A delicious lunch. Ordered the Top Omakase 12pcs on lunch set menu. There’s an option for 8pcs on menu. Although we didn’t get to book the sushi bar but the food quality was really nice and worth the price. All Fresh and delicious. They have little pull down screen as partition between tables so that gives u a bit more privacy.

這家日本料理主打是多款清酒、梅酒、啤酒2.5小時放題,如果你愛好杯中之物又自問酒量好的話不妨一試。

食物方面,質素也很高,食材也非常新鮮。天婦羅、鰻魚、串烤、刺身壽司等等不能盡錄,每一款都很有質素,沒有一款不好吃。

特別喜歡其中有一款辣汁吞拿魚卷,感受到刺身的鮮甜之外還有帶有一種香辣的味覺刺激。

The miso soup was not that good. Not enough miso and dashi taste. Felt a bit watered down.

Then the sushi arrived. They present six pieces first and I was informed to eat from right to left starting on the bottom row. The seafood was fresh and decent. The rice was nicely seasoned underneath.

After completing the first six, they brought out the final six. Again the seafood was fresh. However, from this plate the one on the top left was my favorite. I liked the addition of the sakura shrimp to give it a bit of crunch.

The sushi was fine but sadly I did find a bone in one of them.  A bit of carelessness from the sushi chef that I shouldn't expect from a $400 lunch. The other items were ok with the miso soup being pretty much forgettable.  Staff also seemed to take more time chatting or wandering aimlessly than refilling my tea. For the price I paid, I wasn't really expecting this and won't really be back. However, management did apologize for the bone incident and is probably why I pushed this review to an ok instead of a cry.

謝謝世伯伯友請客 我們4人來了個sushi lunch 吃了廚師發板的壽司也有半年時間沒有好好坐下來一同吃飯了銅鑼灣鮨店不少 這家主打其實是清酒 有販售多種酒款 不過是次與長輩用餐就酸沒有點酒了好好吃好好聊天就好壽司種類不少的 有有些創作壽司款式赤貝拖羅池魚海膽這些常見款式當然不缺席其他款式也很討喜創作類壽司🍣也做得不錯 那個左口魚邊櫻花蝦卷脂香十足 令人難忘價格也很相宜 也不太難訂位 有機會也是想再次光顧 也許等1-2個月再吃吃吧不過在些之前 應該要先試試銅鑼灣其他鮨店呢

叫左日本刺身級海鮮天婦羅盛合,同埋雞四味串燒拼盤,重有鹽燒牛舌芯。個天婦羅盛合都還可以,普普通通。個牛舌芯就好薄,$68嘅牛舌芯,同出面果d厚切差勁遠,太薄冇口感。個重點黎啦,個雞四味串燒拼盤;有雞心、雞胸軟骨、雞髀肉同雞頸肉。4串入面雞胸軟骨係熱嘅,其他3串都係微暖,唔知係微波爐冇叮熱定點?4串入面,都只係得雞胸軟骨枝竹枝籤有燒過嘅痕跡,另外3枝竹籤係白雪雪,冇任何燒過嘅痕跡囉!(已附圖片作參考,得一枝籤係黑嘅)串燒唔燒,唔熱嘅。極度失望。第一次嬲到喺openrice俾差評,串燒真係好差。

另外兩件好出色嘅就係,炸天婦羅紫菜配海膽,令一邊再配蟹肉!口感好正!

最後一件就係佢嘅左口魚邊,又係好豐富嘅口感入邊好香好多油!

第十一件係紫菜包灸燒左口魚,上面放左D櫻花蝦,咸咸香香的。(無影到😛)

第十二件係賣相極吸睛既重頭戲,最底層係炸好左既紫菜,再放北海道既紫海膽同飯上去。再上一層係松葉蟹蟹肉加D碎花鹽,有睇頭之餘仲好好味!!! 味道、感觀層層疊,大愛。
