🤫 再嚟就講吓我最欣賞嘅嗰個刺身五品盛.. Menu冇寫明係邊幾種刺身嘅..似係是日精選嗰類~咁我哋呢一日就有赤蝦八爪魚真鯛帆立貝同油甘魚..嗰兩隻赤蝦真係大得驚人..有成隻手掌咁長而且非常之爽口鮮甜..另外平時我唔鍾意食嘅八爪魚呢度都顯得非常特別..平時食到嗰啲都係偏靭口又鞋又冇味..但係呢度嘅八爪魚非常之唔同..放入口係彈牙而且容易咬開仲帶有一絲絲嘅鮮味..另外兩款白身魚亦都鮮甜可口..係值回票價嘅~

去完工展會都差不多7點左右,行了差不多2個小時多太攰了,在天后附近食埋飯再回家休息。在清風街發現了一間新的日式居酒屋,門口還有live band ,感覺挺不錯。燒明太子咸香特出的明太子,燒過後外皮脆脆地,內裏咸香味濃,配上啤酒與青瓜都非常匹配。香煎鵝肝吐司鵝肝煎到金黃色,配搭烘到脆脆的吐司,鵝肝入口即溶,油脂豐富,吐司外脆內軟,而且可以減低油膩感。刺身盛合5點刺身5點有牡丹蝦、鯛魚、間八、赤身、帆立貝,各款刺身都非常新鮮,特別喜愛牡丹蝦鮮甜爽彈。間八非常肥美,口感相當濃郁香醇。厚切牛舌牛舌烤得外脆,內軟嫩多汁,口感飽滿,比平常吃到的牛肉來得軟嫩很多。雞中翼外皮香脆內裏充滿肉汁,加少許鹽調味已經非常滿足。塩燒白鱔白鱔燒得非常香口,肉身超厚,咬落超彈牙好有口感 。雞肉丸野菜鍋雞肉丸子、豆腐加上蔬菜、大蔥,冬菇等,簡單用上昆布湯調味,趁熱喝一口湯滿口蔬菜清甜味,雞肉丸子鮮甜美味,豆腐嫩滑,喝完成個人都非常溫暖。牛肉炒飯每粒飯粒都沾有蛋汁,上枱已經香氣十足,加入洋蔥、蔥粒、牛肉同炒,整體鮮味香口,鑊氣十足。
