Reasonable Japanese option in Central with friendly staff. I’ve had dine-in meals and it was a good experience and the cooked dishes are done well. Recently had their takeaway option during lunch time and ordered a mixed sashimi with rice. The look, the taste, the freshness are all a bit disappointing. Stick to dine in.

話說S2 Kitchen之前已經聽朋友講咗,話果度d海膽料理好好味, 身為海膽控的我緊係會嚟試一試啦!同朋友兩人嚟食,首先叫咗個牛油果帆立貝洋風海膽沙津我想講話海膽同牛油果一整放入口中果下,真係好味到不得了,而且帆立貝好鮮甜,幾種食材放在一起,原來係咁好味的!再嚟叫咗個招排菜 - 十層海膽杯進化版材料多到不得了,有我平時好時食的黑魚子、必定出現的海膽,肥美的吞拿拖羅蓉、邪惡的三文魚子、清甜的白蝦、好味的松葉蟹肉、脆卜卜的海葡萄,一羮一羮咁食落去,真係好味到呢!之後食芝士年糕第一次食呢種脆皮的,外皮脆脆的,內裡糯糯的!仲有呢個檸檬酸汁日本水母,即係平時叫海蜇果d,都好爽口!呢個清酒鮑魚雞翼,真係超超超級好味,係裡面的鮑魚有好明顯的清酒香!呢個平時好少食到的特上吞拿魚腦天,入口即溶,齒頰留香,真係超級超級好食!肥美的海膽燒岩蠔,上面有大大塊的海膽加埋大大隻的蠔,食落去果種滿足~~~想食下壽司,就叫咗三文魚夾餅創作壽司嚟試下,果然係有創意,而且好好味!又叫咗d串燒(蕃薯、牛舌、雞軟骨),味道都唔錯!大食的我,仲未夠飽,叫多過S2特色海膽火焰卷,侍應會問幾時要點火就叫佢,真係好特別下面有火燒住

最後緊係要叫個飯後甜品啦,樂師傅海膽雪糕,我真係估唔到連雪糕都可以有海膽味,而且食落好好味,好清爽,值得一試!

總結係喜愛海膽的我,食完呢餐真係超級滿足!
