前菜小吃🥗:呢個玉子燒,好味到不得了,紮實豐厚嘅口感再加上甜甜嘅味道。濃濃嘅蛋香真係令我十分陶醉。手握壽司🍣:甜蝦配蝦膏蝦肉、大拖羅、Bb銀雪魚等等,我自己較喜歡呢三款😻首先就系甜蝦配蝦膏蝦肉壽司!蝦膏味勁香濃🙌🏻其次就系大拖羅,大拖羅就係吞拿魚腩最前位置,油分多分布最多,但筋位亦相對較多,因此較有咬口,甜品😋:抹茶餅+雲呢拿雪糕配甘酒抹茶醬🫶🏻食落口並不苦澀,好有層次,另外甘酒抹茶亦帶著沈穩嘅茶香味。整體來講呢一餐晚餐嘅質素好唔錯,而且食得好飽。估唔到用一個咁平嘅價錢可以食到一餐咁美味嘅晚餐‼️🙌🏻

中意食omakase既我今日又黎試新野啦,呢間係銅鑼灣既日本餐廳有平民價既omakase,只要$680就有16個料理,絕對抵食。🐙北海道八爪魚拼吸盤呢個同一般食既八爪魚好唔同,呢個既八爪魚唔係腳既位置,所以唔會咁難咬,反而好爽嫩,好鮮甜,而吸盤就好爽脆,口感好好,真係好新鮮。🐟間八魚第一次食呢種魚,有啲似鯛魚,少少鞋,但都好鮮味,完全唔會覺得腥,新鮮既嘗試。🐟深海池魚配三星漬深海池魚肉質原來都好嫩,有啲似三文魚既口感,好滑,加上咸咸地既三星漬,有啲咸香,好味。🐟吞拿魚蓉卷吞拿魚蓉好綿滑,好有質感,又好香吞拿魚味,加上少少蘿蔔乾,口感好好。🥒冬瓜乾卷冬瓜乾咸咸地,脆口好食,少少地既飯卷反而幾清新,仲有舊玉子燒伴碟添,玉子燒好正宗好甜好滑,正。
