復古節那天,正好是風和日麗的週日,返service前約了朋友們午膳.我向來較少吃東南亞料理,不過偶一為之又是不錯的體驗;是次朋友選了位於謝斐道的莎巴馬來西亞餐廳,這𥚃的喇沙可是遠近馳名呢.店子裝潢平實,跟城中一般馬來餐廳類近,店主夫婦和店員均十分親切友善,向我們細心講解菜式用料;由於是輕便午餐,我們各人選了一碗麵食,和share一碟咖哩雜菜跟薄餅.我的海鮮喇沙油麵用料頗足,有青口,蝦,魷魚,炸魚片和豆抖,濃郁的蝦湯底加進椰奶,沒有過腥也沒有嚐出很多添加味道來,蝦和魷魚雖然沒有特別鮮味,而青口我不愛吃,不過魚蛋和油麵處理得爽口彈牙,我首次連湯底也差點渴盡而身體沒有起反應.朋友的蝦湯麵,蝦有很多隻,我淺嚐少口沒加椰奶的湯汁,如用上千隻蝦殻去熬煑的效果,更加鮮味,十分勵害!他們有選擇油麵混米粉,或淨米粉,説是同樣美味.其次雜菜咖哩也很足料,茄子洋蔥蕃茄煑得軟淋惹味,薄餅也烤得酥脆,可惜待我們征服完碗麵,菜已涼了截..真是感恩,可以跟好朋友嚐到美食,平民料理也可以很親和,世上有很多不幸的人頓間就沒了這個機會..所以大家都要珍惜喔,因為幸福不是必然呢..

With the bright neon signs this place looks more like the restaurant-by-day bar-by-night places in the area, but apparently it is a regular Malayan restaurant.I came for an early lunch at around noon and there were plenty of tables available. I came for an early lunch at around noon and there were plenty of tables available. Went for one of the lunch combos, which include soup, main, desert and a soft drink for HKD 75 + 10% (which they round up to HKD 83).
As soft drink I went for the orange juice, which was surprisingly good. The soup was quite unremarkable – some kind of tomato broth with egg, edible, but not very enjoyable.
For main dish it took the beef rending with roti bread. The portion was generous, the beef itself was good, but the curry was a bit to soupy – more like an Indian curry, the taste was good, but not great – strong taste of the spices and the coconut milk and not at all spicy. The roti was very flaky and a bit too oily for my taste, went very well with the sauce.
The desert was a single piece of something like a Mochi with coconut on the outside and an indistinct filling – wouldn't necessary call that a desert, but given the size of the main dish I couldn't have eaten a bigger desert anyway. Texture was nice, taste mainly sweet.
Service is very efficient – I probably spend less than 30 Minutes in the restaurant.  
Overall I was say this is an ok place for lunch, but I wouldn't come for dinner when the prices are much higher.

對馬來西亞這地方,我的旅遊經驗並不多,只到過沙巴而已。

而且貌似也是看拉闊的歌迷,再晚點想必定會滿座了。

這兒有個開放式的烤餅製作位置,有一位印度哥哥做烤餅

但看他每次收到order才即席製作
而當他見我舉機便拋得更賣力了,很可愛呢!
看它飛餅時賣力的樣子,相信烤餅一定很美味的了!

加入焦糖清甜好喝,杯中刨冰更令人有透心涼的感覺。

可惜杯底的綠粉條不太討好,不對口味

友人果然無介紹錯,這喇沙真是我嚐過最出色的了,也難怪會成為招牌菜吧!

伴吃的青口、鮮蝦、魚片只是錦上添花而已,鮮味一般,不過份量十足,也不錯。
太美味的關係,友人竟把餘下的喇沙都吃光光,只嚐了一小碗的我,真覺得意猶未盡呢!

這巴東牛肉改變了我對它的固有印象,
它該是掛滿濃厚醬汁的肉塊,入口啖啖肉的。

但這兒的巴東牛肉卻是另一種食感
打成半肉鬆狀的牛肉堆成一座小山,份量可真不少。
濃甜的汁醬下,絲絲縷縷軟軟淋淋的肉鬆又再凝聚在一起。
當中夾雜着軟嫩肉塊,黑漆漆的醬汁內有南薑、辣椒和香茅,濃香帶甜
嚐一口巴東牛肉,汁醬甜而不膩,加上肉質鬆化口感特別,令人不其然一口接一口地吃。

送上來時熱烘烘的,而且是很完整的一大片,很具份量

油酥餅做得很鬆很軟,外層烤得微微焦香
撕開一角,內裏層次分明不油不膩,比平日吃到的更香酥鬆化,很不錯呢。
這時真想給拋餅的印巴哥哥一個「讚」,謝謝他的手藝,讓我嚐到這出色的烤餅

這巴東牛肉配油酥餅實在是別具特式
吃着只覺香鮮而不覺膩,這種風味就只有東南亞菜才能做到。
時間緊迫關係,也未能追加多一份油酥餅,我倆最後也能輕易把巴東牛肉吃光。

也許燒烤製作需時,馬來沙嗲($66)最後才送上。

首嚐地道馬拉菜,

而身為旅遊精的友人更是對這風味十分受落。

兩人晚餐近400元,真心不便宜呀。
但能嚐到正宗馬拉菜,整體水準令人滿意,偶一而為之也不錯的。

吃過美味的馬拉菜,快快樂樂的隨着人潮,看拉闊去了。

3 of us ordered gado gado to share and of course we ordered Teh tarik as well. We all been to malaysia and for sure we wanted to know more the taste of it.

The taste of the gado gado has lots of peanuts sauce in it. Thats really a malaysian style.
The smells of the peanuts last long in our mouth. We all argeed to it and what we can say is Yummy!

Then the Teh Tarik is like the malaysian mamak style. No doubt at all.

Then after Gado gado, we ordered the Chendol as part of our dessert.
The Chendol is delicious and sweet enough from the coconut milk.

Overall our experience is satisfied and we decided to make another visit for dinner next time.

Not expensive place to have dinner as we did check out the dinner menu.

Hope it won't be long for our next visit.

古馬咖哩牛肉,我不知道古馬是什麼意思,只知道是不辣的。顏色黃中帶點白,亦有點椰香;牛肉比我想像中「林」,切成方丁,有十幾粒,份量算是多了。

一邊吃,發覺有不少歐美人士外賣自取,亦有幾位是單人匹馬堂食。埋單$453,不算便宜,但理解灣仔地舖的成本。總括來說,okay啦!
