已經食過幾次啦~~我返shift既,遇著食早更既日子,總會想起呢間餐廳點解?因為正常放飯時間一定係排長龍最中意佢每日既餐牌都有少少唔同,每次都有啲新鮮感八款小菜揀三款,配飯🍚或者沙律🥗,另送八寶茶或薄荷茶☕️亦可加錢要湯🥣今日揀左三文魚🍣、柚子汁豚肉🐷同合桃南瓜🎃~三文魚係凍既,又醃得幾好味,同柚子汁豚肉一樣係開胃菜,另外南瓜配上提子乾、合桃、藜麥,好健康兼且好飽肚見到有啲食評話份量少,但對於我黎講,淨係食曬啲餸都已經好飽了😅 佢啲餸菜唔會太油膩或太味精係住家菜feel仲有就係,佢八小碟入面總有幾款係素食幾適合keep fit既OL同食素既朋友

很像 香港的快餐「三餸飯」,在一堆食物中,選三個,再配飯。

「明太子玉子燒」有熱度,蛋香不足,蛋本身已加了鹽,再加上明太子,有點過鹹。

「茄子田樂燒」不夠熱,味噌不夠豆味,但鹹甜適中,茄子有油香,食材新鮮。

「三文魚南蠻漬」是冷盤,酸甜的醬汁輕形清新,帶一點點果香。但三文魚好明顯用「下價貨」是做完刺身近魚骨的魚肉,肉質很乾,很硬,沒有三文魚本身的油潤。

「明太子茶漬飯」,飯煮得過「爛」,加上「湯」,就「爛上加爛」,有點像「潮州粥」的感覺。但某部份,又有點硬。不知是否接近關店,是近煲底的硬飯,再加水煮一下,以為加了茶湯,客人吃不出。明太子非常普通,帶少少辣。

“Spicy Cod Roe Tamagoyaki” well cooked, but without the smell of egg and a bit too salty when served with the spicy cod roe

“Grilled Egg Plant with Miso Sauce”, little bit cold. The miso without any flavour of soya beam. Egg plant is fresh and with the taste of oil.

“Salmon Marinated in Vinegar Sauce” is a cold dish. The sour sauce is light and fresh and fruity. But the salmon is dry and hard, it is the remaining part of salmon after other part is made for the sashimi.

“Mentaiko ochazuke” the rice is over steamed and too soft. Together with the soup, the texture is just like congee. However, part of it is a bit hard. It may be taken from the bottom of the cook.

I am still appreciated as I can still dine in around nine at night.

I was wandering along Amoy Street in Wan Chai after working out in the hood to see what I can get for dinner. I came across Ruto, thinking that I have been wanting to try this Japanese restaurant for quite some time. The dinner menu looks good, so I decided to give it a try. For HKD$108, you get an appetizer, a vegetable, a main and a bowl of rice together with a cup of Japanese tea. The 2 pieces of Mild Spicy Cod Roe Tamagoyaki definitely got my heart! The slightly sweeten tamagoyaki was very smooth and enjoyable. The spicy cod roe was definitely my thing! It went well as seasoning for the rice too.

I opted for Beetroot Sweet Potato Croquettes as vegetable. The freshly fried croquettes were so delicious and special! Love the refreshing beetroot.

The main of Salmon Marinated in Vinegar Sauce was perfect for a warm and humid spring night. The vinegar sauce was quite unique, it’s actually my first time to have salmon in a sour dressing. Very interesting indeed.

Would love to visit Ruto again for its affordable, healthy and tasty meal set.

第一次黎既時候試左極高性價比既午餐set,但係今次黎試晚餐就真心失望。極度懷疑食材貨不對辦,而且食材不新鮮🤢首先,晚餐$108個set真係無午餐咁精緻,無一盆咁上,只係一碟碟咁擺曬係檯面。賣相就算啦,但係碟薑煮秋刀魚黎到,完全唔係秋刀魚!🤢根本個樣就係沙甸魚咁!仲要食落去就係沙甸魚罐頭個種魚腥味... 隔離檯都有叫,即刻就反映比店員聽,但係店員就一再強調係秋刀魚...結果隔離檯即刻話接受唔到就走了。個店員係咁堅持話係秋刀魚,所以我就放棄嘈,直接唔食就算。但係姑且勿論個碟係咪秋刀魚,定係沙甸魚,食落去質感硬到同罐頭一樣,仲一陣魚腥味。咬落去啲骨頭同沙甸魚一樣已經煮到林晒,可以食...🤦🏻‍♀️咁樣既魚要煮幾耐先可以煮到咁樣,仲要係用薑煮都劈唔走陣腥味...附上張圖比你地睇,我就絕對不建議大家去點魚,不過其他熟食應該可以,畢竟可能都係煮到僵屍肉咁一定熟曬🤢🤢
