Came for dinner after happy hour on a Friday night. It was my first time to Ruth’s steak house and I was looking forward to it. There were 3 of us left over from drinking and we were starving.For the starters we ordered the crab cakes and jumbo scallops. Came for dinner after happy hour on a Friday night. It was my first time to Ruth’s steak house and I was looking forward to it. There were 3 of us left over from drinking and we were starving.

For the starters we ordered the crab cakes and jumbo scallops. The crab cakes were delicious with lots of crab meat and were not watery. The jumbo scallops were juicy and tender. Both were served on sizzling hot plates.

For the mains we decided to go for good quality meat and ordered the 40oz USDA Tomahawk Bone in Ribeye steak. The meat was cooked to medium as we requested and had a deep beef flavour and the meat was tender and juicy. It was definitely worth paying extra for better quality meat! It was the star of the night and one of the best meat experiences I’ve ever had.

To accompany the steak we ordered sides of mashed potatoes, broccoli au gratin and pan roasted wild mushrooms. The mash potatoes deserve a special mention for being creamy and smooth.

The service was great and the restaurant seating was spacious.

每年結婚周年都會去呢度慶祝,鍾意呢度的牛扒煮得剛剛好,牛扒質素唔錯,熱碟送上,所以可以保持溫度。以前冇set dinner,而家有套餐,有前菜,主菜,配菜、甜品,咖啡或茶,仲可以加錢配紅白酒或者汽酒,比起散叫更加化算,但係質素一樣咁好,侍應service都好好呢! 結婚周年慶祝餐廳送上小蛋糕。環境方面都坐得舒適,今晚有唔少外國客人,身形大啲嘅就會覺得有啲迫😅 值得一提佢哋而家OpenRice訂座散叫嘅可以有九折,但套餐不包括在內,客人要留意。

We went here to celebrate Father’s Day today. Service was bad, they kept reminding me that we have to return table in 2 hours (at least 3 times since we sat down). When I booked the table, I mentioned I will bring a toddler and need a high chair. When we arrived, the waitress looked at my son and said he’s too big for their high chair. 🔆 SIZZLIN' CRAB CAKES ($300)
睇個名都知,呢份蟹餅🦀上枱時係滋滋聲嘅,因為餐廳係將蟹餅放上500°F嘅碟上枱,高溫加上碟上面嘅牛油🧈令到蟹餅保持住高溫嘅狀態同時發出滋滋聲。

一份蟹餅有兩件,煮得金黃香口,內裏蟹肉份量十足,再加上少少青紅椒碎同香草🌿,入口蟹肉鮮味十足😋。再唧少少檸檬汁🍋提鮮解膩,我哋4人分吃呢兩件蟹餅剛好。

值得一提餐廳細心先將檸檬🍋用網袋包好先送上,咁唧檸檬🍋嘅時候就唔會彈到周圍都係又可以隔開檸檬核。

我哋喺點餐時已經同侍應表明我哋會share兩碗湯,所以上枱時已經幫我哋分咗4碗上。每碗龍蝦🦞湯都係深橙黃色,內裏有少少龍蝦🦞肉,湯質濃稠,入口滿滿嘅龍蝦🦞味道,因為加咗白蘭地嘅關係,所以隱約感受到白蘭地嘅香氣。

🔆 U.S. PRIME RIBEYE (12oz.) ($900)
輪到主菜嘅牛扒🥩啦,套餐入面有三款牛扒,於是我哋每款都要一份嚟分吃。同樣地牛扒都係用上500°F嘅碟上枱,所以每塊扒上枱時都係熱焫焫、滋滋聲咁。每塊扒🥩我哋都係選擇medium,不過我哋建議大家可以選生少少🤏,因為塊扒煮好之後,喺隻500°F嘅碟上面係會繼再熟少少。

肉眼扒🥩烤得外表焦香,烤爐的坑紋都清晰地烤在肉眼扒上。切開之後肉帶粉紅色,是因為碟子的關係所以偏熟了一點,可幸肉汁仍豐富,油脂分佈得唔錯,入口肉質嫩滑帶脂香。

另一塊扒係New York Strip 🥩,肉質比較firm一點,油脂無肉眼扒咁豐富,肉味濃一點。同樣都烤得外表香脆,但內裏肉汁就差啲啲,甚至食起嚟有點偏乾嘅感覺,所以最終我哋都食唔晒呢塊扒,而侍應亦好好咁用食物盒裝起俾我哋帶走。

呢塊牛柳係厚切嘅,大約有2吋左右嘅厚度,外面再加一層香草松露嘅脆皮,食落多一重口感。三塊牛扒🥩入面呢塊係最腍嘅一塊,油脂比例亦無咁多,但就勝在腍身易咬,而且多咗一點香草松露嘅脆口感同香氣。

🔆 MINI CHEESECAKE
套餐嘅甜品cheesecake已經好有水準,果然一如侍應所介紹係餐廳嘅名物。cheesecake入口幼滑,味道濃郁,餅底方面有牛油香又鬆化,的確係一件高質嘅cheesecake。

🔆 CHOCOLATE CHUNK BREAD PUDDING
因為我哋嚟慶祝生日嘅關係,餐廳送嘅一小件bread pudding,碟邊仲寫上Happy Birthday。呢件麵包布甸入口微暖,口感帶點煙韌,又有朱古力🍫同果仁嘅香氣。

🔆 CHEESECAKE ($160)
原先以為餐廳無再送甜品,所以食完主菜之後,我哋就喺佢架好吸引嘅甜品餐車度揀甜品作慶生之用🎂。侍應會逐款甜品向你介紹,等你清楚每款有咩特色再選擇,因為我哋無為意原來套餐已經有cheesecake,否則我哋會選另外一款甜品

不過話說回來,呢個正式甜品份量嘅cheesecake比套餐嘅一細件優勝之處係佢連個邊都係有鬆化嘅餅底,食起嚟更香口好食。最後我哋好努力都只係食到呢個cheesecake三分之一左右,剩餘嘅只好帶回家再享用。

今日約了朋友聚舊,係尖東想食扒,就諗起呢間餐廳。通常黎呢間餐廳,之前都是約一班朋友黎食斧頭扒,今次少人d,所以就只係點了肉眼和蟹餅。先講蟹餅,大啖大啖蟹肉豐富,加d檸檬汁,隻碟立即炸炸聲,聽到都想食多幾啖到肉眼黎到,放係250華氏嘅碟上面,油香撲鼻,更重要係慢慢食都唔會變凍,舊肉眼肉味濃,啖啖肉,最可惜無叫到sauce,食到尾就有少少油膩,導致無叫到甜品食下次想食到甜品,睇黎都係要約多幾個朋友share

Sizzlin' Blue Crab Cakes,未上菜前,侍應已經同我地講隻碟會十分熱,千萬不要觸碰,十分貼心。上菜時蟹餅仲滋滋聲,而且極香牛油味,蟹餅的確十分出色,亦因為碟是十分熱的,每一口都是熱辣辣的,而且蟹肉十分多,成個蟹餅好結實好足料,不會又鬆又散。而旁邊用布包住的檸檬,絕對是另一個細節位👍🏻。

Lobster Bisque,點餐前侍應已經問左我地會唔會Share食,我地當然會啦,所以一早就一人有一隻碟,係估唔到龍蝦湯佢會分定比你,一人一碟,又一貼心位,龍蝦湯十分濃,只是味道不算很到位,但還算不錯。

USDA Filet,菲力牛排,我地兩個都係要Meduim Rare,隻碟都係十分熱,所以每一口牛排的溫度都是暖暖熱熱,第一口會覺得牛排有點一般,但食到第三第四口後,我發現有一種愈食愈想食的感覺,而且牛排肉質十分鮮嫩;菲力牛排油脂分佈不高,所以不會有一種愈食愈膩的感覺。最厲害是,由於碟其實是十分熱的,但竟然沒影響牛排的熟成度,廚師技巧的確很重要👍🏻

Creamed Spinach & Mashed,初初以為vegetable同potatoes係餐廳指定,但估唔到侍應話我地可以在menu上選擇想食的菜式,真係意想不到,而我地揀Mashed的時候,侍應都十分細心講話入面有garlic,問我們ok or not,又一細節位。菠菜非常creamy美味,另一半話個Mashed有一種佢在英國食過的味道,一個簡簡單單的焗薯蓉,要整得好食的確不容易。

最後甜品黎左cheese cake,我覺得不過不失,cheese cake都好難難食吧🤣,最開心係個寫有happy birthday的朱古力蛋糕,而且侍應仲好主動話幫我們影相,佢地仲曬埋張相比我地,成晚服務都十分之好,成個dinner都好 enjoy❤️❤️

I chose Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse for my birthday dinner which included children under 10 years old. I arrived slightly earlier then the other guests but the allocated table was not great. I appreciate that my booking has made a bit late for a busy Saturday night but the manager Ruben was very helpful to let me know what other available tables I could choose from. The oysters Rockefeller, crab cakes, and Cesar salad made a nice starter matched with an excellent extra dry Bombay gin martini garnish

The oysters Rockefeller, crab cakes, and Cesar salad made a nice starter matched with an excellent extra dry Bombay gin martini garnished with a slice of cucumber. The main event Porterhouse was perfectly cooked medium rare to which I like to add my quirky squeeze of lemon juice on top with fries and creamed spinach. All the food is served freshly cooked and steaming hot.

Great night out for all ages. Good food and very professional service with an upmarket atmosphere. I will fully recommend this branch and will definitely return. Remember to request water view when making your reservation.
