我常常去御名軒。But lady staff attitude was awful yesterday (28th Apr before 14:00)When we were paying the bills, we needed time to sort out. However, she started complaining a lot in mandarin thinking we wouldn’t understand. But my Taiwanese friend understood all and got angry.Atmosphere and our feelings was getting bad.It was the worst experience ever and I was truly disappointed.

以前附近返工都會去下御名軒飲茶,今次去開天后又試下個晚市,估唔到咁有驚喜😎所有食物整體水準都唔錯👍🏻侍應態度友善,環境都算舒適。當晚我同朋友最欣賞係藥膳糯米雞,入口米飯有啖啖酒香夠哂暖胃😋香草燴牛肋條同蜜糖骨都好好食,鐘意食肉既朋友一定唔可以錯過👍🏻竹絲雞螺頭湯亦都係必點之選!夠足料!

晚上朋友和我吃晚餐告別我離開香港,來了這家店吃家常中菜。由於已經是晚上八時半店外基本沒什麼人。但服務員絕大部份差不多在發夢中。點了菜 有兩道菜等了很久還沒來,跟他們反映催單又說已經在做,但最後原來根本就是漏單沒有做,服務不知所謂。點了清蒸斑一條,粟米魚肚羹,乳鴿一隻和豉汁煎海蝦。基本上每道菜都水準不錯。粟米魚肚羹的魚肚非常多,而且味道比較鮮甜。清蒸班味道還可以,魚肉也比較嫩滑。乳鴿體積很大,但味道好像不夠入味。豉汁煎海蝦是整晚最好吃的一道菜,味道好的連手指沾著的醬汁也要吃掉。食物質素反而是滿意的。

周末早上過來飲早茶,6點多還沒什麼人,那么早來的都是公公婆婆,早茶確是划算。但這裏的服務員服務甚差,跟服務員說要開茶問他有什麼茶,他居然反問我要喝什麼茶,我就問他那有什麼茶,但他還是繼續為我要喝什麼茶,真的讓我感到無語。不過點心水準還是可以的。點了日式茄子和白灼生菜。日式茄子份量非常多,魚肉厚厚釀在茄子上,煎的十分香口,不過油放得太多感覺油膩了一點。白灼生菜也是油放得太多,太多油最終還是吃不下。希望能改善。

今天和家人去飲早茶,可能因為疫情關係週末的早上 也不是很多。這家店已經是我們家人的飯堂,幾乎每一次飲早茶或吃晚飯都在這裡。而且這家店在天后也開了二三十年了。算是天后的老字號。今天點了蝦餃,叉燒包,菜苗餃,糯米雞,鮮蝦腸,滑雞扎等。基本上每一道菜到水準不錯,蝦餃皮薄餡靚,叉燒包味道不錯,糯米雞份量很大,鮮蝦腸是最好吃的,滑雞扎也配了豐富。整體水準屬於中上,沒有特別難吃但也沒有非常好吃。實在是週末一家人來飲茶的好地方。而且這裏的服務員 都已經相熟服務也不錯。

中秋節慶祝跟家人來這里吃飯。父母點了套餐性價比和味道非常高。紅燒乳豬皮脆肉厚,點上乳豬醤十分惹味。芝士龍蝦伊面份量很多,龍蝦肉十分多,配上芝士汁味道絕對不錯。翡翠珊瑚蚌整體還可以,魷魚和珊瑚蚌也算香脆。最喜歡的是沙律蝦球,裏面全部都是蝦肉,炸得也很香脆。清蒸石斑稍嫌體積有點小。但是魚肉香味濃厚。淋上薑蔥汁實在是我的至愛。清蒸荷葉飯質量略嫌普通。裏面沒有什麼配料。反而最後的脆皮紅燒雞才是整晚最後的高潮,雞肉鮮嫩皮脆。這頓飯實在太滿足。

今天是父亲节,特意和爸爸来这裏订了半围庆祝。难得香港终于可以完全解封,所以全场满座,很久已经没有看到这情景。父亲节套餐非常划算。连酒水红酒加一只需2000元,七个人吃人均不需要300。套餐包括红烧乳猪,龙虾伊麵,清蒸老虎斑,红烧鸡丝翅,鲜花炸虾球,翡翠炒双蚌,青菜炒香菇丝,莲香海鲜荷叶饭和寿包一笼。红烧乳猪皮脆肉厚,点上乳猪酱实在是我的最爱。清蒸老虎斑鱼肉嫩滑肉厚,而且蒸得很滑溜。实在是必点首选。另外龙虾伊麵亦不错,龙虾肉非常多,配上伊麵小孩子最喜欢这道菜。另外红烧鸡丝翅加上红醋汁实在非常美味。其它菜式亦做得不错。莲香海鲜荷叶饭内裏配料充足,大大隻虾肉和带子口感非常丰富。最后寿包还送多两个给我们。简直是大满足,和家人开开心心又过了一天。

A hearty local place. Seems like a normal typical local Cantonese restaurant. Bright, glam, chandeliers... ambience might be a little dated but let’s put the focus on the food. High quality, innovative, great value, and tasty. The typhoon shelter style Har Gow is a surprise, lightly crispy spicy outside, fresh juicy inside. The spring roll wrapped in rice roll has a creative red look, guessing beetroot juice. Shumai is tasty, using fresh pork. Food standard beyond expectation. Great value, $339 total for all these... Great staff too. Just hope the toilet could do better. Will come back and try the dinner special.

今天是母亲节, 难得一家人选了御名轩吃晚饭庆祝。这家店是老字号,物业是自置的,所以价格非常划算。有烧味拼盘,清蒸石斑鱼,炸子鸡,上汤鸡丝翅,香菇扣鲍片,荷叶饭,香炸鲜虾卷,翠肉瓜炒象拔蚌,滑蛋虾仁,甜品是莲蓉包,包酒水红酒和茶介才1500元。当中石斑鱼非常新鲜,鸡丝翅味道香浓,香菇扣包片的香菇非常肥厚,炸鲜虾卷虾肉丰富,基本上所有菜式均在水准之上。而且服务非常好,难怪全场爆满。在疫症时间实在非常难得。

很久很久沒有飲茶了,是日放假一天,專登去飲茶,開頭擔心會很多人,幸好大家坐得很遠的。一嘗最愛的蝦餃,開心到不得了!雖然吃得挺有滋味,但也有危機擔心人多的地方。不過原來這間酒樓有特設外賣,還沒有加一,並且打折。真好!
