之前聽說過半山區的三希樓,原來時代廣場也有,環境很闊落,擺設裝飾也很有中國特色,很決定一試。前菜是木耳百合和麻辣西芹豬耳,麻甩豬耳很開胃,脆卜卜!我們兩人吃不了太多,先點了涼拌鵝腸雞絲,賣相很吸引!麻辣油和茴茜等香料真的很香,不會太辣,作為前菜真是剛剛好!而且鵝腸外型很像是粉皮,但質感更為爽脆和脆口,伴著花生粒和幼雞絲,令我一口接一口!而主角酸菜魚(小)份量也不少,一大碗酸酸辣辣,不會太油太麻,突顯更多是酸菜的酸味。但若果追求麻辣感覺,可能選擇水煮魚會更好。而我最喜歡是魚片,很好吃,魚肉實在得來嫩滑,不會太薄身,加上一點也不腥,也沒去骨的煩惱!酸菜魚裏面也有很多秀珍菇,吸收了酸菜魚湯底的精華!整體來說,三希樓處理「辣」也頗有層次。菜式選擇很多,份量也不少,適合多人分享。
