依間扒房梗係要叫返塊牛扒啦,我地就揀左ribeye,medium rare , 依塊扒都好食嘅,肉味肉汁好濃帶點脂肪,不過無一口震撼嘅感覺,不過女朋友話上次食T bone 好食啲,我就覺得比預期熟左少少
3)龍蝦湯
味道濃嘅,但唔會食完覺得唔舒服,幾好
4)蘆筍
叫左個蘆筍去中和下食肉膩嘅感覺,個蘆筍係好食嘅
5)焦糖燉蛋
我女朋友好鐘意食,好香雲呢拿味
6)芝士蛋糕
女朋友book嘅時候講左慶祝想寫字上甜品度,餐廳就送左一件cheese cake, 好好食,我地都覺得好好食,唔會十分甜

其中仲叫左一杯白酒,我覺得係好普通嘅白酒,所以我覺得可以唔叫,覺得唔太抵。

New york strip 紐約客牛排
一種取自牛前腰脊肉的牛排,在澳洲又稱無骨西冷牛排。個人比較鍾意呢個部位,肉味冇肉眼咁濃,但非常有咬口而且有一層脂肪,牛扒配合油香真係好正~

不過呢餐真係唔算平,兩個人加埋食咗一千四百幾蚊,但係佢嘅環境、服務同埋食物嘅質素的確係值呢個價錢。

首先值得一讚係餐碟會預先預熱 可以維持食物溫度 牛扒原塊上簡簡單單沒有任何配料
牛扒比想像中既厚 至少有2cm以上

咬落鮮嫩多汁 牛肉味重 但有部分位置脂肪比較多食落會覺得油膩

總結黎講食物算是高水準
而且環境氣氛同職員服務都加分

It was cooked to a lovely medium rare and it tasted divine. There was one part of the T-bone which was the filet. As usual, it was cooked beautifully and melted in my mouth. Despite the minimum seasoning and no sauce, the strip was still juicy and rich in flavor on its own. The plate was really hot and allowed me to enjoy it slowly without worry it cooling down.

Definitely will come again.

The restaurant provides an elegant setting for environment and distant space between the dining tables or cubicles. The tasty appetizer AHI- tuna is enough for two to three people. We ordered it from a la carte menu. The main dish of petite filet is well cooked but in a very small portion. Steaks are of reasonable quality. Desserts (Cheesecakes) are the most successful. From the drink menu, I didn’t see any non-alcoholic’s drinks such as orange juice. It was a bit disappointing because one of our friends didn’t want to have either acholic (only very expensive red wine) or caffeine drink. Hence we ordered two glass of red wine with extra fee. Actually I expected $398 dinner set should include a drink for free but it is not.

Service and food quality are acceptable.

Crab and corn chowder-好濃郁。好足料!有真蟹肉。

Crab cakes-推薦! 啖啖蟹肉!Portion 啱啱好。還有好貼心安排。佢把一客兩件分開碟上。碟燒熱來保持食物溫度。

Filet Mignon-very tender meat. 有肉味嘅filet。

Cheesecake-推薦! 好好味!好濃cheese and 好soft。唔係好甜。值得留肚試!😍

總括一間值得去試嘅餐廳。

食到好飽,但係侍應拎左盤甜品出黎,款款都好吸引,所以又點左個cream brûlée ,最驚喜係佢竟然記得朋友訂位時留左名慶祝生日,餐廳又送左個芝士蛋糕比我地慶祝,再加埋餐入面既甜品!總共有3個甜品一齊上....佢幫我地影相時,仲用餐廳相機影左一張,仲以為張相係用黎做出數紀錄,點知原來係印返張相出黎比你留念

總結:買單兩個人共1400,性價比極高!有情調,極之適合慶祝生日及紀念日
