今日放工有d晏,同同事一齊食埋晚餐先返屋企,佢推介左位於時代廣場ge呢間四川菜。餐廳鋪面十分舒適及寬敞。餐牌有好多選擇,粵菜川菜都有唔少。龍井餐前小食,好開胃揀番個前菜,海蜇皮蛋,海蜇十分爽口,很有咬口。份量2個人share岩岩好。紅油抄手,呢度ge抄手比平時食開ge細,細細粒,不過份量比平時多。絕對唔可以睇小呢一個抄手,辣勁十足,我就keep住嗌辣再keep住食。渝洲涼麵,呢個都係辣辣地,將d麵同配菜撈埋一齊,食落好有層次。由於想食番d菜類中和下,就揀左個紅燒豆腐煲。呢個煲嘅份量十足,豆腐仲多過菜。招牌咕嚕肉,呢個真係好好味,炸得好香口,色香味俱全,my favourite。避風塘豉椒炒大蜆,豉椒味好出,d蜆大大隻,炒得好入味,呢個食到唔停口。Overall 所有野食都唔錯,而且坐得舒服,價錢亦合理,係同朋友仔聚會傾計好地方。

見好多人推薦三希樓既酸菜魚我地今日就去試下!我地叫左個大既酸菜魚,之後佢地話冇晒清香魚,得返龍躉,問我地好唔好~~~我地照叫左,到左之後試左啖湯都幾好,而且入面有菇,望落覺得幾好好似幾好食,但一食條魚覺得好腥,同店員講佢又話冇可能 好小客會話深海魚腥 咁可能因為就黎收工既關係??最後腥到我地都食唔哂就走左唔推薦大家去試了。我地食左幾間不同既酸菜魚 大陸香港都有 呢間真係算係又貴又唔好食。。印象好差 不會再來了。。。

身為嗜辣者,點會唔鍾意食川菜,特別係水煮魚,最原本係半山先有既「三希樓」,銅鑼灣開分店確係方便好多,但都開係時代廣場,不難見係走高級路線,所以都幾期待。環境位於時代廣場較高既食肆樓層,好大間,設計都係中式茶樓餐館,佢都出名食麻辣火鍋,所以有個自助調味區,走到入面,仲有間細房仔,有幸被安排到係房仔坐,房仔內既枱都係長枱,感覺氣派豪氣啲,但同朋友傾計就隔好遠。前菜小吃及茶芥 $26/位(晚市)有麻辣海帶及滷水豆腐干,麻辣海帶好爽口亦頗辣,幾開胃,而滷水豆腐干都好入味。水煮魚 $398/例可以揀小、中、大辣,揀左中辣,例牌份量都夠兩個人食,上面舖滿各式辣椒,店員會貼心地問需唔需要舀走啲辣椒方便食魚片。魚採用桂花魚,魚片份量都好多,而且每件大小一致,魚肉嫩滑近乎無骨,雖然點中辣,但對我食得辣既人嚟講唔係好辣,水煮魚最後要灒油,所以避不了油既口感,但油而不膩。配料仲有芽菜、鴨血、青瓜及寬粉,例牌2人食絕對足夠。三希吊燒雞 $198/半隻見到係招牌之一,自己又好鍾意食脆皮雞,就叫嚟試下。擺盤有心思,用雞肉切花造成雞翼既造型,叫半隻都有雞頭做擺盤。皮燒得好脆好香口,帶點油脂,皮下脂肪均稱唔會太多,肉

位於時代廣場較高既食肆樓層,好大間,設計都係中式茶樓餐館,佢都出名食麻辣火鍋,所以有個自助調味區,走到入面,仲有間細房仔,有幸被安排到係房仔坐,房仔內既枱都係長枱,感覺氣派豪氣啲,但同朋友傾計就隔好遠。

可以揀小、中、大辣,揀左中辣,例牌份量都夠兩個人食,上面舖滿各式辣椒,店員會貼心地問需唔需要舀走啲辣椒方便食魚片。魚採用桂花魚,魚片份量都好多,而且每件大小一致,魚肉嫩滑近乎無骨,雖然點中辣,但對我食得辣既人嚟講唔係好辣,水煮魚最後要灒油,所以避不了油既口感,但油而不膩。配料仲有芽菜、鴨血、青瓜及寬粉,例牌2人食絕對足夠。

見到係招牌之一,自己又好鍾意食脆皮雞,就叫嚟試下。擺盤有心思,用雞肉切花造成雞翼既造型,叫半隻都有雞頭做擺盤。皮燒得好脆好香口,帶點油脂,皮下脂肪均稱唔會太多,肉質唔錯,雖然唔會話嫩口,會食到雞肉一絲絲口感,但整體十分不錯。

食正餐前食做打底又得,飯後做甜品都得。我就選擇左食正餐前食做打底,為食水煮魚打好個底,好香桂花味,食落清甜滋潤,小湯圓粉左少少但都有煙韌口感,可以更煙韌。

總括而言,食物材料新鮮,店員服務良好,環境舒服,以環境、地段、服務嚟講定呢個收費不難理解,一大班人嚟食會可以食多啲野,價錢亦可以share人均冇咁貴。

有時心思思想食下麻辣野
無論係麻辣火鍋定四川菜
都會覺得一班人一齊食開心啲
但唔係咁容易搵到一班人個個都食辣架嘛
所以好多時為左就大多數嘅人
都會放棄食辣嘅念頭
我相信好多鍾意食辣嘅朋友都成日遇到呢個問題
不過去三希樓就可以解決到啦

三希樓今日大約六點幾,我地去銅鑼灣三希樓食晚餐。我地兩個人叫左四個餸有美極雞軟骨、荷葉飯、紅油抄手、黃金南瓜。美極雞軟骨份量都算多,炸到金黃色,再加上美極,非常香口和好味,鍾意食香口嘅你可以試下。荷葉飯整咗個荷葉飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明,荷葉飯都有好多料,食起嚟都幾香。紅油炒手醬汁濃味,餃子皮薄,一口形狀的餃子,食落非常方便,大約有十粒,都幾滿足。黃金南瓜鹹蛋黃炒南瓜,南瓜都幾甜,鹹蛋黃味都幾重,每一夠南瓜都沾滿了鹹蛋黃,食落幾香口,如果南瓜加上一層脆漿會更加好食。環境方面正間鋪頭裝修都幾有風格,有不同的畫掛在牆上,環境都幾舒適。服務方面每一個員工的服務態度都好好,有禮貌。大家都可以去試下。

今日大約六點幾,我地去銅鑼灣三希樓食晚餐。

我地兩個人叫左四個餸有美極雞軟骨、荷葉飯、紅油抄手、黃金南瓜。

美極雞軟骨
份量都算多,炸到金黃色,再加上美極,非常香口和好味,鍾意食香口嘅你可以試下。

荷葉飯
整咗個荷葉飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明,荷葉飯都有好多料,食起嚟都幾香。

紅油炒手
醬汁濃味,餃子皮薄,一口形狀的餃子,食落非常方便,大約有十粒,都幾滿足。

黃金南瓜
鹹蛋黃炒南瓜,南瓜都幾甜,鹹蛋黃味都幾重,每一夠南瓜都沾滿了鹹蛋黃,食落幾香口,如果南瓜加上一層脆漿會更加好食。

環境方面
正間鋪頭裝修都幾有風格,有不同的畫掛在牆上,環境都幾舒適。

服務方面
每一個員工的服務態度都好好,有禮貌。
