛好仲係嫩滑!

再加上大量檸檬片,清新又唔腥。但係魚肉本身就無咩味,加返啲鹽或者淋上牛油汁更好!

老婆中午山長水遠由金鐘來銅鑼灣找我,就帶她到處逛逛想說吃好一點。經皇室堡見到這定宮庭風餐廳,對著維園落地大玻璃,氣氛不錯就它了。可惜是當日對維園的桌都訂滿了,不然感覺會更好一點。2 courses加飲料,$158起步,加了$68點了個迷你海鮮拼盤,生蠔新鮮,除此以外其他菜品不過不失。南瓜湯的粉味較重,相對失色。值得一題是餐廳使用的都是浮雕餐具,配合其宮庭風,感覺不錯。整體服務都很好,除了服務員較少有時要等一等,其他時間不用舉手,就給個眼神,下單換碟加水都會主動過來,算是香港少見。唯一不滿意,是入座後發現openrice訂座9折,卻不可以入座後才套用,感覺自己多付了40元。要知道內地是卷到服務員會主動跟你說有什麼優惠,怎樣埋單更划算。坦白說既然餐廳都能給予到優惠,不明白為什麼就不為顧客體驗好一點而給予彈性。就這一點我就不會回頭,我相信很多人不差那中午吃的幾百元,差的其實是從顧客角度出發,要感覺佔便宜了,而不是自己多付了貴了的落差感。

帶子鮮嫩多汁,配上綿密柔滑的意大利飯,層次感十足。
