呢間日本餐廳係銅鑼灣,見到呢度有omakase,我就忍唔住要黎試下啦!今次食既係$980既餐,好豐富。前菜有我最中意既北海道水八爪魚🐙我本身超中意食八爪魚,今次食既就好新鮮,八爪魚分開咗吸嘴同埋八爪魚薄片,八爪魚薄片好嫩,吸嘴位置就好爽脆,點埋少少醬汁黎食味道更鮮,好正🤭另外都算係半前菜既有天婦羅帆立貝拼松葉蟹肉🦀第一次食天婦羅既帆立貝,原來咁好食,帆立貝整做天婦羅都完全無失去本身既鮮嫩,反而口感更好,又脆又嫩,好特別,加埋一梳梳既蟹肉,更加鮮甜🤤壽司都好多款,我最中意就係海膽、大拖羅、鰤魚背同埋深海池魚🍣海膽好鮮甜,完全唔會有腥味,配埋紫菜脆脆仲好食;大拖羅入口即溶,鮮味十足;鰤魚背都好嫩好特別,深海池魚無咁嫩但一樣咁鮮,又有調味,全部都好好食囉🤩

壽司都好多款,我最中意就係海膽、大拖羅、鰤魚背同埋深海池魚🍣海膽好鮮甜,完全唔會有腥味,配埋紫菜脆脆仲好食;大拖羅入口即溶,鮮味十足;鰤魚背都好嫩好特別,深海池魚無咁嫩但一樣咁鮮,又有調味,全部都好好食囉🤩
