今日終於扚起心肝去飲早茶,宜間想食好耐。今日一早9:00 就到了,已經有啲人係度飲緊茶。搵個位座,洗杯嘅時候感覺好似時光倒流咁,宜個杯係我細路仔同屋企人去飲茶嘅厚茶杯仔,碗,筷子🥢,洗完杯同碗,沖好茶就飲下茶講下傾下,第一碟蒸排骨飯,排骨好腍,入味,中等size有6粒,好容易食,啲飯係一粒粒,唔係爛飯呢!牛肉球有腐皮做低😍😍,一定要試,真係冇肉鬆粉味👍🏻,剛剛蒸好的粉紅色💯,好味😋呀。蝦餃薄皮💯,蝦係細粒嘅,不過真係彈牙,有小小筍同地魚粉香味😍,蝦餃皮點啲自己整嘅辣椒油食係最好配搭😋😋。四寶雞扎真係好傳統,一條芋頭,冬菇同雞肉,最鐘意食腐皮,宜個就係我細個食嘅雞扎,冬菇爽口,芋頭够粉😍😍,腐皮索晒啲汁再點辣椒油味美呀😋😋!糯米雞好多料呀🥰,好似個碗咁大呀!😌食到開始有啲飽,味道就係唔咸,唔淡,有小小蠔油味同蝦米,有雞翼呀,有骨落地呢,啲糯米唔會爛謝謝,點啲辣椒油食馬上開胃😗返,食完真係好鬼飽呀!食完就入去長洲行下郁下🚶🏼‍♀️減下肥🏃‍♀️呢!厚茶杯仔同酒樓碗,舊款茶壺叫到一台放滿晒蒸排骨飯蝦餃🦐四實雞扎四寶雞扎一條芋頭,冬菇同雞肉,用腐皮包住牛肉球有腐皮做低入面係粉紅色牛肉成個碗咁大糯米

牛肉球有腐皮做低😍😍,一定要試,真係冇肉鬆粉味👍🏻,剛剛蒸好的粉紅色💯,好味😋呀。

蝦餃薄皮💯,蝦係細粒嘅,不過真係彈牙,有小小筍同地魚粉香味😍,蝦餃皮點啲自己整嘅辣椒油食係最好配搭😋😋。

四寶雞扎真係好傳統,一條芋頭,冬菇同雞肉,最鐘意食腐皮,宜個就係我細個食嘅雞扎,冬菇爽口,芋頭够粉😍😍,腐皮索晒啲汁再點辣椒油味美呀😋😋!

糯米雞好多料呀🥰,好似個碗咁大呀!😌食到開始有啲飽,味道就係唔咸,唔淡,有小小蠔油味同蝦米,有雞翼呀,有骨落地呢,啲糯米唔會爛謝謝,點啲辣椒油食馬上開胃😗返,食完真係好鬼飽呀!食完就入去長洲行下郁下🚶🏼‍♀️減下肥🏃‍♀️呢!

有日中午路經西環見到呢間舖, 我同老婆講呢間舖門面好殘舊, 佢如鑊至寶話呢間舖十分出名要求去買外賣, 我唔想掃佢興唯有照做星期六的西環係十分冷清但呢間食肆十分旺場坐無虛席, 等外賣的人都有三個. 我地叫了一個鳳爪, 一個燒賣同一啲排骨然後在附近公園食. 啲燒賣的豬肉係淋, 無蝦之餘雪味強. 鳳爪唔入味, 而啲排骨又係淋. 全部放晒入一個膠盒所以啲醬汁撈撈亂, 所有食物溫度不足, 同屋邨點心一樣, 實在大失所望之後老婆話網上寫某啲老師傅在呢幾年退休而接心的廚師火候不足。順帶一提這店舖的服務果真一流, 伙夥對待生面口的客人是誠懇和有笑容而且有禮, 還會主動同我地講我地身形瘦削唔好點咁多以免食唔晒. 今時今日五星級酒店都做唔到呢種服務. 因為叄去壹的價錢平服務好, 就算食物唔係好得拉均個性價比屬於中間

今時今日港島區經典點心店已經買少見少,陸羽、蓮香、新興,鳳城、叁去壹 係另一代表,食的不是味道,而係食人情味、食裝修、食FEEL , 雖然出品並不是出色,但絕對物超所值,試問$19 一籠蝦餃、燒賣等、我都諗唔到香港有邊度仲有一間點心店賣緊、唐記點心都未必係佢對手,$4 一位茶錢,真係抵到不得了,冇得投訴希望佢可以繼續做落去

很早以前就聽過這間老派點心店,但一直都不曾拜會。


叁去壹點心已屹立在西環4️⃣0️⃣多年,之前看各大雜誌報道,師傅們會在凌晨2am開始製作手工點心,幾乎風雨不改🌪🌧🌬


趁星期日放假,我特意到訪嘗一下這老店的傳統手工點心,感受一下昔日香港飲茶文化🍵😋

🐷🐷整體評價:
燒賣和蝦餃都比坊間的酒樓/ 點心店細粒🤏🤏,做得好精緻。雖然價錢非常非常便宜💰,但點心的素質也不會比坊間的遜色😋👍🏻


因店面不大,用餐環境較逼,但用餐體驗卻比坊間的酒樓/ 點心店都更良好:
只要你想,坐幾耐都可以,唔會有人收碗收碟催你走。在叁去壹,你可以慢慢坐😌、慢慢嘆茶🍵、慢慢傾偈👧🏻👦🏻👵🏻👴🏻。這可是飲茶文化中,其中最重要的元素呢❗️🤗


這裡的點心可能並不是最美味的,但獨有的飲茶文化及那份人情味,實在很難在別的點心店找到了😌😌😊😊

✨呢道嘅食物好平實簡單,冇特別嘅花巧,完全係食緊師傅嘅心機同懷舊嘅氛圍


我哋當日1點左右嚟到,有好多想食嘅野都賣晒(腸粉、雞紥、鮮竹卷、雞球大包)😂如果想食下次真係要一早嚟。見到附近好多食客都叫左炒野同米粉,但今次因為得兩個人所以食唔到太多野,希望下次都有機會試下。而且舖入面好大個蒸爐,長期係入面做嘢真係好辛苦,所以係絕對respect師傅。


呢啲街坊小店真係買少見少,亦都唔知佢哋幾時會唔做,睇完訪問老師傅話如果冇人傳承佢嘅點心手藝可能就唔做,所以真係要珍惜每一次食到嘅機會。

星期六突然想食懷舊點心,就上網找一下,就找到呢間,話說老闆們堅持人手做點心既信念感到了我,所以就去用行動支持一下。去到門口已經要排長龍,排左半小時終於可以入座。間鋪頭細小,由於太遲去到,食物已經限量發售(如果要試曬佢地餐牌上的點心,就要早些到達)職員態度良好。我最後只可試到餐牌上的6種點心,個人覺得雞扎味道最好食。雞包仔一試就知道是人手製作。其他點心,味道一般啦,但一定好食過工廠批發製作的那些點心。

So after missing this place a couple of times, here we go!
There is such energy in this place. It's like the perfect hole-in-the-wall to go for up-close people-watching.
I could come many times and not get bored of it. For one, I have already made friends with the hostess lady who keeps eagerly recommending dishes and letting me know what's hot, right off the steamer. Only the freshest!




BBQ pork buns

This used to be my childhood favourite and even though I don't crave it as much, it's the second best bao you can get. The first? Chicken pun, you read it here first (probably). Check them out if they're just out, which they were and then stuff your face.



Huge assorted filling bao

You need a bit of luck to get these because they're not always there. They're huge, something like 2.5 bao in one. It's not my cup of tea because it sort of fails the bao filling ratio for me but try for the wow factor and because the lady said so. Listen to the lady. Always.



Fried noodles

Mamma mia! I have not had this in the longest time. I was told that they're not around much and I believe it. I looked around and saw people getting it. This is one of those dishes you should come back for. The sauce on top softens just enough noodles for a smooth transition from chopsticks to mouth to throat and belly.
Plus the meat and the spring onions makes the holy trinity. Amen.




Stir-fried choy sum
No respectable Chinese meal is complete for me without a healthy serving of veggies. Choy sum is a no brainer. You could feel the wok in this one.




Tip: come early, really early if you want to see the early risers and enjoy the freshest and most complete selection.
But if you can't, ask for recommendations and be reassured that they'll honour your visit.

西環有三間都幾出名的點心店,今日終於試到其中一間。其實如果正式黎講,我會咁樣去形容這家食店:一間有點心賣的茶餐廳。他的點心其實款式並不算太多,我們一行三人,點了蝦餃、燒賣、鮮竹牛肉、叉燒包、蒸排骨、糯米雞、蝦腸,鮮竹卷、粉果、馬拉糕、雞絲粉卷同鳳爪同雞扎一共十二個點心,咁多樣嘢之中,我覺得粉果最好,皆因皮唔會太厚的同時又唔容易穿,同時又唔會黐實晒,等你一夾的時候就會爛開。餡料方面除咗有平日常見嘅沙葛之外,佢仲有好多材料,好味。第二好食我會揀馬拉糕,佢用嘅糖好適中,唔會太甜。排第三的我會選鮮竹卷,佢嘅鮮竹卷真係好足料,同坊間食到嗰種得舊肉嘅好大對比,呢一間好食好多。第四位我會揀蝦餃同燒賣,上枱熱辣辣,所以特別好食,不過因為前面太出色,所以搞到蝦餃燒賣排第四。
